Simple process from order to delivery
Ordered goods after talking to someone for advise and products arrived very quickly using standard shipping. Unfortunately one of the components will not work with my system but that is not Vesternets fault.

Good customer care shows in reclamation
I was too quick in geting Z-wave USB controller. It turnend out that another brand had better performance and integration with my HA- server. But I had orded, got the delivery and broken the wrappings before I understood my misstake.
Vesternet accepted the return and credit my invoice.
Happy, returning customer.

Fast shipping and Good communication
All good and solid. Worked as expected... The only annoying thing is the DUWA switch I bought.. the packaging is such a waste.. way to much packaging.. otherwise.. great.. already bought more

Great service from a dedicated company
I've made three or four purchases from Vesternet now. Each one arrived in good time and in good condition.
Additionally, Vesternet provides a lot of useful information on its website. Their discussion on technologies steered me towards Z-wave and their how-to webpages are an excellent resource for getting to grips with products which can seem bewildering when starting out. Most recently, I was glad to see the Z-wave compatibility chart, for reducing the chance of purchasing a device which just refuses to work with your system.
All in all, I am very happy to recommend Vesternet to potential home automation purchasers.

Great service, helpful in case of faulty devices, fast & rapid assistance

Started really well, but a couple of defective products and a very slow replacement
First purchase went very well, with very strong technical support on how-to. I was unlucky witha Zipato that was defective, which Vesternet agreed to replace. So far so good, but then the replacement was equally faulty (unlucky batch?).
I then opted fior a reimbursement and go for Vera which took ages to arrive.
the staff have been very helpful, courteous and genuinely working to make this happen. I have experienced a whole month delay due to these Zipato faulty boxes. Not a great start, but then not Vesternet's fault.
4 star rather than 5 for the very slow delivery of the MCV.

The delivery issue was out of our hands I'm afraid - we use several couriers and in this case one let us down in your delivery time, which we've raised to them.

Excellent support
Shopping from Vesternet was a pleasure. Mark helped me with every aspect of my order, from shipping to customer support (one device I received was not compatible with my O.S. and he helped me get info from the manufacturer).
My only minor gripe is that it seems there is a fair number of items that are out of stock. There were quite a few items I could find in other resellers that Vesternet did not have. I won't substract a star for that but my experience shows the supply side needs a boost.
Overall, I will stick with Vesternet for the rest of my automation project and would recommend them heartily.

Helpful and professional throughout.
As someone new to home automation I have had several questions which needed answering - Vesternet have gone above and beyond what I was expecting, answering questions about not just their own products but the best ways to integrate them in a home. One faulty product was diagnosed and replaced without trouble, after talking me through troubleshooting.

Simple, efficient, prompt service with a great returns policy to back it up!
You can really buy with confidence from Vesternet as the prices are as cheap as anywhere, but you can buy in confidence with the great returns policy.
The technical knowledge around zwave is growing every week and the staff are responsive and enthusiastic about the products.

Quick delivery and quality service
Vesternet's website is well organised. Placing my order was very easy, I got an email confirmation and my products were delivered quickly. They do offer after sales support but I have had no need for it currently as everything I have ordered is working just as I expected. I would definitely use them again.

cheapest prices and best technical support
Having bought a Z-Wave TKB On/Off socket and a USB Z-Wave Controller from Vesternet, I can confirm that this website offered the products at the best rate available.
Furthermore, upon asking some *very* technical questions regarding advanced device configuration, I was pleasantly surprised at just how thorough the technical response was. Accurate, fast and in depth.
The team at Vesternet appear genuinely enthusiastic about their products and have more than met all my expectations from such a supplier.

Perfect experince ( So Far )
I bought a couple of items when i was traveling to the UK , i'm originally from Egypt , Order was there on time with no delays , i had a couple of faulty items though , i requested an RMA and they said i can return the items , I'll send them this week and will update the review once i return them .

waited weeks but only got excusses
My first order from your company was delivered quickly but only two of the three items arrived, after numerous calls and excuses from you I did some reserch and found i could get the part from abroad, however it was to late and I lost that job. A little honesty from you to start with would have helped. With in 30 mins of posting this review Dave Bell (the owner) was on the phone explaining the reasons for the delay and apologizing, the next morning the missing item arrived FOC. This has given me renewed confidence the company and I will use them again.

I was surprised at how quick my order was delivered
When I had problem fitting the valve, the staff at Vesternet were very helpful and the replys to emails was very quick.

Very fast delivery and wide choice
I am new to zwave and first purchase is the razberry module to use with Raspbrrry Pi and horstman wireless thermostat - works great.
Order received in 3 days. As I expand zwave control I will use Vesternet as my research so far indicates they are competitively priced and website full of useful advice.

Good, quick service and an out of stock issue resolved easily over email
I did a fair amount of research for the products I wanted, and Vesternet came out most cost effective taking delivery into account. I was prepared to wait a week or so for delivery, but the items arrived very quickly. One issue related to an out of stock item missing from my delivery, and this was dealt with quickly by their team over email.

A great website with competitive prices, good customer care but a little slow on delivery.
Vesternet had the easiest website to navigate out of the other Home Automation supplier websites I viewed. They seemed to have the most competitive prices also.
I had a problem with delivery and a representitive contacted me within 2 hours to help me with my query.
Delivery was a little bit slow, 10 working days.

hi,
I had been reviewing these products for some time before i eventually bought some of them.it wasnt until then i relalised the quality and support there was to offer.
I have had very little issues bar a faulty devices which was my own fault and was replaced free of charge. There is constant updates and new devices always being added, all you need is you imagination and knowledge to expand them.
i would like to see faster hc2 remote iphone access, a easy to access forum possible a iphone app.
other then that excellent product.

Great Option to buy Zwave products
I found him before in ebay, later on decided to make an order via vesternet.com. Great support for international users also, provide me tracking number and al arrive soon a safetely to Spain via DHL. National Courrier COmpany (COrreos) was who delivered locally the stuff.
I WIll buy more products.
Hope to find some more promotions for facebook or twitter fans.

A good supplier who responds well if things don't go to plan.
Vesternet have a good range of products and seem to have some of the best prices on the Internet. They have been supportive when there have been problems with products (faults that are not the cause of vesternet) and that has made the process of returning and replacing those products as seamless as could be expected. They have also been helpful with questions about products when they have not behaved as expected. There are some instances where product descriptions on the site could be updated to provide more info which might be helpful to people that have not used them before, it might take away the "suck it and see" that you can sometimes have when taking products you're not familiar with. I wold recommend them.
