Having just slated MyProtein i felt i should balance it out with a review of a company that had impressed me, in fact that went well beyond my expectations.
When I'd ordered some new kit for an upcoming climbing holiday but it hadn't arrived with a few days to go I got in touch with them. They sent out the stuff again immediately using next day delivery at no extra cost to me. This was before the requisite period of time for reporting a parcel as lost so they didn't have to do it. It's not often you actually get decent customer service in the UK but these guys really did an excellent job and i will certainly use them again and 100% recommend them!!
