Brilliant day at the O2 watching the tennis, great seats, exactly what we booked, great experience.
Its a really great website for finding tickets to sold out events, if you are a big fan of something and happy to pay above the original price, although the admin/extra costs are quite high, I would still recommend viagogo.
Easy to purchase tickets, tickets came within good time for concert. Was kept up-to-date with the process over email the whole way through. Granted the service fees are high, but that's what you get with resale tickets!
We booked tickets for Billy Joel. The booking system was extremely clear and the tickets were sent as print at home.
We know exately where we'd be sitting and this helped us choose the right tickets for us.
I was keen tht the tickets were genuine and guarenteed and therefore was happy to purchase via Viagog.
I did think that the charges were very high but they were made clear prior to my purchase.

I bought tickets to the atp tennis finals at the O2, a sold out event. I managed to get tickets the day before for £16. When I collected tickets at the O2 it was hassle free and they put on a bit of a show whilst I collected them. I got a free drink at a bar and £20 off viagogo on my next purchase. It was so good I used that voucher later that week to buy another ticket.
I couldn't get tickets for War Horse at The Birmingham Hippodrome for love or money! So imagine how excited I was to find two tickets on Viagogo. I bought them on the Saturday, and they arrived by special delivery on the Tuesday morning. I had several update email updates from Viagogo. I am so pleased I found your site, and will definitely use you again. I have passed on your site to others. Thank You.
Viagogo was a good experience, emailed me before the event with clear instructions, however on entering the event my ticket wasn't valid so I'm not sure I would use again.

Seated tickets were found and paid for a year ago for a Jessie J concert - £250+ paid for 2 tickets - 8 year old daughter very excited.
No word until a stock email a week before the concert, saying that tickets would be on their way soon - that was reassuring...
2 days before concert and still no tickets - so I called Viagogo. Eventually got through and was told that 'oh, actually we had an email from the seller(??) this morning...' - alarm bells as we were under the impression that our agreement was with Viagogo direct - '... he's asking whether you'd accept standing tickets instead?' - NOT IMPRESSED! Obviously said no and started to ask a few questions...
Turned out that the seller had 'accidentally(?)' listed his tickets twice and as such didn't have any!
Now where in any sense of business legality, is it ok for monies to be taken when there is no guarantee that a product actually exists?? 1 years worth of interest for every customer that is unfortunate enough to buy through these crooks is a nice little earner - irrespective of the mark up on the tickets.
So, after numerous calls, still no refund, no compensation (time, phone bill, daughter's upset) - have reported these to Which, Trading Standards and also pushed the article to some friends within the national press.
DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE

So I paid 66 euros for seats that were 30 euros face value. Plus another 35 euros per ticket for booking fee and postage. To be honest I knew all that before I bought the tickets.
However, once we got to Dortmund the seats we had were in the back row of the stadium, and an obstructed view of the goal at the far end of the ground. So obstructed, that you could only see the left hand half or the goal. Frankly I'm amazed that Dortmund even sell seats that are so poor - the obstruction is the steelwork of the roof structure that is lower than the seats in the back row of the stand. Some smart alec Dortmund fan is making a mint by selling these atrocious seats for a massive mark up to unsuspecting people through Viagogo
Bought tickets for my boyfriend for a gig, tickets were shipped and never arrived. Contacted Viagogo who told me as they were shipped i needed to contact UPS, contacted UPS who told me t contact viagogo. During the process i have called the customer service desk 11 times over three days only managing to speak to a rep 4 times. I was offered new tickets which i was extremely pleased about, This was on the day of the event, got ready, about to walk out the door and needed to print my new eticket. Checked my inbox, junk..... no etickets. Called customer service, call dropped whilst on hold, second call... spoke with Dan who put me on hold for over 30 mins... i hung up... called back.... waited a further 10 mins.... spoke to another rep. Technical issues... sorry we will not be able to send you the eticket there have been some technical issues....This was at 6.05pm.... Gig due to start at 7. WTF!!!! Im soo pissed of right now its unreal. All dressed up and no where to go.
Fair enough im getting a full refund, but thats not the point. The service was ridiculous.

Ok so after reading the reviews on here it is apparent that although viagogo are selling tickets for a seller they have absolutely no credibility, trust or sense of responsibility for the hundreds of unsuspecting people that purchase tickets through them. I think it is a joke how they feel their blanket response goes any way to justify their actions?
Now I am so angry, I have just rang the events organisation and my 80.00 each ticket, what I thought were superior seats are in a restricted view!,!!!
I am going to inform Watchdog of this company if not for myself, but to stop other people getting ripped off.
Tickets arrived in time. I was forced to buy these because of time restraints and pursuing tickets that were in high demand during my work time. I paid £79 for each ticket & the usual postage etc. On the tickets they were £35 which is what everyone else i know paid. Why did I pay so much?

Bought tickets for a tennis event which was being staged the next day.. Picked the tickets up at the O2 Arena on e night which was fine but Viagogo charged me a delivery fee. When I queried his, it was refunded straight away but no delivery charge should have been added in the first place for picking up tickets at the venue. Otherwise, a good service which I would recommend.
We ordered tickets for a jake bugg concert back at the beggining of october, it is now the day before the concert and still no tickets have arrived. several phone calls and emails have been made each call lasting at least an hour and half and no wiser, we are meant to be going on a promise that they will be here in the morning, not looking very likely after thier response of the last few days. not confident of a refund with this company either judging by thier performance so far, Extremely annoyed, this is the most incompetant and frustrating company iv ever had the misfortune to deal with!!! JUST GOT A CALL TO SAY WE WONT BE GOING BECAUSE THEY COMPLETELY MESSED IT UP!!! WILL THEY BE RE,EMBERSING US FOR SEVERAL HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND A DAY OFF WORK WAITING FOR THE TICKETS???? i need a reply quick please, i have purchased 4 tickets for the Real amdrid and Real socidad match which on the 9th of november, and i will travel to madrid tomorrow i need to know what should i do and the match is in 2 days!! could i pick up the tickets from the stadium or what!
So after purchasing two 3rd row seats for an event that my 8 year old son could see the main stage, the tickets were no longer available?! Offered me an alternative under their guarantee service but they did not state the row number. Rang in and was told that someone would ring me me back to confirm but not to worry as they offer like for like replacements. Yep you got it, row 17 in a standing area so my son will have NO chance of seeing anything. Complained via their contact page and just got the standard response saying being looked into. Rang in today to complain and spoke to a nice young man this morning who told me someone would call me back today . No phone call. This company is a joke and my sons birthday present and dream of seeing his idols up close is totally ruined. Shame on you Viagogo, disgusting service. I bought tickets from Viagogo, they did not accurately describe what they were selling & I felt totally ripped off. When I complained they agreed that the fact "bench seat" was printed on the ticket & should have been visible on the ad but refused to refund my £300!!!! Or to go back to the " seller " The customer service department is a JOKE very bad one & there is no escalation, they do not answer the phone & then you have to write to Switzerland DO NOT USE THEM
I like using this site because it is easy and quick, you have more time to think about your purchase before buying than other similar sites. You also receive your tickets faster than any other site. I like the email you get on the day of the concert with helpline numbers available, very useful, not that I have needed them yet.
I think overall the ticket prices on Viagogo are better than some sites and the layout to choose the tickets is also really good. The only thing that may put me off in the future is that they use UPS for delivery! They don't give you a small or specific delivery window like other couriers and if you aren't in you have to drive to some remote industrial estate 10 miles away and then cannot even go inside to get your tickets it is like fort knox! Also Viagogo email you saying if you can't get there in so many days they will destroy your tickets people go on holiday you know and may miss this, this needs to change it would be devastating after paying all that money!
Its the 3rd time I bought tickets from Viagogo and was never let down. Ive been updated and emailed regularly with what's been going on....confirmation of tickets,dispatch of tickets etc etc....
The service is very good with tickets coming well in time. I recommend VIAGOGO to anybody! Cant wait to see NICKLEBACK in a few weeks time.....thank you

I would never use you again because you took £350 off of me for 4 tickets that I thought would be quality seats but when the tickets arrived they were £22-50 each.so you made £250 in charges which is a disgrace.!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately the tickets I bought for my son for his birthday were lost on the journey to the gig, I would use viagogo again for my own use or as a present-please advise if there is anything I can claim back for unused tickets?
I had sold 4 John Mayer tickets via Viagogo and on the day of the event 2 tickets were classed as invalid and denied the buyer entry to the event. The Viagogo assistance on location was able assist and supply 2 new tickets to the buyer.
I raised the case with Viagogo team due to not being able to retrieve the full payment on the tickets. The customer service team have been a great help to resolve the issue and I'm glad to say I should (pending) be getting the full payment back on the tickets.

I went to Amsterdam over the weekend (1st nov-3rd) and thought I'd catch a Ajax game while there. Used Viagogo for the 1st time to book these tickets. EASY QUICK AND CHEAP is all I can say fantastic service. When I got to the ground there was no problems with the tickets!!! Brilliant!
Purchased Jessie J tickets a couple of months ago, the transaction was quick, secure, fast and very efficient! Im very pleased. This site is the best i have used for purchasing tickets, as i was very worried due to the amount of scams!

Purchased Jessie J tickets for my daughter, my seats were upgraded which was excellent only 1 problem, I moved after purchasing these and contacted via go go to tell them but they still sent the tickets which cost me nearly £400 to my old house! It was just lucky that I knew the new owners or there would have been trouble! Still good service otherwise.
