Receive notice when tickets was sent and followed tracking all the way using the excellent UPS system. Will you delivery second time around?

Took the concern out of being "ripped off" for purchasing Eiuropa final tickets. The payment post event great for purchase confidence. Tickets tracked for delivery / service team responsive - good experience will use again
I used viagogo for tickets for the europa league final in amsterdam, and everything worked out perfect. My tickets were pricey considering the face value were €70, I paid over €200 for each ticket, but I guess that's be expected. The process was so easy that I didn't mind paying, because of how bad I wanted to go. I used PayPal just to be safe and chose the tickets which could be picked up on the event day. Arrived at the crown plaza amsterdam at the time given to me and I was in and out in literally 5 minutes. The next time I need European football tickets I won't hesitate to use viagogo again, and I will recommend the site to everyone else as well.
So I needed to get a ticket for the 2013 Europa League Final between Benfica and Chelsea, but didn't know how things worked with Viagogo. I took my chances because it seemed secure enough, although I was affraid I wouldn't get my ticket in time. Luckily, they told me when and where to collect it. All I needed to do was to bring my ID and a printed copy of the email they sent me saying my transaction was confirmed. I looked for a Viagogo representative at the lobby (I literally asked the receptionist where he was), and this representative sent me to a room in which some really cool people were taking care of that business with a few more Benfiquistas. It was a quick, simple and easy process. Plus, de seat was better than what I thought. I was seated next to a lot of Chelsea fans though, but it was a great match nonetheless and I know I'll count on Viagogo again.
I cannot say anything except the fact that the whole process of ordering and then collecting the tickets in Amsterdam was excellent.
Not a criticism but a suggestion if possible: I could not work out in any way in which actual sector my seats would be located. That may be because the actual allocation takes place later. It would have made it that much better if the info on ordering could specify where the seats actually were.
I shall be back for more.
Bestilte billetter for mange uker siden til Joe Bonamassa konsert i Heinecken Music Hall i Amsterdam. Sjekket at det var ledig der hvor vi ønsket å sitte, og fikk bekreftelse fra Viagogo med "garanti", men at billettene ikke ville bli sendt oss før ca 5 dager før.
Konserten er 21/3. For ett par dager siden ble vi fortalt at billettene våre var "oppgradert" til helt fremme med senen om de ikke hørte noe innen et par dager. Vi svarte omgående at det ikke var aktuelt for oss eldre å sitte så nær musikken, og at vi ville ha de billettene vi hadde betalt for. Da kom det frem at de ikke hadde disse billettene. Det eneste vi kunne få var helt fremme. Da vil vi heller ha pengene igjen. Når vi Googler ser vi at alle de dyre billettene nå er gått og at det er for sent å kjøpe billetter fra annet hold.
Det er først i etterkant vi ser at det blir advart mot å kjøpe hos Viagogo.
I bought a ticket for an event which is tomorrow and I have still not gotten my tickets and not even a reply to my emails to Viagogo! What's the point of putting a phone number on the website if you don't intend to have human being answering them? And if you can't deliver the tickets, then have the courtesy to tell me early enough so that I can find ticket elsewhere (and obviously not through your website again!). Wonder why Viagogo is still in business?!
Just a word of warning...please don't use this company. I bought tickets nearly a year ago for a concert that was cancelled. I am still waiting for a refund. The only way VIAGOGO contacts me is via a review website. They are uncontactable have no customer service telephone number and the fax number customer services have given me is unobtainable. They say they are doing something - then all goes silent. I am wondering if any one else has had similar problems and if they have gone through the legal process to gain their money back? I am going to Citizens Advice to seek advice and will be ringing Trading Standards as well. I'd be happy to share my findings if anyone is interested.
I posted a review for Viagogo on this site on 12th September stressing my awful experience with them.
As with most poor reviews, Viagogo publicly reply to the post, apologising, then ask for a reference number so that they can investigate.
But all this seems to do is suggest that they are dealing with the customer privately.
However, this seems to be a damage limitation tactic.
Having given the transaction number (2070308), I am STILL waiting for a resolve.
I would like to politely ask Viagogo to not post a "We will investigate this for you" style reply, as all this does is take the concern away from the place I am trying to make it public.

Jeg har købt to billetter til Justin Bieber koncert og har betalt kr.: 2600.- Vidste godt jeg skulle betale ekstra gebyrer, men blev oplyst at det var de absolut bedst pladser der kunne købes for penge. nu har jeg nærstuderet billetterne som for det første er udstyret med falsk navn samt at standard prisen på billetten er kr.: 329.- ALTSÅ har jeg betalt kr.: 2000.- i overpris. Hos Billetlugen er den højeste pris på billetterne kr.: 599.- MINE BILLETTER ER FALSKE, HVAD GØR JEG NU?? Danmark er heldigvis ved at få øjene op for jer fuskersvin....
I have bought two tickets to see blink 182 at the 02 this saturday 9th june 2012, i bought these tickets over a year ago. I received an email summery straight away of my purchase and a statement saying i would not receive the tickets for 3-5 days before the event 100% guaranteed! well it is now two days before the event and i leaving really early tomorrow morning and still i have no tickets!i have called god knows how many times only to get so far into the robot call before being cut off! i have also sent four emails stating how urgent it is and for someone to get back to me and still nothing! seriously dont know what else to do, and the more i call them the more of my money they are making from the high costs per minute of phone charges, also what i find funny is that you are kept on hold on their 'customer service line' forever (mine was nearly an hour before i hung up) and yet if you call their ticket sales line they pick up straight away so they are quick enough to take your money! i have already paid for our coach tickets and our hotel which are non refundable but we are only going there for the concert so what a waste of time! seriously will not ever use them again and i dont recomend that anyone else does! sooo angry!
