Tomorrowland 2013 - Ticket doesn't look legit!!!:( Please help! >>>>> Got contacted by Viagogo team

Update
07/12/2013
Got contacted by Viagogo team and they have assured me that my ticket is legit and I will be able to get my Tomorrowland bracelet by just showing my ID and the e-ticket at the Festival's Will Call Desk!

Hoping to make it to the festival!
*******************************************

Today I got an e-mail from Viagogo to download the e-ticket for the event. But the ticket says the following....
===============
"GO TO THE ‘WILL CALL - PICK UP DESK’ AT MAIN ENTRANCE
TO RECEIVE YOUR FESTIVAL BRACELET

TiCKETS aRE STRiCTLy PERSOnaL anD By naME!
your passport/iD can be asked at the special GuEST desk.
will be a very strict surveillance respecting valid tickets with
correct names. in case the name on the ticket doesn’t match your
passport or the responsible buyer, entrance will be denied.
===============

Based on this I don't think this ticket is usable.... How can I use this ticket to get to the event? I need to contact the seller to get this sorted out.

Viagogo says in bold letters on it's site that all the Tomorrowland festival goers will be guaranteed the bracelet to the festival and I don't know how that is happening for me.

Also the Tomorrowland e-Ticket ( 2nd wave) is supposed to have name of the Original buyer on it and I don't see any name on the ticket. The ticket doesn't look legit to me. Did Viagogo verify the legitimacy of the ticket before selling on its site?

I have paid a huge amount for this ticket and looks like I stand cheated here.

Could someone from Viagogo team please help? I have written multiple times to the Viagogo team without any response. My travel date to Belgium is coming soon and I am very nervous.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
My Transaction ID: 3281469

Thanks,
Manish
