I posted a review for Viagogo on this site on 12th September stressing my awful experience with them.
As with most poor reviews, Viagogo publicly reply to the post, apologising, then ask for a reference number so that they can investigate.
But all this seems to do is suggest that they are dealing with the customer privately.
However, this seems to be a damage limitation tactic.
Having given the transaction number (2070308), I am STILL waiting for a resolve.
I would like to politely ask Viagogo to not post a "We will investigate this for you" style reply, as all this does is take the concern away from the place I am trying to make it public.
Please investigate and then reply here. Thank you.
