Good choice of products and good delivery but when there is a problem i feel strongly that some customer service agents do not read emails properly. And the result is thay give out wrong information. Some of them just do not know how to cope when it is not a standard question and the reply is very script like and not common sense at times. This can be very annoying for myself.
