A better place to shop - for your pet
It doesn't matter whether you are buying for your cat or your pony, you get the same quality service and the same quality drugs at Vet-Medic. I know as I've gone from one extreme to the other.
Not only that, you get the benefit of a very competitive price and fast delivery, and should you need it, expert advice also.
And if there are any problems, (like when my prescription ran out), there is a real person at the end of a phone or an email who will respond, and in the UK too.
I would have no hesitation recommending Vet-Medic based on my personal experience.

good overall service but delivery time could be a lot quicker
have placed at least 10 orders with this company over the last 6 months, delivery can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks, out of stock items are not highligted on ordering, i have apid for cat wormer presuming they are in stock only to be told 2 days later they are out of stock, no good when you have kittens that need worming. also had items never turn up waited a week for them to arrive but to no avail only turned up when i contacted the company by phone. good prices but service and delivery could vastly be improved if i treated my pet shop customers this way they would not come back to my shop.

GIVING CREDIT TO VET-MEDIC

excellent value for money
I was very impressed with the comprehensive range of dog and cat wormers.
The prices are very competitive. The order was despatched in a very fast time and was well packaged. I liked the fact that they gave the tablets per kg of animals weight to make it easy to work out how many tablets to buy per pet, some websites don't do this.
Also it was fortunate that there was an offer on when I placed my order.
I will be shopping on this website again.
