We didn't like the first product we ordered and wanted to exchange it for a different model. We had to cover the postage for the return item-feel that if you order a replacement the postage should be covered by the company.
The replacement product didn't appear out of stock on the website at the time of placing the order. When it didn't arrive I followed up only to be informed that they were waiting for supplies before sending it out.
