I booked one ticket for Beyonce at the O2 on 5th May and paid just under double the face value. Everything went very smoothly and the ticket arrived in good time. The ticket looked genuine but I still wasn't getting my hopes up after reading some of the reviews. When I got to the O2 and the ticket was scanned, it came up on the scanner as rejected and I was taken over to see a man who worked there and he asked me my name, where I'd got the ticket from and he had a list of names with the row number, seat number etc with the original sellers name and address under the heading REJECT and mine was one of them. I explained I had bought the ticket from Viagogo and he went off to speak to 'Ticketing' at the venue for about 10 minutes, which left me there waiting before he eventually came back and told me that my ticket was fine and I was allowed in. I was so relieved I didn't think to ask what the confusion was. I was worried that someone was going to come along and want my seat through the concert but everything turned out okay in the end and I forgot all about it once Beyonce was on. I don't think I would use the site again because of this, its too risky!
