After I had placed order and paid I was told that 2 of the items were not in stock and had to wait a few days for them to come in. When they did it still took another week to get items and had to phone up again to find out order was sat in a warehouse and hasn't been sent. When goods arrived delivery man helped us into the house with them which was good, well packaged. when tried to fit traps found they had been delivered with wrong parts included so couldn't be fitted so had to go out and buy some retail. Now have the fun of trying to return goods!

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had. We do send all orders out as soon as we receive the stock for the orders. All our items come complete from the suppliers so I am surprised to hear parts were incorrect. We are always happy to have these incorrect parts sent out straight away but we do need to be notified of this. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
