An (expensive) black hole: extremely stressful despite so-called "guarantee"

Purchased e-tickets at a significant premium over 2 weeks ago, and have heard absolutely nothing since. The "Order Tracking" feature is useless, as it effectively just says "please wait for the seller to respond"... again, the same thing for over 2 weeks now. It should not take this long to deliver an e-ticket(!), and each day the whole transaction feels shadier and shadier. At this point, having read the reviews here, and as the event draws near, I am extremely worried that I will not receive any tickets (other than maybe suddenly being told an hour before the event to meet a stranger at a nearby hotel— this is a terrible reputation to have, guys). I am very disappointed, and would actively discourage others from using Viagogo in the future.

I bought tickets for a concert for which I paid over the odds wanting good seats. I went to the billing part of the transaction and there were tons of extra charges for agent fees, sending fees, etc. Wtat should have been on the face value 140€ went up to 220€. Already furious they have a NO REFUND policy (of course). I received the tickets, and they were absolutely not the ones I asked for and paid for on the site. They were for a total of 84€ which means VIagogo pocketed along the way 136€. I wrote to the customer complaints telling them of my utter disatisfaction and received an automatic response reminding me of their no returns or refunds policy. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY TICKETS FOR CONCERTS and please dont yourself.

Never again

Purchased tickets over 2 weeks ago for a client who will be flying over for this event tomorrow night. I called first thing in the morning yesterday (Wednesday( to ask where the tickets are and when I would receive them and asked them to call me back the same day for an update. Heard nothing all day. Called them yesterday evening, still no clue what was happening but still could guarantee 100% that they would turn up, how can you guarantee that when no one knows what is going on, then they told me to give them until 12pm today.
I called 12pm today, STILL no clue or no update on how I was getting the tickets or when, the day BEFORE the event!! Asked someone to call me back within the hour, heard nothing. I called them at 1.30pm, asked the same thing. STILL NO CLUE. Now I am waiting AGAIN for them to call me back to tell me that they have spoken to the seller...the WORST customer service ever, with no clue what is going on. Our client is in the country and expects to attend the event tomorrow and we have no tickets to give them, or any idea how and when we are receiving them. Never using them again and also reporting them to Watchdog.

2901927 - I have been on and off the phone all day with customer services, they have now said that they have to let's aside for me and think its 'positive' I will get these in time. What I want to know is, do you definitely have my tickets? When will they be sent? Will they be send by courier? I don't want to have to pick them up from a pick up point at the event in case anything goes wrong.

Was all going so we until I saw the original price...

Booked tickets for mickey flanagans new tour stopping at the hackney empire may 31st for my dads 50th birthday.The delivery was fast and to be fair they where the only site left with tickets.
You can imagine my amazement however when the tickets turned up and where printed by ticket master with the price of £25 on the front....I however paid £80 per ticket!!!
And that's before an added booking fee and delivery charge!!!
Disgusted with the level of extra cost, that is over a 200% profit!!!
I expected to be paing a bit more but this is ridiculous.

I purchased tickets to see Beyonce in London. When first seller backed out viagogo people found me replacement tickets, as good as original ones. I had some issues and when I voiced them on here they called to reassure me. My tickets arrived few days before the event and yesterday I had a pleasure to see Beyonce life. Very happy indeed.

If you want stress levels to hit an all time high this company is for you.

I purchased tickets for Alt-j back in November 2012 for a concert commencing on the 3 may 2013. I started to get a bit worried last week only to be informed by email that everything is in hand. I sent them an email at the start of the week reaffirming my concerns only to be told again everythings in hand.I received an email today letting me know I was entilted to a refund if I wished as they could not contact the seller, so a call was made to there customer sevice team explaining that all arrangments were made hotel train etc and that we were suppose to be travelling up tomorrow.They said that they will try there best to locate tickets. So what am I suppose to do pray in hope.

So far so good!

I will be honest I had difficulties at first. The only reason being because I live in Germany, therefore it was difficult to by the tickets that are based from a different country. However, I called the number that was given to me and they took my information and told me that a .pdf would be emailed to me when the tickets were ready. Not even three days later the email was sent to me and I now have my tickets! The event is in July, so I have a while to go until the event. The only concern I have is driving two hours and the tickets turn out fake; but I highly doubt that they will be!

Appalling!! Update

Further to yesterdays post it is now less than 3 days until the event. Today I AGAIN HAD TO RING to push for my tickets to be replaced, siting the fact i seen suitable tickets being advertised on their website still. When i made the pretty obvious point that they should be allocating these tickets to me, the response was 'oh there are tickets?' Trading Standards here I come with all guns firing!

Very concerned, beware!

I have used Viagogo to purchase tickets to watch Barcelona FC this weekend several weeks ago. I bought two lots, one of 6 and another of 7 for our party of 13. I received the first group of 6 tickets almost immediately but right now I am very worried about the second group, Trans ID 3045695. The first group of tickets were from London, no problem but the second group were coming from Israel? As of now Monday night there is no tracking number, I've had two 'standard' responses from Viagogo one saying don't worry it's normal and another asking me to change the address. Their website says I should have the tickets 3 days before which as the game was originally scheduled for the Saturday should've been fine. Anyway the short story is beware, unless you like the stress of not knowing whether £700 is going to disappear!

The worst experience ever!!!

I bought the tickets of the 1 directions 5 month in advance to make sure my sister could go to their concert and paid 200 euros for one place in front of the podium!!! 2 weeks before the event I started calling to be reassured that I was gonna get the tickets on time. They kept reassuring me about it until 1 day before the event to finally admit that they didnt have the f... tickets. I asked them to call me before reimbursing me because i wanted the alternative of having 2 tickets instead of one, in whatever place in the arena. After a few hours they send me an email telling me than I ve been reimbursed. I called to ask an explanation and they kept telling me the same things all over and over again. I understand that this is not the customer service fault so I didnt have a go at them but I am seriously thinking about suing them. even though they have reimbursed me, this was an absolutely ridiculous service.

I Purchased 4 tickets to see Beyonce for April 2013 in Paris back in February for £1200 from Viagogo.

My tickets had not arrived 5 days before the concert, so I called very concerned and was assured that I would get them within 2 days via UPS, 3 days before the event I was asked to provide a paris address for the tout to post them to so I booked a hotel and spent money ringing a concierge in paris to arrange acceptance of the delivered tickets, 2 days before the concert the hotel had still not received tickets and the website was showing that they had not been dispatched, I made many calls to Viagogo begging them to get to the bottom of it before the 4 of us departed only to be told that I had to collect them from a hotel near to the concert venue and that they guaranteed 100% that they would be there from 7pm. I asked on numerous occasions for the sellers details but they would not give them to me. Although I found this totally unacceptable I had no choice but to accept this way of getting my tickets, I was £2500 in at this point, had I not booked flights and a hotel just to receive the tickets I would have backed out and asked for a refund.

As soon as I arrived in Paris I called the emergency french number to check that the tickets were still going to be there and was told "yes". We arrived at the venue on time to collect the tickets and surprise surprise no Viagogo representative/ticket supplier. I rang Viagogo screaming and crying, was told to wait while someone called me back with an answer, no-one did, I rang again (all costing more and more money) and went through the whole thing again to be fobbed off, "we will call the seller and ring you back" the lady said but did not. We then went to the ticket office as it was closing, we were told that our seats had been taken so we rang Viagogo again, the phone lines had closed so the 4 of us were left outside the stadium with very unsavoury characters hanging around which was totally unsafe. We could not get a taxi and had to walk for 90 minutes back to our hotel. Had our seats that we had paid for been empty we may have had a chance with the management of catching the last hour of the concert!

I called Viagogo as soon as they reopened the next day to be given no explanation as to what had happened and that they cannot be responsible for these problems as they are just a market place like ebay when actually Viagogo take your money from your account and you cannot contact the real seller. You have to take Viagogo's word for the whole process whereas Ebay expose the seller, you can contact the seller and you pay through paypal which guarantees your money, Viagogo does not.

Not only is is disgraceful that genuine fans are forced to deal with organised gangs of touts hijacking massive amounts of tickets online we are forced to deal with companies such as viagogo who legitimise this crime whilst taking your money and delivering nothing.

All in all I can honestly say that I have never been taken in like this in my life and whether I get my money back or not I will use whatever means I can to expose this company.

Help!!!

Transaction number 2908936

I have yet to receive or hear anything about my tickets with less than a week before the concert. They are for a birthday present and we need to start making arrangements for travelling.
Also I have purchased E-tickets but by reading reviews many people say they have a different name printed on them, will this mean we will be refused entry if the tickets every do arrive?
Anyone else been in a similar situation with this site and could give me some reassurance please.

Bought Pink tickets at the O2 arena, London for the 27/04/2013 for my wife last Christmas. Spent £345.

Tickets were unsuccessfully delivered on 25/04/13 by Royal Mail (2 days before the show) to the wrong address after I did an address change on their website 2 weeks previous after lots of worry about not being home. Went to collect tickets next day from Royal mail who stated I had to wait 24 hours before collection. (Friday 26/04/13) [day before gig]

after 5 calls to viagogo, and promised call backs from a senior manager (which did not happen) I was told just to "sort it out" as there was no other way to get into gig even though ticketmaster offer a re-print on their website. Viagogo had no further details of the ticket to pass to me (seat number, row, ticket number etc...)

Had to cancel train tickets and hotel stay in London of the Friday as travelling from Newcastle so I could pick up tickets the next day.

Picked up tickets Saturday morning from Royal Mail to discover the seats advertised as "side view" are actually "rear side view" MIS-SOLD as far as I am concerned. All at a cost of £345 for 2 tickets + £85 cancelled (non refundable) hotel + £100 train ticket journey.

I bought two Champions League tickets (Transaction ID: 3055055) from Viagogo on 12 April 2013. However, today (26 April 2013) I received e-mail from Viagogo saying my transaction is cancelled even though I was protected by Viagogo Guarantee, which guarantees the receipt of tickets. Viagogo did not provide any reasons or explanations regarding why my transaction is cancelled other that saying "We are sorry." Does this Viagogo Guarantee mean anything? Is there any commitment from Viagogo on its obligations?

rather than a review let me tell you what has happend over the last week

my name is matthew and i live in manchester,
in febuary i bought 4 standing tickets for the upcoming Beyonce show at the lg arena on 27th of april 2013 via the viagogo website for £1100.
i received the tickets on 23/4/2013 and they was wrong.
there was only a pair of 2 and the other 2 was individual for different rows of the standing area.
also out of the 4 tickets 1 of them was an e ticket which clearly states "resale of this ticket is prohibited"
it also has the original buyers name on the ticket and it also states "id checks may be conducted on entry"
i then went onto the viagogo website and looked for the customer service number which i was unsuccessful as it is not on the website.
i then went on to look through forums of bad reviews and wrong doings to other people were i found the customer service number which is a 0871 number.
i called viagogo and got instructed to send photos of the tickets to wich i explained i do not want replacement tickets as it it too close till the event for something like this to happen as it is only 5 days removed from the event so i sent a photo of the tickets along with this email……

I have received my tickets today 23/4/2013 and I am not happy and would like a full refund as the party I was going to attend with has agreed along with my self that the tickets we have received are not what we purchased and there are a number of factors that have led myself and the my 3 friends who was going to attend to believe this


1) the e ticket has the original buyers name on the ticket.now I completely appreciate that on your website it states that this won't be a problem but the ticket says I d checks may be conducted on entry and it would be a disaster if this was to take place and was to be refused entry.

2) the e ticket clearly states resale of this ticket is prohibited so I should not of received it

3)only 2 of the 4 tickets I've received are together there all on different rows

In light of these 3 major factors we as a group have decided that we are not going to attend as it is very short notice for something like this to happen and have proceeded to cancel hotel reservations to which I explained to the operator when I contacted customer service and she said it is understandable that we expect a full refund for the tickets and instructed me to send pictures of the tickets (found below)and someone will be in touch tomorrow 24/4/2013. I do look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible replacement tickets will not be accepted as it is now to short notice.
I am more than positive you will understand and issue a full refund for the miss-sold tickets and look forward to hearing from you

i then contacted viagogo on the customer service number on 24/4/2013 as i was yet to receive a response.
and was told someone will contact me regarding this matter.
i then rang back on 25/4/2013 to be told by a member of customer service called "caz" who told me a refund has been accepted and she proceeded to tell me to return them via special delivery and the address to return them to will be emailed to me asap.
i then went signed onto my email account to find a response that got sent on the 24/4/2012 which i did not collect till this point and the email is as follows.

We have reviewed your order and the tickets you have received, and we can confirm that they are correct and valid for your order for the event 27/4/2013, Beyoncé.

i then called back on the customer service number again and said i was told i was getting a refund less than 1 hour ago and i have found this email what is going on to which the girl who i was speaking to said i can see my colleague told you u are getting a refund but because you received that email i will get the person who is dealing with it to clarify the situation to which i replied i asked for a refund i was told i was going to get a refund at this point i do expect to get the refund and the call ended and i received this email around an hour later.

Rob I was told today a refund will be given for these tickets and further to your point yes I can take on board that they are to be sold in pairs but they are not pairs I have 1 pair and 2 separate I will not be attending the event as I refuse to risk additional traveling cost to be turned away. Further to your point again if resale is not prohibited why would that be on the ticket I think the customer service you provide is appalling and I will be contacting my legal team regarding this matter if a refund is not provided as I was told today by a member of your customer service team called "caz" quote " a refund has been approved " she also told me I will be provided with an address to send the tickets to and will be refunded for postal charges. I would like to have a phone conversation with you to discuss this further because talking over email is not adequate for the situation and I look forward to hearing from you in the next 24hours






i then spoke to the customer service team again and was told i am not getting a refund and there is nothing i can do.
i relay feel an injustice has been done here as i payed a lot of money to have these tickets together and not to be dotted round the arena and don't think a company like viagogo should be able to get away with this kind of practice as i won't be attending the event at risk of refusal of entry as its in Birmingham and i live in manchester.

i have contacted 5 newspapers about this issue ,trading standards , ticket factory and bbc watchdog as i feel what they are doing not just to me but to millions of people like myself is wrong and i aim to put a stop to it


i can not stress enough do not use this company i should of listend to the bad reviews

IM WORRIED!

I bought my tickets a few months ago from Viagogo to see Lana Del Rey in Birmingham on the 12th May. I'm leaving on the 11th to Birmingham so I can stay in a hotel and get there early for front row. There's only two weeks left and there is no sign of the tickets. I know the sight said this is normal but reading the other reviews I'm starting to get worried! These tickets were very expensive and so was the hotel and travel and I don't want it to be wasted. I've been waiting for this for months and I'm so excited! It would be devastating if I couldn't go. :(
If I could get some reassurance that would be great!

the worst service ever, fraud!!

I have payed ticket to Justin Bieber concert in Helsinki in July 2012. Now, before 24 hrs of that concert, I still havent that ticket! It cost me 325€,
I have send almost ten e-mail, and I have called them twice. I have given the new adress but still I haven´t that ticket. This has caused a lot of stress, work and costs. I don´t enjoy this anymore.
Still they are just saying; this is normal....
How they can trust that people arve always using combuter, waiting and watching when that ticket comes????!!!! My 12 year old daughter has already travelled 450 km to that event and now we don´t have ticket. She is crying-so sad!
This was the first and last time! How yoy´ll explain this???

A ticket tout in the guise of a resell company

Just went on today to order John Mayer tickets from the Live nation presale. These tickets are not on general sale until tomorrow. I have managed to get 4 tickets from live nation / ticket master however even before the tickets went on pre sale all the resell sites like Viagogo have loads of allocated tickets for up to £500 a ticket. How can these be resells when they weren't even on pre sale and not on general sale until tomorrow.

THIS IS NOT PEOPLE RESELLING TICKETS its a rip off and clearly the promoters allocating large numbers of the best seats to the resell companies for a kickback.

resell companies are not what they claim to be and we should all avoid using them this way they won't have the demand that is damaging the music industry ... in a word they are an organised rip off and the genuine music fan is the victim!

My partner brought us two Micky Flannigan tickets in November for the show in April. Instead of the tickets turning up, three days before the event one ticket for Depeche mode in a different city at a different time arrived in the email inbox. This was flagged up with the customer services but nothing was done, we had to phone them back several times, not once did they get in contact to keep us updated. Only two hours before the actual event was the issue 'escalated' so it could be dealt with quicker. But nothing got sorted and we ended up missing the show we had both been looking forward to and had paid for since November.
Very unimpressed and would not recommend Viagogo to my worst enemy.

devastated and spoiled my wifes 30th

Bought some beyonce tickets for a show in Paris a number of months ago and despite calling every day from 5 days before the event I still have not had confirmation about my tickets. I was told that there was a problem with the seller and they were looking into getting other tickets. I have had no correspondents from the company despite being told that I would receive emails and Adam would personally ring me back yesterday with an update. we now fly out to France today with no tickets and no clue what is happening. would not use this company again and would recommend people not to use it either. totally dissatisfied with the service I have received.

After reading all these negative reviews, I feel like me and my brother won't receive our tickets on time, even though Immortal Technique's show is in June... Why is it that you send the tickets a few days before the event? Why not immediately after receiving the tickets? Im hoping I wont be disappointed. I really hope our tickets are valid and arrive on time!

Like the previous reviewer I too have had a problem with Viagogo for the PSG vs Valenciennes game which was originally to be played on the 4/5. I am leaving Paris to return to the UK on the 5/5 so can not attend the game.
I too was not notified of any change of date and I was sent what seems to be a standard reply as below

This does not match with the information on the Viagogo website which states as follows...................................

I am disappointed by the conflicting information on their website, and also by their reluctance to help when their is an issue. Clearly they have a querie and a stock email is sent out. The only reason I used Viagogo was because there was an official link from the PSG website.
On line ticket marketplace or not, I would hazzard a guess that Viagogo have still taken their fee for the sale.

I will not be using them again and I will be telling others to do the same.

Me and my friends Bought PSG football tickets through Viagogo as I was going to Paris. Sadly, PSG vs Valenciennes was rescheduled from its original date, from 4/5 to 5/5, which mean that we Could not go to the match because we are flying back to our country.
Firstly, Viagogo did not contact me about the date of the event being changed or offer an apology.

Last time I bought Manchester United vs Real Madrids tickets through Viagogo I was satisfied. Now I am very disappointed by the way Viagogo doing when something goes wrong with you order. Viagogo do nothing to help me and my friends. Why cant they just cancelled the order ?
Buying tickets through Viagogo is like risk sport, they put the risk on you shoulder if something goes wrong with you order and they will not help you. Last time for me

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

We purchased tickets through viagogo to attend a concert in the LG arena. These tickets were sent out to us in the post but unfortunately the delivery card was left in a shed that we do not use, which resulted in the tickets being returned. A week before the concert we realised that we still hadn't recieved the tickets, so we contacted the company to explain the situation. Their customer service department basically told us that it wasn't their problem and that it was our fault that we were not home at the time of delivery (baring in mind they dont state a delivery date or time) and both myself and partner work full time. To me this is poor customer care. We contacted the LG Arena ourselves and all they required from viagogo was our block, row and seat numbers sent via fax and they could have sorted our the rest by issuing new tickets to us. The company were not interested in supplying this information for us whatsoever, they completely refused to give us any information from which we could chase the tickets up ourselves and see if they could be resent out or send out the fax info that we needed, which resulted in us losing £200 which we paid for the tickets, and we ended up having to pay an extra £150 for two new tickets from the LG Arena. All this company were interested in was taking our money any aftermath they were not remotely interested in. The staff promised they would contact us back aswell as managment in regards to helping us, and they did no such thing. All we recieved was an email the day after the concert to say that there was nothing they could do to help us and could we rate their customer care by filling out a questionaire. WELL tell you what I wouldnt even give the 1 star rating to this company. We will definitely not use this company EVER again and would advise anybody else not to.

Bought PSG football tickets through Viagogo as I was going to Paris. Sadly, the game was put forward by a day (within a couple of days before the game), which meant that I could not go to the match. I did arrive in Paris a day after (the day the game was originally scheduled for).

I expected a full refund from viagogo, as it was not my fault that I could get to the game. They replied:

Scared, filled with terror and no help from Viagogo - please help while there is time

I bought tickets for a Depeche Mode concert this coming June 2013 in October of 2012. It is now April 2013 and I still do not have my tickets. I called one week ago and a was given very helpful feedback by Julius at Viagogo that they would call the seller to find out the story of my tickets. I was promised a call this Monday for an update and never received a call.

I called today and was absolutely STONEWALLED. I was told that the person selling me my tickets doesn't actually have them yet. Since all of the tickets were sent to the buyers by the original seller, eventim.de, in October of 2012 - this sounds horrific. I asked if I could be sent alternate tickets already by a seller selling the same seats on Viagogo who has them right now and they said NO. I am flying from Canada to Germany for this show and I bought tickets for friends. We have spent over $2000 in flights and accommodations for this show and I cannot be stuck in a situation where I am told that I could not be provided the tickets after flying overseas.

I do not want to have to report this purchase to my credit card company but I might have to if I do not receive assistance. My credit card company actually at first stopped my payment and I had to persuade them I understood what a ticket broker was. I have been buying from brokers since 1993 and have NEVER been treated so poorly. I have now ready many accounts right here where individuals never received their tickets in the end and I am horrified. Please assist me as I would prefer a solution from Viagogo rather than getting my credit card company involved. I simply cannot wait and not receive the tickets as a possible outcome. I bought from Viagogo because I read I was GUARANTEED my tickets. The reality has turned out to be otherwise since they refuse to help by sending out the same tickets from another seller even though they know that *my* seller does not have them after SIX months.

I will be more than happy to edit this review to something positive when I am given help.

In September 2012 we bought 2 tickets to see Pink at MEN Arena in Manchester 14 Apr 2013. We've paid about 320 Euros for it. I was calm and certain that we will receive the tickets for the concert on time, despite the e-mails from Viagogo saying that we might get it about 3-5 days before the show (100 % guarantee,right?).Five days before the show I've had a call to Viagogo asking them where are my tickets.I was told that they're trying to get in touch with the seller,so I don't have to worry about it. Next day I've rang them again-same response. Another day (Friday before Sunday event) someone told me that it's really too late,no chance to deliver the ticket on time,because Royal mail doesn't work weekends,but in this case they will supply us e-tickets or new,better quality tickets-customer advisor said it's a very emergency matter for them to make sure I'll get my tickets. Finally on evening of Friday 12/04/13 we had a call from customer centre saying that they've got replacement tickets for us, closer to the main stage,all we have to do is take an ID form with us and go to box office on Sunday and collect our tickets (suspicious was that he told me we don't get a transaction number or confirmation e- mail from them for it).I felt secure and calm that time-100 % guarantee,right? A night before the event (Sat 13/04) I've had a message left on my voicemail saying that unfortunately they can't offer us any tickets cause the seller cancelled transaction. We've been devastated. They kept our monies for half a year, to tell us 24 hr before the concert that they've got no tickets for us.My wife had tears in her eyes.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGRACE!!!! What about your 100 % guarantee???What about people who you let down???A couple days after gig they've send my an e-mail with the voucher for any gig worth 75 quid (probably to cover their horrendous transaction and delivery fees). Hi,
I purchased 2 tickets about a month ago to see Russell Peters last night in O2 Arena, when I was going through gates my tickets wouldn't work. I was told the seller has probably cancelled my tickets and got duplicates of theirs. So the seller was sitting on my seats.
I emailed viagogo, asking for refund and explanation. Cause nobody contacted me regarding any changes. I'm still waiting for response.

I MISSED THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF A GAME!

I've bought 2 cat 5 tickets each worth 580 euros including taxes for the Barcelona vs. PSG game on the 2nd of April.
First of all, I received my tickets only 5 or 6 hours before the game which was not only very worrying but it also did not come to my house, I had to pick it up myself from the airport.

THE ISSUE:
Me and my friend were EXTREMELY excited and we went to the stadium (parc des princes). My friend scanned his tickets and it flashed green and he got in normally. When I tried to scan my ticket it scanned red and I could NOT get in. I was then told that I had to speak to a certain person about it. I waited about 15 minutes and I finally got to him. He took my tickets and starting talking in his walkie talkie. He then asked me if I had my passport, I said no. And then after 5 minutes he gave me my ticket and told me that I could not get in. I went to him again after 5 minutes and he told me "It is impossible for you to get in". I was EXTREMELY sad and I almost started crying. I then saw someone else doing his job at another gate. I waited in line for what could have been an hour. After getting to him, he let me inside 15 MINUTES AFTER THE START OF THE GAME! I was extremely unsatisfied with viagogo. I missed the BEST part about the match. I missed the players getting into the field. I missed the chance of being a part of the PSG intro. I'm extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with viagogo and this ruined the rest of the game for me. I was and still am sad. And it was all because the ticket YOU sent me had an issue and would not let me in.
Therefore, I demand my right, I demand to get a part from the original ~1200 euros I paid; MY WASTED MONEY.

AND
I sent them an email and guess what? THEY NEVER REPLIED.

Invalid Bieber tickets - FULL REFUND

I received two Bieber tickets for Antwerp for my birthday in January. I went to the concert two days ago to find that the tickets were fake and we were not allowed in. Some idiot has obviously just sold his e ticket then used it for himself! I told Viagogo my problem yesterday morning. I got a reply within an hour saying please could I send some proof. I scanned in the faulty E tickets and waited. By 8pm that evening my friend who bought me the tickets texted me to say that she had been refunded! Very fast service! Doesn't let touts get away with selling faulty tickets! Sticks to its guarantee! Would use again but would stick to old fashioned tickets! Thanks Viagogo!!

2 'exceptional circumstances' out of 2? Awful!!!

I had used Viagogo last year to buy Lady Gaga tickets. 3 days before the event I received an e-mail advising the seller couldn't provide the tickets. The day before replacement tickets were sourced. Stressful but okay.
Have now booked P!nk tickets for Manchester 14/04/13 and with 2 days to go it has happened again but this time they have not responded about replacement tickets. I have sent 2 further messages with no contact and am so worried that the hotel rooms and 3x train tickets are going to be a waste of money, on top of the extortionate price of the tickets already purchased.
Will never use again and would suggest others stay well clear!

VERY VERY WORRIED

I purchased tickets on Viagogo for Beyonce at The 02. I recently received my tickets but they are E Tickets. It says I have to print the tickets off, however there is a name on the tickets which is not mine. I'm very worried that staff at The 02 are going to ask to see ID which matches the name that is on the tickets, which I obviously will not have.
