Still waiting nearly a year now....but now off to Trading Standards/Citizens Advice
Just a word of warning...please don't use this company. I bought tickets nearly a year ago for a concert that was cancelled. I am still waiting for a refund. The only way VIAGOGO contacts me is via a review website. They are uncontactable have no customer service telephone number and the fax number customer services have given me is unobtainable. They say they are doing something - then all goes silent. I am wondering if any one else has had similar problems and if they have gone through the legal process to gain their money back? I am going to Citizens Advice to seek advice and will be ringing Trading Standards as well. I'd be happy to share my findings if anyone is interested.
