I have purchased from Victoria Plumb previously and due to this I ordered again and experienced the same great products and service.
Victoria Plumb was recommended to us by a friend and we would definitely pass this on to anyone else. The products are of good quality and the prices were extremely reasonable. Although our bathroom has not been fitted yet, we can not wait to see the finished product.
Placed an order for over £700 on 22nd May to be notified the following day one item out of stock but would be in 7th June.Contacted 10th June to chase delivery informed on 11th June would be w/c 24th June. Email request for an earlier delivery as I have been waiting some time, 3 days later informed only date available 24th June or pay additinal delivery charge. Informed by email of my dissatisfaction and asked them to look into this, 3 days later informed item still out of stock no garanteed delivery. Only problem was it was not the original out of stock item, very strange, hence cancelled the order. Rather than wait the obligatory 3 days for a reply I eventually got through 2 days later on the phone having waited 7 minutes and cancelled the order which was still live. Save yourself time and up set, shop elsewhere.
We are really happy with the service Victoria Plumb provided and the bathroom suite. The taps are fantastic and really good quality. My only one comment would be that we bought an acrylic bath, 1700 x 700 and when we got our plumber to fit it, we found out that it was over 20mm shorter- and slightly narrower than 700mm. I don't know if this is a manufacturers fault or VP's but it would be worth them checking the measurements in future as it meant we had to redo some building work for the space created for it.
On the whole, we're very happy with our Sienna 300 tall cabinet, a solid piece of furniture, but slightly disappointed with only two shelves supplied for such a tall unit. No extras are available, so had to sort out shelves and fittings myself, and which are a mismatch. No mention of the number of shelves in any product description, on line or catalogue.
As the carcases are pre-drilled to accept hinges to both sides, the facility to request Left or Right door opening would have been nice, especially as there is time between ordering and dispatch to allow this.
A good ship spoiled for a ha'porth of tar.
I e-mailed Victoria Plumb on the issue of shelves, but to no avail - they are unable to supply two extra shelves or fittings.
Just hope that the matching drawer unit is ok. Should be, given the approx. three week delay between order and delivery.
Delighted with our new Ocean small basin and toilet - our rather elderly static caravan has taken on a completely different look from the horrid original plastic suite and now looks really modern and smart - even the tiny bathroom looks much larger.

What began as a good experience regarding overall price and quality of goods, availability and delivery, has now become not so good. There are a number of issues still outstanding as recently I waited over 10 minutes to speak with ‘Customer Services’ on more one occasion without an answer – so eventually gave up. The recorded message telling the caller they are experiencing "unusually high demand" no matter what time of day you telephone, soon irritates and sounds like an excuse for insufficient support. The follow-on mantra repeated every 20 seconds that your call is "very important to us" just sounds hollow and equally tiresome. Also it is unacceptable I should have to pay for the privilege of attempting to report a problem with the 0844 number used by Victoria Plumb, especially as so much time is spent just listening to recorded messages.
I did, however, manage to speak with an advisor last week who rather than offering any apology for the faulty goods I was reporting, simply listed all the information I had to provide, including taking photos of the item showing all the problems, plus verbal descriptions to support the photographic evidence. It was just a loo roll holder with an obvious defect that really should not have been shipped in the first place, I was not expecting to take part in an episode of CSI! After sales support is proving to be very poor.
The plastic plinth surround for the quadrant showers is next to useless. The use of magnets to supposedly hold it in place just does not work as the ‘cut to size’ strip is moulded for a larger base than 900mm tray purchased from them, and the curvature makes this impossible with the magnetic ‘fixings’ supplied.
In sum I have used Victoria Plumb for providing 3 full bathroom suites so far, but would now look elsewhere next time.
I was somewhat reluctant to order several items for my new build project having not physically seen the items and checked them for quality. Well, I need not have worried as they are all of an exceptionally high quality and up there with items that were hundreds of pounds more expensive.
Delivery was hassle free with the items being deposited in the rooms of my choice. Have not got around to fitting the items but, I do not forsee any major issues.

I have bought all bathroom from VP and I am very happy with their service. The products are very good quality and are not expensive comparing to other companies. The delivery was very quick and customer service was first class. I have ordered twice from them and will do it again if I will need anything for my bathroom. Highly recommended!
Victoria plumb had been recommended by friends also renovating thier property and plumbers. Really liked the selection of products just a shame they took so long to be delivered, have also purchased bathroom products from Better Bathrooms, their delivery was much more efficient for same price. Victoria Plumb has a poor returns policy, needed to return an unopened shower basin that was too large. If Victoria plumb had picked it up they would have charged nearly £50, still have not been refunded the money for this.
Never again! This was my 3rd, and last order with VP.
In the past everything has run smoothly apart from the delivery driver never getting the full delivery address but this time it was a disaster from beginning to end. Ordered and paid (+ additional next day delivery charge) in full for my items on Thursday, by mid afternoon Friday was wondering when it might arrive so called the expensive 0845 number to be kept on hold for an age while they tried to trace my order, finally they found it but it had not been put through their system by a manager and there wasn't a manager in the whole of VP available on a Friday afternoon to do this, so I would have to wait until Monday (not Saturday Monday) for them to call me and rectify.
Mid Monday morning I called again (0845), and once again there were no managers around but I was reassured that someone would call me, "In time for a delivery tomorrow" I checked, "Well um, I can confirm that" was the response. At 13:30 I took it upon myself to call (0845) to make sure my order was dealt with by the cut-off point for delivery of 14:00. After 25 minutes on hold they confirmed that they had managed to 'push' my payment through so I could expect confirmation from the delivery people with a time slot. Tuesday morning came & went, still nothing; so after lunch I called (0845) yet again. After being on hold for another 10 minutes they found my order, the payment had gone through and I could expect my delivery at some point on THURSDAY. I accepted that the order may not have got to the correct people in time for the delivery to occur on Tuesday as it had taken 25minutes for them to confirm it had been processed, but when asked "why could it not at least come tomorrow?" (Wednesday) as that had now been 24hrs notice, they could not give me an explanation.
I demanded my money back in full - lets see how long that takes and how many telephone calls (yes 0845!) to get that back!
Very very disappointed in the whole thing.
I was pleased with my product but felt the postage of £ 30.00 on an item that cost £ 49.00 was too much especially as they gave me a delivery slot of 9.15 - 12.15 and then turned up at 5.30. What's the point. There was no text to say it would be late. Night freight not good.
I first knew I was in for a bumpy ride with this company when a two sentance email landed in my inbox alerting me to the fact that my delivery would not be arriving on the following day (as I had paid £50 for the privelage of) due to the fact that one (non disclosed) item from my order was out of stock.
After further probing, Victoria Plumb enlightened me to the fact that it was my toilet that could not be delivered, and for some un-disclosed reason, that is a mystery to this day, this stopped the rest of the order being delivered successfully.
Please remember that I had selected this delivery day from a choice of available slots presented to me on the website, and that the toilet in question remained on the site with a status of "in stock for next day delivery" every day during this drama.
The toilet arrived today, sans toilet seat.. Which is now coming Thursday. It's a painfully long time to await each part of the puzzle which is your new bathroom.
Oh, the refund of my delivery charges is on its way too... Honest.
I purchased a free standing tap from you, the waterfall spout came detached from the main body of the tap.
I have tried several times 5 or six to get some sense out of somebody as to what we should do with it.
On close inspection and the way it was packaged I believe it was a return that was sent out again to me. I have spoken to operative 27 I have spoken to Lisa I have spoken to Leanne still no conclusion, your company are really hopeless
I ordered goods on the Thursday and paid extra to have them delivered Monday morning. I turned down extra work for the Monday and waited in until the afternoon only to be told that the items were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available for a further 2 weeks. I had actually received an email from Victoria plumb asking me to ensure i was at the property and informing me the items were in stock?? I have currently been waiting over 2 hours for their manager to call me back to discuss this case. I have managed to source a better deal from betterbathrooms I will not be using Victoria plumb again.
Found website really easy to navigate, service was prompt and efficient.
Really appreciated order tracking service and information on delivery times -it was so accurate. Didn't need to wonder how long I needed to wait for the delivery, all told a great service.
Paid 49.95 for next day deliver and items STILL not received

I have kitted out a bathroom and cloakroom with Victoria plumb. The products are excellent, however, there customer services are extremely poor. I have never called without being told it is a peak time for them and they are all busy, I have had supposed ‘next day delivery’s’ be pushed back without any warning to me, returning or exchanging an item is made to be financially unviable, they will not contact their delivery company for you, the confirmation emails they send out are full of illegible html(?) code and all they are willing to do if you complain is check to see if they are able to cancel your order. …even though legally you should know they can’t stop you if it is within 14 days. Though I’m sure they would try. They may also promise to foward you information via email that will never arrive.
So, use Victoria Plumb if you know EXACTLY what you want, you’re not in a rush for it and there is no foreseeable need for you to need to contact them about anything at any point.
Purchased a large amount and all seemed fine until we just realised that part of an order we cancelled hasn't been refunded!! Over £300! I'm hoping it doesn't turn up with the existing products on the order tomorrow. Either way we want the refund so will call tomorrow
I placed a substantial order and I am very happy with the products. However, 50% of my order was lost by their couriers so had to be resent (with minimal hassle I have to say) and then one of my items was not what I ordered. Once again, customer service was great in sorting it out but the whole experience was not what you'd call slick.
