Ripped Off

I purchased Rod Stewart tickets in December for the Rod Stuart concert in Manchester last Saturday. These were advertised as VIP tickets at a cost of £170 per ticket. Having recieved the 4 tickets purchased i noticed that the face value of these were £70. Not a great start !
On arrival in Manchester the VIP lounge was a small room , my living room is bigger just off the main concourse which was packed. After fighting to get to the bar and being charged £20 for 4 small drinks we tipped these in to plastic cups to stand outside so we could move.
In summary Viagogo missled on the advert as these tickets were not VIP , in truth they are standard £70 tickets that they have made over a £100 a piece on. To add insult to injury the booking fee cost for 4 tickets was over £100.
I will never use this company again.

Viagogo quick to come back to say they will look in to my poor review, is this beacuse they are worried that negative comments may damage their reputation!!. Since their post of we will look in to it for you yesterday morning i have heard nothing back what a shock. Set of cowboys.
