Reliable, easy to use
I used Viator for a trip to Paris three years ago and had excellent results, everything went as planned and there was no problems using my vouchers. Highly recommend this service and have already booked them for my Italy trip in May.

Quick, convenient, and easy!
I was referred to Viator from a friend and I used them to book multiple shows/tours for my trip to Paris. I am so glad that I did because it was so quick, convenient, and easy. It helped me keep track of all of them, kept the tickets organized, and sent reminders beforehand. Excellent system. Would recommend them for any booking service.

Trust worthy tour company.
This is the first time we used Viator company tour company for Sydney tour.Their choices were many,reasonablly prices, some were of offer price.The company personal were friendly,professional in their work,they came in time and fetch us, drop us, back in our hotel as mentioned in the itinerary. With Viator company we managed to see most of the places in Sydney.Hop on and off tour was very good.We took our time to hop and off and saw many intersting sites.The harbour cruise was fantastic wit beautiful views of the opera house,the bufffet lunch was tasty .The blue mountains tour was adventurous.If you want to tour the world ,
first look for Viator in that country,you will not be disappointed.My next plan is to Japan and Xian in China.

Great deals
Went on the Lake Mead Dinner Cruise last year and we've booked to go again this year. We're really looking forward to our All-American helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon, which includes a champagne lunch and ample time for picture taking upon landing at the canyon. It's my first time on a helicopter so it'll be awesome!

If you want to do tours and and dont want any hassles use viator book before you leave home and pay in your currency too easy. We have used them in the past and everything went according to plan. Thanks VIATOR

Very professional and provide a great service.
I've used Viator on previous trips and everything has been well organised. It's great to be able to pre-book tours and airport transfers before you travel. The website provides all the information you need and it's so easy to make your bookings. I'm travelling again in June and have no hesitation in planning my tours through Viator. I've also recommended this site to my family and friends.

Good variety of tours and services

Always reliable!!!
Was very impressed with a Viator tour back in 2009 out of Budapest. So have used this company for several pre-booked day trips in Europe/2013.
So far, the booking and service has been spot-on and we look forward to enjoyable tours in the coming months.
Superb service and expertise which is important when you speak only one language.

Very impressed, everything all in one place
Site is easy to navigate and things are easy to find too. The variety and selections are wonderful and the pricing is great too. In fact the pricing is the lowest for the same things other sites and vendors charge more for. Everything was a breeze and got all I needed and wanted plus more since saw other options I had not even considered. This is the first time I used Viator but had looked at the site many times. I was able to get all l needed like I said and the payment, confirmation and voucher process worked like a charm. Will do additional review after my upcoming trip in May.

Since the website would not let me print out the Voucher and I am prevented from taking the tour without a voucher, I would say I am pretty much screwed out of my $80+

Always easy to do

My top useful site when come to travel

Informative and easy to navigate
I stumbled upon Viator in a Google search for a tour in Paris I was hoping existed. I have booked 4 tours (so far) in France and Italy and will be going back to the site to lok at some more. The website is easy to navigate and has plenty of information regarding the tours. I had a question regarding one of the tours, called them and the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

LAVVV Viator!!!
Anywhere I go, I always consult with Viator and end up booking an activity or two. I love how easy and efficient the process is! Most of the vendors are also very compliant and friendly. I've used Viator for my trips to Mexico, Italy, France, Greece, the Netherlands, and etc. I'm definitely planning on using Viator for future trips to Turkey, Germany, Norway, and Peru. What I'm trying to say is that as long as I'm traveling, I will book my tours/activities through Viator!

The only company to go with.
Viator is fantastic! Easy to find anything you want to do or see, no complicated booking process and fast confirmation. Any problems are quickly resolved. They are the only company I use when I'm holidaying.

Bookings from the bush made easy!
Just as easy to book tours half a day away as booking a train 700kms to Sydney.

Great easy to use travel tour site!!
This site was recommended by a AAA travel agent. Love it. Easy to find tour options (date, time & price options). Easy to change dates, then pick what works best. Planning trip to several cities in Europe -- this site made it all easy... one-stop shopping for everything. All booked now for summer! Highly recommend.

Smart, safe choice
We have used Viator for our trips to Rome and Barcelona and now for Paris this coming fall. We trust them completely to make our vacations extra special and safe. Our guides have been knowledgeable, on time, very friendly and helpful when we have asked for their opinions about areas we were unfamiliar with. We will continue to use them as long as we keep traveling.

I don't use anyone else!

Easy to use. Tours are as advertised
I have used Viator several times in several different cities. They always have good choices for tours and activities. I have found them to be in line with local pricing guidelines (unlike cruise ships) and they appear to have good quality control. The booking process is easy and you get vouchers with all the information you need to locate the tours. I'm currently planning a trip to London and I am using Viator to book all of our activites.

WOW.....
I am a first time traveler. Departing from South Africa to Chicago is going to be quite an experience. I was unsure of where to start with my planning but the vouchers offered on Viator made a easier with planning. I'm actually going for a Beyonce concert and I so happy I stumbled on Viator during my planning. So much to offer...super excited.

Most part very happy with the service
I was mostly very happy with the service we received from Viator particularly the reminder emails, i have already recommend this site to friends who are travelling overseas this year. The only things I found I didn't like that on some of the tours we didn't know that they would be in several langues which we found to be frustrating especially on the all day tours, but we did understand why though, but probably would not have taken these tours. The other thing was that as we were in Europe for three months we didn't book everything before we left as we want to play some things by ear, however as we could not print the vouchers and didn't want to carry the laptop with us we didn't end up booking it would be nice if you could just show ID for the tours when you don[t have a paper copy or e-copy

Made life so much easier organizing my OE!
Is bar far the best site if you want to get the best deals on all the attractions and even a great way to find out just what there is to do in the location your traveling to.
A friend suggested the site to me and now I owe them big time..... took all the stress out of booking.

They have been great to deal with. So far, no complaints.
We booked several tours with them when went to Europe wih our kids. None were a disappointment. They were very helpful when problems did arise or when we needed to change plans. Used them again to book several shows and tours in Vegas. Again, wonderful and way less expensive!!! We have another trip coming up in Hawaii and have used them to book a few tours there. Hopefully they will be as wonderful an experience as what we had in Europe and Vegas. I continue to recommend them to anyone I know. Best part, they are usually cheaper than if you book it yourself direct wih the operators!!!

Lots of tours & Lots of fun!
We used Viator to book tours for two major trips in 2012. First to Hawaii in June then to Australia and New Zealand in September & October. There were no problems with ticketing or arrangements. Of about a dozen tours for the two trips, there was only bad "tour"; and it wasn't really a tour so I wouldn't blame Viator. (That was the Hop On-Hop Off tickets in Honolulu. Part of the problem is the horrible Honolulu traffic & the other was lack of communication regarding bus stop locations by the bus operator.) Will definitely use Viator again when we need to book tours!
