I had ordered everything before I went on holiday as my renovation was supposed to be taking place as soon as I came back. My contractor then went away for 3 weeks so only arrived today to start the job, there was a problem and he said he would now require a different type of shower door. I was told by Victoria Plum that as it was after 28 day limit on refunds was it would cost me £50 to return the shower door then £30 to get the new one delivered - when the shower door only cost £120 it is just too much to pay out. I am now trying to sell and will use B&Q to buy a new one.
