This is a fantastic product easy to use, lightweight, super long cable and great at cleaning. Granted if your floor is caked in mud you are probably;y going to have to use two of the pad things as after a while the first one will smear but otherwise on normal dirt one pad is sufficient to mop my entire downstairs.
Can be used with or without detergent (i haven't tried it without yet), pads are machine washable or i just rinse them out under the tap. Floor drys quite quickly it depends on how long you press the trigger to deliver steam (a nice function means the thing isn't constantly steaming away turning house into a sauna). Have had a couple of steam mops that were generic supermarket types but this is by far the best would recommend to anyone.
Our vacuums on/off switch broke today (a Sunday)
So as it was still under warranty I emailed there customer services to report the fault. Within 3 hours they phoned me back offering a replacement vacuum.they emailed me a form to fill in and I will revieve the replacement within 7 days.
Fantastic customer services thanks vax.
[[ASIN:B0072E7MEY Vax Steam Mop S2S-1 Bare Floor Pro With Detergent]
Although the basic instructions are enclosed you need access to a computer to download the full instructions although it does have a complete list of health and safety do's and don'ts enclosed!
Due to the shape of the water and shampoo tanks I found it difficult to fill as you need to hold the tank with one hand whilst trying to sort out the measurement of water and shampoo and then pour this into the seperate tanks, which was extremeley difficult and frustrating!
However, Vax Steam Mop is extremely easy to put together, and the mop heads are easy to attach. It heats up very quickly and is light and easy to use, the mop glids effortlessly on hard floors and the swivel head allows it to go into the cornors and around furniture. The long cord is particularly useful.
It leaves vinyl and wood flooring very clean, with minimal excess water which results in a very fast dry and shiny surface and with the added addition of the shampoo you can ensure that your hard floors are very clean. A godsend if you have children and dogs in the same house!!
I did use it on my carpets but because you cannot see any difference after steaming felt very disappointed. We do have a high traffic area downstairs and as the steamer didn't actually clean the carpets felt that it was a waste of time. I did try to use it on the stair carpets but the head is too large to do this.
It does what it says on the box it is a hard floor steamer and this is does 100% perfectly.
Want a steam cleaner for every hard floor type and that assembles in just a couple of clicks? If so then buy this machine! It is so easy to use that a child could use it.
You will get a compact machine with a brush head for stubborn stains (or a tiled kitchen floor that never looked clean from new, like mine did), a flat head that clicks onto the brush head, a velcro microfibre head to fix onto this that mops the floors, a carpet glider & a cooling stand. You also get a foolproof measuring jug and a bottle of citrus detergent, that smells lovely and fresh. On the front of the machine is a dial to choose from lino, tiles, sealed laminate or wood. Once set, it doesn't move until you click it to a different setting (unlike some steamers).
I found that this wonderful little machine cleaned all my floors effortlessly and even refreshed all my rugs. It left my house looking & smelling clean and fresh yet only took a little while to use. All the floors were dry in no time and were also streak free - which I found amazing.
Unlike some others have posted on here, I have had nothing but excellent service from Vax. I own a variety of their products & always find their customer service agents friendly and helpful.

Vax S3S+ Hard Floor Advance+ Upright Steam + Detergent Mop (Kitchen & Home)
I have tried this and my floors came up sparkling and actually made my house smell fresh. Works well on different surfaces too. Would recommend to anyone who has a lot of wooden/laminate flooring. It is sturdy cleaner and stays together well. Even carpets get a lovely re-fresh from using it too. Well worth the money as feels like it will last awhile. Two thumbs up for this product.
I had been looking to invest in a steam mop for a while and the Vax S3S+ hard floor steam mop with detergent has not disappointed. It comes with a Microfibre pad, carpet glider, 1 x 250ml Vax solution, measuring jug and a cooling base. You can use the mop on tiles, wooden flooring, laminate and Lino aswell as refreshing carpets with the carpet glider attached. This mop is fantastically designed, the triangle floorhead reaches into every corner efficiently and the swivel ball action attaching the handle to the base allows for effortless movement across your floor.
The combination of the water and detergent in this steam mop provides satisfaction that your floors are brilliantly cleaned killing germs for up to 7days and leaving a clean citrus scent throughout your home. The device takes seconds to heat up and when filled to capacity would continue cleaning for up to 30 minutes at a time. As this mop is so effective it glides across your floors in no time and cleans a room in a few minutes. My floors were not overly wet unlike when using a standard bucket of water & mop. They also were dry in a few minutes after steaming, which is ideal when children are going about throughout the home.
For stubborn dried on stains the coral cleaning pads (which can be purchased separately) are ideal for removing them and leaving your floor clean. The Microfibre pads stay in place by Velcro and have never moved whilst using the steamer. The coral cleaning pads go on over the whole base and stay on by tightening the toggle attached to the drawstring. When finished steaming the steamer can be placed on the cooling base to cool down. The pads can be detached easily and placed in the washing machine and reused time and time again.
Overall a brilliant steam mop with the added bonus of being able to freshen up carpets. I have found no faults apart from wishing the fragrance from the detergent was stronger to leave your home strongly scented after steaming. Would highly recommend this mop for keeping your home clean.
Ordered a vacuum cleaner in their 'yard sale' and paid for delivery. after 2 weeks and 2 emails (with no response from them) I called them, extremely disappointed with outcome. So i went to Twitter. At least it got a reaction! Finally someone took notice and sent me an 'upgraded' vacuum cleaner AND refunded my postage. I have to say the cleaner works great but it is very heavy and awkward. I probably wouldnt buy their product again.
The Vax S3S+ Hard Floor Advance Steam Mop is the best cleaner of its kind i have used . It is effective as easy to use without the cleaning pad coming away like i found with similar products of this type. Hence mush safer to use.
The S3S+ has many extras like detergent included , cooling plate and a scrubbing brush already attached to the mop which helps shift any stubborn marks.
The cleaner is very easy to use and cleans the floor effectively and at the same time refreshing the floor leaving it clean and shiny.
My husband bought the vax bag less Hoover when I was in hospital having my son, we have a golden retriever so he thought bag less was the way to go..... How wrong he was! The thing has never worked properly a day since we got it! It's finicky, topples over, loses suction, is just awkward to empty with no clear markings (well that make sense anyways - what's with the orange cable that gets retracted with a black button, yet beside that button is the 'on' switch which is orange!!!! Seriously?) also the lead is quite short for a vacuum. All in all an extremely badly designed product (drawn up by somebody clearly not in possession of a Hoover or desire to own one). Anyways, I decided to stop stressing about the weekly unclogging, taking apart and Hoover-nastics and decided to revert back to my old Phillips......that was until I seen THE AD.... Telling me how good Vax vacuums are....I Snapped....had to complain. I sent an email politely but with conviction listing all my problems with my vax. I clearly stated that even though my husband didn't pay much for said product, that shouldnt make a difference when it comes to how it performs ( to at least a basic level anyways (ie can suck dirt from your floors!!! A girl doesn't ask for much!!!) I stated that because I had a new baby in the house I was not using it any more and wouldn't because I thought it was an inferior product to my old vacuum...
Well.... I sent off my email and firstly got an automated reply, fair enough. Then, promisingly I received an email asking for details of where, when purchased, model number etc etc so i thought ' this is good, maybe I'll get a replacement or 'god forbid' a refund. So I sent off above mentioned requests and included an eloquent 'WTF was quality control thinking when they passed this one' .... "how are they getting away with it?"
Anyways, off it went! Automated reply returned... And then days passed. Days had turned into a week, when I seen the email there waiting for me. BASICALLY they completely ignored everything I said about the general lack of performance, function and design awareness and instead told me that this model does require a lot of maintenance, parts emptyied and washed every 3/4 weeks and something must be replaced every 6 to 9 months!!!! And that was it... They signed off saying 'hope this helps my problem!' ARE THEY SMOKING SOMETHING FUNNY ON THEIR LUNCH BREAKS? can anyone advise? I can feel a 'Falling Down' moment coming on!!!!!!
I made mistake of buying Vaccum form VAX twice which I regret as they both broke down within week, absolute RUBBISH company and products that are not tested before been sold through the country. Do NOT buy there products or you shall regret like me, complete time waste, bought Mr, Henry Hoover and it works like magic have used them for years without any issues!
We bought a VAX vacuum cleaner two years ago which came with a six year warranty.
After two years faithful service our machine began producing smoke and losing power and then finally gave up completely.
We called the customer services number and after paying three pounds postage and waiting a week we finally had a new machine. Unfortunately the new machine only has a two year warranty.
Effectively we have went from a six year warranty to an appliance with a two year warranty and so have lost two years cover but I guess you can't have everything!!!!
I cannot comment on the Vax products themselves, because unfortunately i never received mine. They debited my account 6 weeks ago, a week later my hoover was returned without being delivered due to an incomplete address, even though it was complete on my order form as confirmed by customer services person number 3, VAX didnt even try to contact me and I have had to call then 6 times now about a refund. I have just been advised by Customer Services that there policy is that if an item is returned they have to wait for the customer to contact them and ASK for a refund!!!! So for 6 weeks they have had my money and my hoover. The "customer services manager" was just full of excuses and "we will make this recommendation" - i will NEVER purchase a VAX hoover as i do not want to deal with their customer services. Horrendous experience.
We had a Vax cylinder hoover bought October 2012 special offer £50 from Argos. Machine blew up literally. Phoned the customer service but not on the 0844 number, I don't see why customers have to foot the bill for their product breaking down. Yes its a local rate number but not from a mobile. Found this alternative number 01905 823310. Advisor took email, waited for email which didn't arrive as advisor took email down wrong which delayed the process a week despite him confirming the email with me??
Phoned back, resent email. Had to spend £1.99 for signed delivery. Didn't want to take the chance reading the previous reviews online of Vax mysteriously not receiving paperwork. Sent off paperwork on Friday received new Vax on Wednesday and it was an upgraded model. This is the first hoover I've had that didn't make it year and we are a small household and don't use our hoover very often. I will see how long this one lasts. One year is not accepetable
This company have no customer service to speak of. I took up their offer of a £50 voucher but when I ordered the item couldn't use it and was debited with the full amount. So I phoned them at great expense and they said they couldn't apply the voucher but would have to call back the first vac and reorder. which meant I was debited twice. The returns pack never reached the recipient-it was a gift.Obviously they want to hold onto my money awhile longer.Im still waiting and I am telling everyone buy through Amazon not with these useless people.Their product is good but the rest of the service is ABYSMAL.I think they are stupid- firstly why not just credit me with the £50 voucher an the debited full amount.Secondly what about the expense and embarresment of picking up one vac only to redeliver exactly the same item!BIZARRE?
Thirdly suspect that nobody in the company can read and they have sent the pick up pack to the billing address not the recipient.Would NEVER recommend this company.Good old Amazon rules. B Debenham
Customer services are a disgrace! I recently purchased a Vax Hoover which arrived faulty in their yard sale, despite them stating on their VAX website that the items in the sale were not returns or refurbished, mine and my fathers had clearly been previously used. I contacted customer services to immediately report the fault and was promptly dispatched a returns package. However, nearly two weeks later, despite being informed that they would immediately despatch a new vacuum within 3-5 days of return, I still have no vacuum cleaner. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to be informed that they have looked into the matter and even been reassured by their customer call centre manager that he has ordered a new model, but to no avail. Shame on you VAX!!
I brought their Air3 Complete package from their website for £159. Firstly no delivery upgrade options so I had to wait a week for delivery.
Then when the unit arrived there are no real instructions just a note saying to log on to their website for more info - yet their website hasnt anything for that machine (apparently its too new!).
So when the hose wouldnt fit on the brush head I called them... wait aminute thats on 0844 number charged at 4.8p/min - not much but by the time you have gone through their countless menus of press this for that and that for this and waited.... and waited you have soon cloacked up 20 minutes or almost a £1 where a normal number would have been free in my call allowance.
The lady I spoke to was very nice but unable to help offering to send parts out for this brand new machine but that would have taken 5 to 10 working days to come. She offered to exchange the machine but that would take a couple of weeks too by the time the broken one is collected and the new one is supplied. Clearly a company from past times when such a speed was..... hang on was it ever that slow?
I took the return option and wait, they send a label and a bag out 2nd Class post and then you have to arrange collection with their courier... they cant email it because there is a bag (not that the original parcel came in a bag, just a box) and the label has a barcode so you cant possibably print it at home (someone ought to tell amazon you have that kind so slick its almost fun).
Then theres a 30 day persiod to get your money back making sure you have incurred interest on your card or had to folk out the money anyway and presumably how Vax make their money beacuse I cant imagine anyone wanting to but that cheap plastic tat with even cheaper customer service.

Bought the mac air reach three years ago and on first contact with customer service I would say was a good experience and very helpful and just last week I tried to contact them I phoned five times also emailed without any joy. They seem to spend money on a lot of advertising and after sales has just fell by the wayside. vax you need to sort things out because you have such good products but I won't be buying again............
Had a few issues with the VAX VX model – plastic handle splitting – replaced quickly under warranty and in the end the unit just “smoked” but within the 2 year warranty period.
The warranty process was painless (no problems with contacting them) and it was replaced with a similar, in many ways superior model the Mach 8 – they have definitely increased the build quality and it’s quieter and more powerful.
Good to come across a company that honours its warranty and I'll definitely buy from VAX again despite the issues.
OK - So, we had a V123 carpet cleaner, that blew up around Xmas time (3 years into warranty) - was quite worried about claiming on warranty due to others experiences on here, and ended up putting it off til a week or so ago. Advised cusomer care line of the fault (plugged in and threw trip switches in house, and smelt of burning) - and the lady advised to take off the serial number sticker, and attach it to a form she would email, and post it recorded to them. I then had to pay £3.99 for postage, and a week after I posted the serial number to them, I received a V124-a cleaner - so an upgraded model, that is still selling for £60 more than the model I bought a few years ago, All in all, chuffed with the service - I dont usually write reviews - but thought I would in this case, as it was so different to the "norm" - and I could have wished for a better service (other than original cleaner not breaking - but ended up with better model, so all is well that ends well :))
owned a Vax Power 8 for 3 months. On 3rd drive belt already and the suction reduces to almost nothing after one use due to the filter blocking. It also gets blocked at the inlet to the collection cannister.
Rang Vax to complain, the first vax employee hung up after hearing my complaint. The second told me it was getting blocked because it is so powerful and to wash the filter!!!!
Who in their right mind designs a hoover with a filter that has to be washed then dried for 24 hours every time you use it.
Vacuum broke, 4 calls later on the famous £££0844£££ money spinning number, 29, 21, 16, and 22 min wait still not sorted. Promised form, had to chase, got form sent off silver sticker and receipt, no reply, promised new machine 3 weeks ago, no sign of. Just went to try email, only for parts or to purchase machine. I will seriously screw up Vax's credibility on all review websites, off all week, lots of time, enough is enough Vax.

We bought our VAX Jan 09. We had not had our Mach 7 very long when our belt broke? We contacted VAX and replacements were sent out (had to be paid for as belts are consumables which is fine). Next the hose attachment broke (lady I spoke to said most people use sellotape on the attachment which did work whilst I was awaiting the new one). They eventually sent out a new one after 2 phone calls - apparently problems with their warehouse. Then our hose on the actual vacuum split so the vacuum had to be returned for repair. It was eventually returned to us as good as new. Now the motor has burnt out. We were told it would be replaced (sent details back Friday 5/10). Were told to send it special which cost £6.00 (good job we did as they do not have any record of receiving it as yet) and had to pay VAX a £3.99 admin fee for the privilage. Their docs state new vacuum within 3-5 days. I rang on the Tuesday and was told wait till end of week. Rang end of week told to wait till Monday. Rang Tuesday and have now been told wait till end of the week (at this point waiting 2 weeks). Asked to speak to a Supervisor/Manager and was told they will only tell me the same thing. Meanwhile we are supposed to cope without a vacuum cleaner! Each and every time I have ever contacted VAX I have been held in a queue for a ridiculous amount of time costing yet more money. My mother and mother in law both own a Sebo and have not experienced any problems despite using theirs on a much more regular basis. Not impressed and would never purchase another one!
I just read Peter’s glowing review of 15/2/2012 and am utterly amazed; Vax could not have done better if they had written it themselves!
He admits to mistreating his vacuums, yet claims to get parts replaced without question, rating the 6 year guarantee as fantastic.
My recent experiences cause me to share other’s opinions that the Customer Care service is simply appalling and I come to the conclusion that the so called guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on, even detracting from your statutory rights because you are obliged to deal with Vax, rather than the place it was bought from.
I purchased a Zen Mach 2 Pet which still functions perfectly, apart from the fact that it has started to overheat and cut out after prolonged use, though once it is allowed to cool down it will again work normally.
I made repeated calls to Customer Care, with its money-spinning 0844 number and invariable twenty plus caller queues, and each time the “advisor” insisted that an internal blockage was to blame.
Eventually one conceded that the machine needed replacing but asserted that the guarantee was invalid, due to my admission that the cable may have been inadvertently extended past its warning marker tape.
Unhappy with this outcome I attempted to complain, eventually writing to Vax after their automated handling system continued to reply to emails with error messages and invitations to try again.
Their interpretation of the warranty is that any possible misuse invalidates it, whether such misuse relates to the defect or not and, although there is no actual cable fault, they claim that their engineers would be at risk if they worked on the machine.
(I have pointed out to them that users would be subject to the same risk should the cable be accidentally over extended if the marker is not constantly observed)
They then went on to tell me how happy their staff would be to advise me how to unblock the (non-existent) blockage that they had diagnosed (presumably I could then continue to use the machine in its “dangerous” condition) and that if I wished to discuss the matter further I should contact Customer Care Line on 0844 128 455!
Seems to me that I am not the only one to get this sort of treatment (see previous review) and that it has become Vax policy to get out of their guarantee on any pretext hoping that people will just give up and go away.
Even Dyson could not beat them in court so I think it would be futile to go down that route, but feel that posting a few YouTube video reviews might get them to buck their ideas up!
I registered my new vax cleaner with 6yrs gurantee, 9 months later, they tell me its my fault its broken, but it gets red hot and stops all the time I say, I must have misused it I am told, I did not pull the cable out all the way, i did not clean it, i did not put new filters in and so on, they will answer the phone WHEN YOU CAN GET THROUGH
it depends where you are in the que, they will ask you over and over for the vac details, reg no/ser no,where did you buy it, your address, and so on, remember they have all your details in front of them, from when you registered for the gurantee, when I ask to have it repaired, I am told sorry we cannot repair it,
why I ask, sorry we will not repair it. I could not beleive my ears and ask the man please repeat what you have just said to me,
yes I will, we will not repair you vacum cleaner.
I have several products from Vax. A multipurpose steam generator, a hardfloor steam mop and a canister 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner, which has been reliable, robust, and built with quality. I bought the vacuum cleaner nearly 21 years ago and it has continued to be reliable and dependable. When considering purchasing a household cleaning product I would always look for a Vax, as I have full faith in the company. And in this day and age where companies are moving abroad, it is nice to know the company is still UK based. With peace of mind that if problems occur you can speak to a UK call centre.
The worst move I ever made was to purchase a vacuum cleaner from Vax. Ten days after purchase and having only used the cleaner a couple of times, the drive belt broke. So I phoned vax and was about 18th in the queue. I put the phone down and read their terms and conditions on their website. Drive belts are not covered. I ordered two replacements from their website (note VAT is not included in advertised prices) as her indoors needed the hoover working. The next day I phoned Argos (my point of purchase) and informed them what had happened in case there was a faulty batch of hoovers on the loose. Argos returned my call a short while later and kindly offered a replacement (at least someone cares about their customers). I then tried to phone Vax. This time I was 24th in the queue. I rode it out and was eventually answered by Charles. My first enquiry was the length of time it took to get through. His response was there had been a fault with the phone line (must still be the same fault then or more likely one heck of a lot of people calling them). I pointed out that the hoover wasn't fit for purpose. Obviously without the drive belt it wouldn't function correctly. I was accused of using the hoover on an incorrect surface or I had run the hoover across something that had torn the belt. I pointed out that the belt had a clean tear just like it had parted at a join, not a jagged tear like it had been ripped. Charles (bless his lying soul) informed me this couldn't happen as he was sat there at his phone at that precise moment with the same drive belt in his hands and there was no join in the belt. Could be pure coincidence he was sat there at that precise time of my call with the exact drive belt in his hands, but I prefer to think he was telling porkies. I explained that the drive belt wasn't covered by their terms and conditions as per their website. His response was that it was covered for a period of three months. Hmmmm, so the information on the website was incorrect. Ok, so There was no need for me to purchase drive belts then. Ok, what do you propose now Charles? His offer was strange but I accepted it. He would send me out two replacements to cover the two belts I had ordered. Upon receiving the two belts I had ordered, I should return them and they would refund me. Ok, so why can't you just refund me for the two betls I ordered. Nope, that's not the way they do it. So I did as requested. Then I sat here and waited. No refund. Two emails later I still received no response. A quick phone call put me 22nd in the queue so I hung up (must be those faulty phone lines again). I shall give them just a short while longer, then rather just give up (like I'm sure they think I might) I shall issue instructions and take them to Court. The motto regarding Vax is this: If you want the worst customer service possible, go to Vax. I shall never purchase another item from this company and I'm making sure everyone I know learns of my experience and buys from a rival company where customer service exists. Vax you are a disgrace !!!
I ordered a Vax Air Pet from their clearing website as a new unit, but was sent out a reconditioned unit. I specifically ordered a non-reconditioned machine for the 5yr warranty, but I received one with just 12 months warranty. Contacting Vax I was told that I had ordered a reconditioned unit despite my order confirmation stating a non-reconditioned item code. Vax were no help and insisted it was my fault for not reading the website properly despite my insisting I knew there were reconditioned units on the website and specifically chose one that wasn't. All they would offer is a full refund once I sent the machine back to them. I will never deal with Vax again!
Purchased a Vax vacuum cleaner from a home shopping catalogue on 19th May. My previous cleaner was a Vax and was very happy with it's performance, so particularly wanted another Vax. After only 4 weeks of having the machine the power cut off completely, 23 June 2012. I tried changing the fuse but still no power. I checked the booklet for possible reasons this would happen and it advised to leave for an hour and try again. I left for several hours and tried a few times over several more hours. As this was Saturday evening and they were closed till Monday i left it until then to call them. After a few minutes of automated instructions i was advised i was 14th in the queue. As it advises calls are charges at 4.8p per minute i decided to email them. By Thursday i'd had no response so called again - this time 12th in queue. I emailed them again. By Friday, when there was still no response i contacted the catalogue, to be advised by an automated voice it would be at least 10 minutes before i could speak to an advisor. I emailed them and got a prompt response to advise that i should be dealing with Vax directly and it was highly unusual for them not to respond to queries. I called them again yesterday to be told my call was 25th in the queue. I've since sent them another 2 emails, but am very frustrated at the time and expense i've wasted while i continue to have a product which hasn't been fit for it's purpose for well over a week now. If anyone has an alternative way of contacting them i would greatly appreciate it. In the meantime i certainly do not recommend buying the C89 -PM2-P Midi pet vacuum.

I've had 2 Vax vacuums for a couple of years now, they're by far the best I've ever owned, (when they're working at least).
Every time a part breaks (has happened about 4/5 times so far - 2 vacuum cleaners, 2/3 years, so not as bad as it sounds), I give them a ring, they send it out with no questions asked (except 'what part is it' of course), and I receive it within 2 days. 6 year warranties are fantastic. It's a shame that parts break, but it's more likely to be my mistreatment of the vacuum than anything else.
My vaccuum cleaner developed a fault (again, likely to be to do with my own mistreatment), they put a bag in the post, I packed it up and ring UPS, they (are in the process of) fixing it and sending it back. Simple and easy. Supposed to take 5 days in total - it's been 2 so far.
Good products, maybe not as durable as they could be, but:
Fantastic customer service, which more than makes up for it.
Keep up the good work!
I recently used a Vax Y-027 to clean a spill on my carpet and heard a rumbling noise from the motor. When I moved the unit, there was a large black dust stain on the carpet that cannot be removed, possibly from a fault in the motor.......ruined carpet, or can it be cleaned?
I called vax to ask if they had any advice on how to remove the stain (being carpet cleaning experts). The person on the phone seemed to be aware of the fault and suggested that compensation for the carpet could be in order. When I explained that it was over 1 year old, she explained it was out of warranty, and nothing could be done.
The only advise she gave was to email customer complaints. I used the complaint for m on the site....no response....I then managed to find a customer services email address.....No response at all.
Products break down, and motors burn out...this I can understand, but when a product fails, and causes irepairable damaged to your property, and the manufacturer does not care.... this is not a company to return to.
..... a ticking time bomb after 1 year.....would you risk it?
I have just tried the new laminate floor cleaner which i will be giving a thumbs up for cleaning, i have a non-slip floor in my bathroom and have been told that it is one of the most difficult to clean/keep clean this product was brilliant on this flooring, now coming to the laminate flooring that is in 2 bedrooms and living room again thumbs up for cleaning and as i am disabled i need any cleaner to be easy for me to use and this was easy to use. The only other thing is it didn't leave a shine on my flooring which is what i like to see, but all in all, for cleaning it does exactly what it is supposed to i would definately recommend this product to family and friends
Haven't had chance to use their customer service and I hope I don't have to.
But their site was good and products were well priced.
I used one their vacuum cleaner which was for both washing carpet and cleaning. Product is good and highly recommended and at very good price.
