Great product, excellent price, delivery experience atrocious.
Delivery of bath, screen and side panel was scheduled for Friday. I arranged delivery to my work address to make it easy for them and me. Thursday evening received a text to say delivery would be 7am to 9:30am slot. Fine, so I went to work early for 7am. By 9:30am no bath. 9:35am received call to say that they had problems and had to subcontract the delivery to another carrier and would be 11am to 6pm. By 5pm still no bath so rang carrier who assured that it would be with me by 6pm. Got fed up and went home at 6:15pm after waiting 11 hours for delivery. Had a call at 8:35pm (!) from the delivery driver to say he would be with me by 9:05pm, so I had to go back to work, open up the industrial estate and accept delivery at just after 9pm at night.
Maybe not VP's fault directly, but their choice of carriers is. My sister-in-law had similar delivery problems a year ago (simply did not turn up on the day, having had a day off work to wait in) so I know that it is not an isolated incident. I was prepared to give VP the benefit of the doubt and a second chance, which they sadly failed. We live on the edge of a major city, close to the motorway network, so It really isn't that hard to make a delivery at some point during the working day is it?
It is a real shame, as the product, although I have yet to fit it, looks to be of nice quality and is good value for money at their sale price. If VP got their delivery act together then they would be unbeatable.
