Placed order and noticed on receiving paperwork that house number had not gone on (don't know why because put on the online order form). Contacted Victoria Plumb only to be told that I would have to contact delivery company in order to give them the house number as they would be unable to deliver without it. Luckily delivery company very helpful and delivered later that same day (date given by Victoria Plumb), but it had been put to one side because delivery address incomplete. Feel that this should have been picked up on prior to product leaving Victoria Plumb, ie when they did their paperwork, should have spotted no house number had come through and made contact to establish this, otherwise would have been delivered without a problem - delivery turn around date was very quick. Other than that no other issues - product fitted. Would use again.
