Cannot fault the goods or the delivery service.
Ordered one day delivered the next, excellent packaging, good instructions and prices to make your wallet smile in fact mine is still laughing. The products look good and I have no reason to doubt the quality. Would recommend the company to anyone.

Fantastic product and service!!!
Bought this sink very tentatively, after a harrowing experience with another 'company' (which seemed to be operating under a few different names) last year when the sink never arrived, company (finally) claimed they were going into administration, and finally I got refunded by paypal after months of stress. Anyway, desperately still needing a new sink, so ordered this one up from Victorian Plumbing, and only wish we'd done so last year - these guys are fantastic, sink arrived the very next day (though hadn't paid for next day delivery service!), and was perfect. If there's anyone out there indecisive about which company to go for, for goodness sake go for this one! In a sea full of sharks, this company represents the lifeboat!!!
Now i just need to find a local plumber who'll come out before another year goes by....

Lovely Bathroom cupboard ......................but
Hello,
The bath room cupboard was easy to put together but it was damaged it looked like it was an x display model. I wasn't impressed.

Victoriana toilet brush and holder
I love the appearance of this attractive little toilet brush and holder. However the brush is tiny and the whole item is small and light-weight. My fear is that it won't last very long and I worry that rust will appear on the metal brush handle. The ideal would have been the same item but with a heavier duty brush and perhaps a solid plastic brush handle. I is so very near what I wanted. I will wait and see how it holds up to the job.
It was delivered quickly and came well wrapped.

Cracking price and swift delivery
Although my purchase experience was smooth and seamless I was left frustrated by the courier who after phoning me and telling me that they would call an hour before delivery just turned up unannounced and since they do not lift any of the goods inside left my wife stranded and me having to rush out of work.

What I bought from this company looks real Classy - And it IS!
My wife and I had been searching for some time to find a company that marketed extra length shower curtains. We searched the usual high streets but got nowhere, and if we did happen to come across the extra length there wasnt a lot of choice. Victorian Plumbing certainly came out tops having seached their web. As for their delivery, that was second to none, we ordered in on line on the Sunday and it arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Well Done Sir and Thank You.

Disappointed items missing / poor quality / expensive/ won't use again
Where to start - no pan brackets came I'm a plumbers and spent over £600 as a start .
had to buy them ( usually come with the pan free of charge ) after post £ 10 what a joke . Then flush cone split poor quality , and to top it off items were missing from shower kit . When I checked inside the box I found a sticker which read bathroom HQ - returned . Sending out returned items as new disgraceful .Long and short could,nt finish job on time . Will they disappoint with their aftercare we'll see.
Won't use again.

Great prices, great quality and would definitely recommend to others.
All I wanted was a basic replacement for my old outdated bathroom suite. Through VP I was able to get just I wanted and more with the very reasonable prices. All items were delivered in a suitable time with no problems. I ordered a suite, tiles, taps and thermo shower, and I'm very happy with all products now installed.

Not so available !
My order of over £1000 took 9 days to arrive despite being promised it was all in stock and available . I was sent wrong shower and the tap that i ordered to go with sink was not compatible despite being told it was . I was promised order would deffinately be with me on Friday so plumber removed toilet and sink then got a call saying delivery van had broken down and it would be Saturday which left us for a day and night with no toilet !

D shaped toilet seat excellent buy
This toilet seat was easy to fit as per instructions and does as it says its soft close no need to worry about kids slamming toilet seat down. very comfy and not cold to sit on much better value than whats on offer from B&Q or Homebase. If your looking for a good quality seat this one is ideal.

useless
stock items took over a week to arrive so I would recommend you use Victoria plumb instead of these guys they deliver much faster

Prompt Delivery, Great Product

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a shower part, the on-line process was easy and the part quickly arrived in the post. Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong part - I suggest you show the size of the in-flow pipes on the web site.
No quibbles with me returning the item and quickly credited my account - excellent customer service and I'll definitely use Victorian Plumbing again

WOW,now that's what I call service.
Had a problem with a purchase so telephoned on an 0800 number and had a civil coversation with a delightful customer services lady and my problem was solved in minutes. Now that is the sort of service I got used to in the States and gives me hope that we are getting the message in this country that the customer counts.
