tried to put some tickets on viagogo. couldnt see the tickets advertised on the actual site. was told twice that the listing was fine. it wasnt. the tickets werent advertised. rang again and was told again that the tickets were listed . they werent. event came and went and i still got my tickets now. awful service.

I have contacted ViaGoGo 29 times regarding this issue via email, Facebook and Twitter, but they fail on each occasion to reply and simply turn a blind eye to all communication - very concerning indeed!.
I paid £439.98 for 4x Jay-Z tickets to go to the concert at the NIA Birmingham UK on the 08/10/2013 for myself, friends and family - as well as paid in advance for train fares and hotels.
However, upon arriving at the venue, we were stopped and questioned about the tickets as there were issues with them and could not be scanned, and we were turned away and denied entry - Point blank refusal. We were left stranded.
Not only was it a highly embarrassing and a extremely humiliating experience, it was also hugely inconvenient and it wasted our valuable time and money in the process - a total disaster and a completely ruined occasion!.
All of the planning, taking time off work to travel, all the extra expense paid for train fairs and hotels costing £393 on top of the £439.98 price we paid for the tickets - it was a complete left down and disgusting!!!.
I am still £393 out of pocket for wasted train fares and hotel bookings due to being turned away and declined access to the Jay-Z concert at the NIA in Birmingham on the 08/10/2013 because of the ticket problems.
Yes, ViaGoGo have eventually now refunded me for the £439.98, but I am still out of pocket and at a large loss of £393 for my additional expenses paid out.
I would like to know when ViaGoGo will be reimbursing me the £393 monetary value of my additional losses incurred as a direct result of being declined access to the concert mentioned above?. (I have attached to all of my emails to ViaGoGo my receipts for the train fares and hotels).
It is now 6 weeks that have passed since the date of the concert on the 8th October 2013, and I have been contacting ViaGoGo daily via Telephone, email, Facebook and Twitter regarding this issue and problem, but they ignore all contact and there is still no final resolve regarding my refund for the £393 monetary value of my additional losses.
Consequently, if nothing is fourth-coming and a cheque refund of £393 is not made for my additional losses, I will commence legal proceedings through the small claims court to reclaim my losses from ViaGoGo, as well as contact The Daily Express Newspaper, BBC Radio 1, SkyNews, Trading Standards and all the social media networks to cover this incident in interviews and negativity to go viral.

The event I bought is for tonight 7:30 pm (Nov 15) but when I print out the ticket it says it's for Nov 17th 3:00 pm. I don't know which one is valid and it really messed up my plans.
I tried to call both the emergency and regular customer service line for over an hour now and have not been able to get through.

Really excited to get tickets at last minute for Lisa Stansfield concert in Manchester, maybe I didn't check final details on payment, but, I was sure I was only paying for tickets at £37.50 each. On receipt of my Visa card statement today I was confused as to why I had been charged £127.95 for two tickets.
The original e mail when reading it shows that I was charged for two tickets at £50.00 each, (order no 3601453) so why does it say the value of £37.50 on the actual tickets I received??? Surely this means that I have been overcharged for my tickets by £12.50 per ticket??
If this is the normal procedure I am not happy and expect a refund for the amount I was overcharged.

I will never use this company again. It is not made clear enough what is the FACE VALUE of the tickets you are buying. It is simply not good enough for Viagogo to wash their hands by saying "We don't actually sell you the ticket, we are just the agent for the sale." There is a difference between being legal and being moral. This is not a moral company.
Only a range of face value prices is shown- this is not the same as telling you the face value of the tickets you are actually purchasing. Abdication of any responsibility by this company.
Great service. Applied for the tickets, had them confirmed (way back earlier in the year) forgot all about it until the tickets came through over the internet. Would definitely use them again.

My Nephew and my own holiday was all based around attending this event. We spent hundreds of pounds each on flights and accommodation. Only for it all to be ruined because we couldn't gain entry into the event with the tickets you supplied. Can you explain how this fits in with your guarantee?
To say I am disappointed is an understatement
disappointed with the charges added to my purchase of tickets as they were e tickets they I printed with my ink and on my printer and paid for the service and found the total charges excessive for the service provided.
Bought three separate tickets
When one didn't show up, they went out of their way to make sure I got it in a timely manner, and were very concerned about making sure something like that wouldn't happen again.
Would be a nice option if delivery method could be chosen.
Purchased tickets for Ajax v Celtic over 1 month in advance of the game. I was kept notified throughout of when to expect tickets and they wre dispatched in plenty of time and actually arrived within 24hrs of receiving my notification email. Great service shame about the score!
I came from Hong Kong to see Day 2 of this spectacular match on 5 Nov. Due to a misunderstanding about the admission system and a tight schedule earlier in the day, I only managed to arrive at the O2 Arena before 4 pm but just after the conclusion of the day matches. Two staff members of the Viagogo Customer Services there were very considerate and kind in taking the trouble of seeking instruction on whether I could be allowed to watch the evening games instead. To my relief, my wife and I were eventually allowed to enjoy the two wonderful matches in the evening, which were actually more preferable to the ones earlier in the day. Please accept a sincere salute from us for the understanding of our situation and the kindness in offering such a last minute change, which could not have been given by other agencies of this kind under similar circumstances. It also made our trip to the UK a truly memorable and enjoyable one! Thank you very much!
Ordered tickets that were unavailable direct from the venue, I was kept up-to-date via emails to let me know when they were dispatched etc. Good service, tickets obviously more expensive than buying direct but they seem to have tickets available for all sorts of concerts/events. Would defo use them again.
Brought tickets to the ATP World Tour Tennis Finals @ the O2. Ticekts brought on Friday and arrived on the Tuesday. Order process was simple and great communication from Viagogo.
Love the reminder email on the day of the event incase of any problems.

Having never bought tickets for a concert on line before, I was amazed at how easy and quick the whole process was. I was really impressed that I was kept informed with the progress of the delivery of tickets. Will certainly use Viagogo again.
