I wouldn't give these people any stars....and have told all friends and family to avoid them like the plague. I had tickets for the cancelled Lynsey Buckingham concert in December and despite being emailed by them to be told I would get a refund I have only just received an email telling me its on its way (September). They are trying to refund to a cancelled credit card and although I have emailed them to inform them of this I have just got a standard cut and paste reply through...they obviously can't be bothered. And forget trying to ring them...you just get through to an automated line. I work in customer services and if my organistion treated its customers like this I would be ashamed.

I have sent the relevant paperwork by email to you on Monday. Please can Rebecca from Customer Services get back to me regarding my refund... I know that this has been received as I asked for a email back from Outlook once it had gone through...so please don't tell me that you haven't got it. I originally sent a fax to the number customer services sent me but this line is no longer available....what a surprise! I would appreciate an email back or a telephone call to my work number today to tell me when you are going to give me my refund....FED UP CUSTOMER.
