Please make sure the signature on delivery matches customer name!!!
The parcel was delivered to the wrong place twice and signed for by two complete strangers. The customer service is good though and they are helpful. We got the tap in the end after a couple of calls to the customer service department. We're very lucky the second stranger reported having received an annonymous parcel or this review might be somewhat different..

Thank you for your feedback, after looking at your account when the address was entered online the house name or number was missing, therefore the couriers were unable to deliver and returned the parcel to us. The replacement was sent to the incorrect house number, this was an input error at our end. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience this has caused.
