Awful service. BOught 4 tickets for the Book of Mormon over the Internet. A couple of hours later I had an email to say that my payment hadn't gone through. So I called and made a new purchase over the telephone. After a couple of days I had an email to say that my latest transaction was also cancelled. No explanation and definitely no attempt to try and honour their promise. When I checked my credit card, my account had been debited twice and even though I got a refund for the second transaction, Viagogo would not acknowledge that they had taken payment twice. I sent proof and numerous emails and calls but nothing. After two months of chasing I had to go to my credit card people and report the whole incident in order to retrieve my money.. Never again,
