Bought a bicycle child seat from a Dutch site although I live in the UK. Prices better than UK resellers. No problems at all, dispatched quickly. E-mails kept me informed of progress. Good experience all around.
Bought a bicycle chair bobike junior but the bracket is to narrow for the Cycleurope standard luggage carrier. If it was a little wider it would fit. The User INstruction is lousy.
Have to send it back.
I found Shimano Nexus 3 ball bearings that I couldn't find where I live (France). The price was really good, the delivery super fast ! I will definitely come back.
I had delivered the incorrect item. Considering the order needed to be sent to Spain, Christa (sorry if I've spelt your name incorrectly), who I spoke to, was fantastic. The item I ordered had sold out, despite that, the supplier sent me another item (without letting me know) and this one wasn't suitable at all. Christa helped me to choose a similar child rear bike seat, and also its relevant accessories. And shipment was requested on the day. Although i have to pay for the cost of postage to The Netherlands to return the incorrect child seat, I was told this would be refunded. So above all, although a bit disappointed that i received the wrong seat, and the hassle of having to post it back, the services has been very professional and efficient.
Had the obscure discontinued coaster hub parts I needed at an acceptable price, shipped to the UK and my customers bike back on the road within a week. Asked for a VAT invoice, it was sent almost immediately.
Dead straightforward to use, excellent source of diagonal dropout chain tugs. Would certainly use again.
They didn´t have all items in stock. It was sold out and the supplier couldn´t say when to provide the item. After contact by mail, Veclo changed my order and send the rest of the items. It took a while, but i got my order and recieved my money back. So, all good!
We ordered several items and one was not in stock so a partial order was sent and was received in 3 days. The help desk kept me informed when the rest of the order was due (by email and phone, the order was time sensitive) and let me know when it had arrived at their end, it was sent the same day they received the rest of the order and was again received at my end in 3 days.
Veclo being a Dutch company, I found out very quickly their English was better then mine on the phone.
It's a shame they do not send to Australia as I would like to continue to be a customer.
The only problem we had was a glitch in the banking but it was sorted out very quickly with a minimum of hassle.
For instance, I haven't any idea about the moment I will receive the cycle set; without it, the trailer is without utility. I think that the comany should inform me better about the situation.

I have ordered from Veclo before and my second experience was as good as, if not better, than the first. Things are easier now with the integrated card payment service. I bought the Tacx Genius which was nearly £500 cheaper than anywhere I could find in the UK. Being in the UK I expected the order to take a little while to arrive but it was quicker than I had anticipated. The only criticism I have is not really about Veclo but the carrier (DHL). I received an email with a "track my parcel" link which, when I followed it, was unable to find my delivery. It remained this way overnight but the following day I managed to find it.
All in all, I received a first class service and would not hesitate to recommend Veclo to anyone and will certainly make them my first port of call for any future purchases.
I bought last November some products that should be received by the second week of December, but they were recieved by the end of the month.
That wasn't an issue indeed, but it would be better if the customer services had sent any email saying that there was a delay. I had to call them several times to know how it went.
In summary, a good place to buy if you aren't in a hurry, at least from my experience. Aslo I would suggest them to improve their customer service to give more information about the process.
more info should follow by VECLO if goods are out of the stock. it is important to get the info on time, even bad news are on the table. nevertheless, VECLO staff really feel responsible of what they do and this made be not so disappointed of lack of info.
El día uno de diciembre hice el pedido al cabo de una semana no sabía nada de mi pedido , tuve que llamar para interesarme por mi pedido y me dijeron que tardaría, hoy día 23 todavía no lo he recibido el pedido
