Quick to take your money but still waiting for refund 2 weeks later and have to dispose of damaged goods myself!
Although it all looks lovely on the site and pleastant enough on the phone when reporting the damage to the toilet pan, I then had to send in photos, which is fair enough, of the damage and send that in an email to 'customer services'. I then had to wait for a reply and to see if they would authorise a full refund. I also asksed for the delivery charge refunded as well for all the inconvenience. They did agree to this. However, they informed me it takes 'up to 2 weeks' for a refund to be made - quite unacceptable when they can take payment for the goods straightaway. To add to this irritation, I have to dispose of the goods myself - even the cistern, which looked perfectly functionable. To add to the insult, the loo seat included in the box with the damaged pan, was a rectangular shape and not rounded to fit the pan!! I do NOT recommend Victoria Plumb and have found the whole experience incredibly unsatisfactory.
