MISSING ITEMS FROM PARCEL
Placed a large order, received it next day as promised but items were on the statement that were not in the parcel. 21 days, 3 phone calls, at my inconvenience and cost and 2 emails later the matter is still not resolved. The department dealing with the investigation have not even bothered returning my calls with any updates. The items have been charged to my account. 'Very' very poor after sales customer care.
