The taps were exactly what I wanted at a low price
I needed some new taps for my kitchen and looked at the price and style of various ones from B & Q and Home base but was surprised at the price. So I googled what I wanted and Victorian plumbing came up. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was low. They arrived within two days and they are perfect. I would use this company again.

Good Value for money
I ordered a toilet brush and holder, when I received the item it was broken, (due to not being wrapped properly preventing the item from any damage whilst in transit). I phoned their customer service department, the advisor asked me to take a photo of the damage and e-mail it to them which i did, In no time at all they replied to my e-mail, apologised and said they would send me a replacement, Two days after, my replacement arrived wrapped in lots of bubble wrap to prevent any damage occuring again! I'm very pleased with my unbroken goods.

Great service
Very pleased with the new lavatory. The carpet layers broke the old one so we were keen to replace it quickly. The people on the telephone were very helpful indeed and got the measurements I needed very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Wall mounted Basin unit.
The product was dispatched promptly and was exactly as described. Little assembly of the unit was required (Fitting handles). It was good value for money and I would recommend Victorian Plumbing to friends.

Shower tray delivered damaged
Unfortuantely we had a bad experience with Victorian Plumbing, shower tray we ordered was delivered with large, significant chunk missing of side of tray. Because the builders accepted delivery of the package without opening, we only discovered the damage after the 24hour notification period required by Vicotrian plumbing. Victorian plumbing contacted the manufacturer for a refund which they agreed to give after sending photographic evidence of damage, however, we were unable to return the item as the builders had not kept the external packaging with a barcode on it (not Victorian plumbings fault). Our fault for not checking the package immediately and not keeping all packaging material, but we were surprised at the poor quality of the shower tray to get so damaged in delivery process, so decided to purchase from B&Q instead.

Very happy with the purchase.
Excellent service, very quick delivery. Packaging could be improved. Item not securely packed. This could be improved by using some bubble wrap to protect the item and prevent it from rattling.

Good quality product, exactly what I wanted at a good price.
I couldn't believe the prices, we done everything on line, it was so simple but we knew that if we needed any help there was someone on the phone. Good value, good price and good quality products. I have only one concern and that was when the delivery time came we had no warning, just a call in the morning to say that they were in the area at a certain time. Only that my daughter was on a later shift that day, there would have been no body in, a bit more warning would have been better.

Great products, great customer service
My wife and I ordered bathroom furniture. I presumed it would be delivered as a flat pack and I would have to spend time putting it all together. But no, it came already built and all I had to do was fit it in the bathroom. It fits perfectly and works very well with the rest of the decor. When I had a problem with handles for the furniture I rang customer service and was told replacements would be dispatched forthwith. These have just arrived today and I am mightily impressed at the service received. Highly recommended.

Wrong item sent, after sales not good.
I requested 2 sample tiles, was sent an incorrect one. Even though I emailed three times to request correct tile, they simply state one I was sent was correct. I have provided proof of my original order and they still won't budge! So glad it was only £2.95 and a sample tile, imagine if I had ordered enough for entire bathroom and got the wrong ones! I will not be ordering from them for my bathroom after this.

My first transaction with this company was a pleasant online experience.
I had been looking for a plain bathroom shower curtain of a larger size than the ordinary run of the mill sizes that most of the supliers stock and if I found one it was'nt the right colour or to expensive.My google for large shower curtain was fruitfull with this company.
