Terrible service, terrible customer support
I ordered an item on Monday at 8am and paid for 1-2 day priority delivery. Item was not even dispatched until the afternoon of the day after (this is supposedly priority to them). Still not received now on Friday.
Requested the priority postage charge to be refunded as I had not received a priority service, request was denied.
The person I was conversing with via email was blunt and completely ignorant of my situation, said if the item hadn't arrived in 15 days they would 'consider' a refund.
I've cancelled the order and will be raising an issue with Paypal for a full refund.

Having assessed your order again I can confirm the item was dispatched on the next working day.
It is a pity that the Royal Mail have let us down with their delivery. It is early days I know and the vast majority of items do arrive - however I have explained the refund options available and I look forward to helping you more if your packet does not arrive soon.
We do offer a range of postal options in checkout including Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We strive to offer excellent customer service which is confirmed by our high score in the TrustPilot ratings, however it is always helpful to have feedback to see where we could improve even more.

Quick delivery. Well Packaged. Would use again.
The items arrived quickly and extra packaging had been used to protect one of the more fragile items which was a nice touch.

save pounds with this company
this company gives excellent service and quick delivery i've been paying £29 odd for this treatment for one dog from my own vet, and you only get 3pipettes. With vetimed i treated both the dogs for the next 4mnths for £25.49, so if i give you the web address you can save money and buy treatment for your dog from them.

Item was delivered 2 days after order was placed using normal 2nd class mail at no cost to me - can't get better than that!!!

This purchase was for VetPen needles and were the most competitive price I have found. Not sure why pet needles are so much more expensive than the same for humans.

Having just placed my order with Vetimed I was very impressed by them. My order was not very big but I was still treated with absolute professionalism. I placed my order on line late one evening and received it within 36 hours! there was a problem with my prescription going through and I was contacted by someone that evening after 9pm to sort it to enable them to get the order processed quickly for me! The ongoing updates by email and all my dealings with this company have been excellent and their prices are very good. I will be continuing to use this company saving myself £40 per month on my horses prescription; I would recommend anyone to use this Vetimed.

Easy, straightforward transaction - couldn't ask for more!
Have used other online pharmacies before for my dogs prescription and it's seemed to be a time-consuming process, from having to scan in the prescription and then have to put it in the post additionally, and then the turnaround to get the actual item in the post has taken almost a fortnight before!
Really pleased to discover that's not been the case with my most recent order with Vetimed. The item arrived within a couple of days and was exactly as ordered, with a minimum of fuss. All that and the price was really competitive too. Will definitely use again!

Excellent Service
I have just used Vetimed for the first time and was very impressed with the website and service. I will definitely be using them in all my orders for my pet dog for the future which will be ongoing from now on as my lovely Golden Retriever is 11 and she needs permanent medication. The one thing that stood out for me was the fact that there is no postage charge - this is a must for me as everything is going up in price. Great company,very efficient with a personal touch.
I like this company,very helpful when I had difficulty getting my prescription sorted for emailing.I had a phone call from the director of the company which was very reassuring.When you order items on line it can be devoid of human contact of any kind ,so having a phone call was really good.

We tried the rest but found the best
The site and prices are great. There was a slight issue receiving the scanned prescription which I had to chase but once that was resolved the order was discpatched within 2 or 3 hours and was received well within 24hrs.
I'm sure the next order will go smoothly and as efficiently.
I also appreciated the first porder discount.

Hi found this new comppany on the web and after searching for medication for my dog this one proved to be way out in front, so I ordered and had a bit of trouble [my fault] next thing I know they were on the phone to me helping me out. Received the medication quickly and it was the best price by far.
