I purchased two e-tickets to Taylor Swift and stupidly put in the wrong email address. The transaction status is 'complete' and the track my order' states that I should have the tickets by now. I have tried emailing and calling but no response. I have raised a dispute with Paypal so hopefully this will prompt a response. After reading these reviews I am now very worried that I will never get a response. Trans ID: 3708773
Within minutes of posting this review I received a phone call from Viagogo and my e-tickets have now been sent to the correct email address
