Very prompt delivery
Although the delivery was prompt, I did not get any replies to email enquiries about the product, so had to order two door knobs in order to get an extra rose, as I could not get a response requesting two roses and one handle. It would be good to have some form of rapport with customers.

Exceeded expectations.
Nervous buying a vanity unit unseen, particularly when the price seemed low for the quality as viewed on the website. However, unit exceeded my expectations. Very pleased. Palletised packaging was to a high standard also ...no damage. Email notifications and courier tracking very useful. Would have no reservations about using again. Only word of warning is that dimensions are not exactly as described (only a couple of centimetres over 1 metre) however, beware if this is critical for you.

A good shopping experience
I bought a freestanding bath, and mixer tap from Victorian plumbing, I found everything I wanted very easily on their website and when the items arrived (which was very quickly!) I was very impressed with the quality of them. I was very pleased with their service, and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

Such a bargain!
Can't believe I got the bathroom suite as accessories for such a cheap price, I was looking for bathrooms in stores and online Victorian plumbing were by far the best for price comparison. My items were delivered very quickly and now it’s all fitted I couldn’t be happier. Victorian plumbing was breath of fresh air with their fast and friendly service.

Would recommend but check expected delivery dates
We were very happy with our items purchased however did have an issue on the expected delivery date of a couple of items which unfortunately kept changing and then resulted in us having to cancel those items from our order and purchase similar items from another company. The customer service was very good, although we would have appreciated accurate expected delivery dates from the outset rather than this date changing several times. So although we would definitely recommend them and use them again our advice to others is to purchase items that are only in stock or if they are out of stock well in advance of when you require them.

Good and trustworthy company
Ordered a new towel rail radiator from Victorian Plumbing. I chose to use Victorian plumbing as i was very impressed with the reviews i had read they came across as a reliable and trustworthy company. I received my order for a heated towel rail which is now fitted, i needed it very quickly and i was very happy when i saw i was able to choose the delivery day. The radiator arrived when requested so I reckon you can't beat that for service. It's now installed and looking great in my new en-suite.

Problem free transaction and delivery.
Ordered goods on the Monday took delivery on the Friday of the same week. All goods packaged well and delivery very smooth.

I was promised the toilet seat by the next day. I ordered before 1:00pm and your site said I would have it by the next day. It took order day plus 2. If you cannot deliver in the time you say, you should change the offer. I was not satisfied with your service.

I'd planed my new bathroom for a couple of months and trying to get the best prices online. I couldn’t be happier with the service that i have received from Victorian plumbing, I placed my order via the phone as i am not very good on the internet. Fast and efficient service
I ordered a new shower screen but I realised after placing the order that I hadn't selected next day delivery, however i was surprised to find that it was with me the next day anyway! The product was as described, and at a really competitive price it was a lot more expensive elsewhere.

I ordered a seal for my shower screen. When it arrived I realised I'd ordered incorrectly. I spoke to Victorian plumbing on the phone who assured me a return and refund would be no problem and he advised me on the correct product to buy. I received a full refund within a couple of days of returning the item. I ordered the correct item and it arrived 2 days later. Overall the service was prompt and efficient and professional. I would be more than happy to recommend this company.

FAULTLESS AND IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
Ordered a shelf that was just right for a small cubicle shower. Ordered the item at 12-08pm on a Friday and e-mail confirmation at 12-09pm. Next e-mail was at 13-56pm to say item despatched. Royal Mail delivered at 11-15am the following day - Saturday. It was well packed and excellent quality. Note that I did not pay for special or next day delivery - just the standard delivery price. Royal Mail is also to be congratulated. Another point is that there was no annoying additional charge for paying by credit card. Well done all at Victorian Plumbing.

Fantastic Value for Money
This is the first time I have ordered anything this big online and I would definitely recommend shopping with Victorian plumbing to anyone. The site is user friendly and the prices are the best I've found. When my items arrived everything was in perfect condition. The bath was really solid and excellent quality i also ordered a shower, shower screen and bath panel which are also excellent and a great design.
