We purchased a shower screen, a few sets of taps and a thermostatic shower at the end of 2011 - unfortunately the shower screen leaked from day one as was faulty and was replaced - the service seemed good.
Since then two sets of waterfall type taps have packed up and dealing with their customer (we don't) care team post 12 month guarantee is very difficult.
Last week the thermostatic shower stopped working correctly - they do not sell spares! Basically when your products comes out of the 12 month guarantee period you are unable to get spares - they will replace the unit if you provide them with a plumbers report and it is found to be a manufacturing fault - if it is not a manufacturing fault then it is tough luck. Luckily or unluckily because of the issues we had initially I asked for a spare cartridge kit in 2011 - this replacement cartridge kit lasted 2 days - they no longer sell the kit.
They seem to think that it is acceptable to have to remove a built in built shower, re-tile and fit a new screen just because the shower is outside of the 12 month guarantee.
