Ordered all my bathroom suite and it was all in stock which was great.
Delivery date was arranged and did come on the day but not all my ordered arrived which was annoying as I knew it was all in stock, I called Victoria plum everyday for a week to get some answers to see when the rest of my bathroom would be arriving and all I got I was " I will call you back". I did get a few calls back but with no proper explanation which was very frustrating. I wasted a lot of my money phoning throughout a week to see what was happening and I shouldn't have to have done this. The goods that I ordered were all fine as we checked straight away.
I stayed in waiting on deliveries for a few days as a result of this all which was also frustrating.
I had to delay workmen and at the end of it all I'm still waiting for an apology!!!
So far, ordered a bathroom and everything arrived on time. However, the toilet doesn't match the dimensions shown on the website, so I need to change it for an alternative unit. Having phoned on Friday and been promised a call back I am now waiting for Monday which is disappointing.
So, its up to VP right now to see whether it ends well or badly. I am looking forward to having my worst fears proved wrong.
Unfortunately they use parcel force and having known that in advance I wouldn't have used them, as have had awful experiences with parcel force before. Customer service was slow ( it was only once we chased to find out where the delivery was, did they look into it) but they did resolve within a week. Their website and delivery tracking system could therefore be improved in addition to not using parcel force. The product itself seems ok and was a reasonable price, so using Victoria plumb is a trade off between good price but unreliable delivery in good time.
After they sent the wrong product, which wasn't damaged just the wrong one, I was asked to send a picture which would be reviewed and I would be contacted within 24 hours if they thought I should receive a replacement. So I was being judged for their mistake. 24 hours passed with no contact so I called up. I was told it would be 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I called again, was told I needed to speak to person who took the initial call and no one else would respond to fix the mistake. After 72 hours I still hadn't heard. Over a week later I managed to speak to one customer service agent who just sent a new part out. Really not good service and very disappointed with the company. I wouldn't recommend.
We were going to buy our bathroom from a local retailer but decided to buy on-line from Victoria Plumb having heard nothing but positive comments from friends and colleagues who'd already bought fixtures and fittings from them.
From the website, to the goods, to the prices, the whole experience was hassle-free and we now have a beautiful new bathroom courtesy of Victoria Plumb and Nottingham's vitreous king 'Ian The Tiler'.
Their value is outstanding and their customer service is second to none. This is my second bathroom from them now and I've been impressed both times. As a tradesman it's important to have somewhere you can trust
When ordered the shower enclosure was told I would receive a phone call the evening before delivery. Received a 'no reply' text instead. Had we received a phone call we would have asked for the driver to give us a call when he was on his way as my wife works 2 mins from home. I emailed Victoria Plumb to say this but received no reply. My wife therefore had to take a morning off work to wait for the 0830 - 1130 delivery which didn't arrive until 1200.
I was a bit dubious about the quality of products for the price as bought online and I couldn't see/feel them. However I was pleasantly surprised! We purchased a new bath, shower screen, waste disposal and taps for basin and bath. The bath is sturdy and very comfy, the shower screen went together easily and hopefully won't leak (sealant drying as I write this so unsure at this point! but it looks very slick), taps are sturdy with smooth mechanism and the waste disposal is very good!
In summary I am surprised we purchased the times as a budget option, I was not expecting the swift delivery, and good quality of the products that we received. My only gripe would be that we realised we needed taps after the initial order and Victoria Plumb charged us twice for delivery which was a bit annoying as the items had yet to be dispatched!

I wonder why VP would compromise their customer service by appointing such a rubbish delivery company to deliver products? I have been home all day, took my last annual leave allowance for the day for my delivery and they messed it up big time. I kept on calling Victoria Plumb but their investigation with the courier company took ages and as of now yet to be resolved. I am off on holidays for 3 weeks while builders work, clearly won't be any items for the builders to install now is there and I won't even be able to sort it out. Builders still going to charge money as wasted their time all because VP and DX wasted my time. I wonder if Victoria Plumb is giving so much business to DX then why don't DX treat VP and its customers well. VP, you can see your customers below and me that the courier company you are using is rubbish. It's really frustrating. Have been warned by friends and reviews on TrustPilot but took the chance as thought VP is reputable - but they need to realise for the customer it's from the website until it's delivered to the property we only care about VP not who's involved in the process. So even if you're a great company but you appoint rubbish third parties, it's still going to reflect on VP. So I would recommend people to wait till VP changes it's appointed courier company first before placing any order if not great products at a great price. Such a shame.
I was a bit nervous at first, as Victoria Plumb seems very cheap. I kept going between this site and other, more expensive sites, as well as actual shops. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did. The slipper bath and toilet are superb; excellent quality and very stylish. I recommend without reservations.
We bought four items from Victoria Plumb costing a total of £330. We are pleased with the quality of the products and the fact they come ready built - makes it a much easier experience. The mirror did arrive damaged (broken glass) but after an email to customer services I received a call within two hours and I had a replacement delivered the next day.
Compared to rival companies, delivery is very expensive. We paid £29.95 (the cheapest option available for the products purchased) and it took 7 days for delivery. I bought further bathroom furniture from Bathstore which is FREE delivery and it arrived within two days. Suggest this is an area which needs attention.
Service from Victoria Plumb is very good but you need to change your courier company as they are awful and left me feeling very frustrated, we had 3 deliveries 1 on time one 4 days late and 1 3 hours late. I was on the phone to the courier company for 30minutes before giving up as no one answers the phone
The bath, w/c, sink and taps were all very good quality for the price and I would buy them again.
Sadly, however, the delivery driver did not follow instructions, was rude, grumpy and unhelpful. He knew it but simply didn't care.
Simple on line service, fast delivery with no issues at all. So pleased with the product, it was half the price of any of the other retailers I'd looked at so I had my doubts about the quality of the item I must admit. Thrilled when it arrived, much better than the others I'd seen, will definitely be using Victoria Plumb again.
I ordered many items and was expecting them to arrive tomorrow apart from one unit which I was aware was out of stock until next week.
Just logged on to see what time to expect delivery and find the date has changed to 3rd January! It seems this is because one tap is out of stock until Xmas and they won't deliver anything until everything is available- not happy!
I have absolutely no hesitations using Victoria Plumb again which is good as I still have another bathroom to complete! The order I placed was processed and dispatched with haste and once received I was extremely happy with my purchases! If I have one complaint it is that the website could be slightly better laid out! Also, not being a plumber I would have liked to know what my options were in respects of soft close seats for the toilet I bought, something small but I would have bought one had it of stated which one I required for the toilet selected!! All in all a very happy customer and will be using them again!
Although I now have a lovely bathroom there were a few problems with the delivery. On the date they gave me only half the bathroom suite arrived. When I phoned I was told they might not be able to phone me back after they'd found out when the rest of my order would arrive - this would depend on the volume of incoming calls (which, as we all know when we try to contact any company these days, is always very high!).
I would have expected to receive some kind of priority treatment as a customer with a complaint. Obviously not. This leads me to believe that Victoria Plumb are more interested in getting money from new orders rather than giving satisfactory aftersales care to those of us who've already paid in full.
The rest of the items all arrived on the next delivery date, but it did mean I had to stay in waiting on a second occasion, which I wasn't happy with.
A very good experience from start to finish. Once I had sorted out exactly what I needed it could not have been easier. I placed the order, selected the most suitable delivery date for my circumstances then just waited until the due date.
As promised I was kept fully up to date with delivery etc. All happened exactly as requested.
The delivery all went to plan and I was soon unpacking my products. If I am honest I expected to find something wrong. However, a very pleasant surprise awaited. Everything was there, all was in perfect condition and I am now waiting for my plumber to install.
I was dubious about buying on line but the pricing and quality has made this a memorable and very pleasant experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend this to my family and friends.

As I said above good service on ordering taps ,but they were not the right size so I was not happy to lose 20% of cost plus I was charged to send the parcel back so all in all with the delivery cost as well I have lost half of the price . I will not be buying again from Victoria Plumb . Tanya Laurens
Easy purchase, excellent product and the delivery service are equally good. Nothing to improve upon. Would recommend them to anyone.
I found it very easy to order goods I required, delivery was on time and I was kept informed at all times ,the only unfortunate problem that occurred was that one of the items ordered was delivered broken.
I contacted Victoria Plumb who responded by offering to replace damaged item immediately, the replacement item duly arrived some three days later.
Altogether a reasonably pain free operation.
I would certainly recommend Victoria Plumb.
Website is easy to follow and helpful. They kept me informed from start to finish. The guys who delivered were great, carried it in and offered to unpack it all. And the overall quality is excellent, all in all a good experience
I placed two orders with Victoria Plumb last month. On both occasions they delivered the wrong items. On a plus point, their customer service was very good, even though I never received a refund on the next day delivery charges.
