Online is way better than the store

I like window shopping in the store and then actually ordering online. I live pretty near one of the bigger outlets but they still never seem to have my size in stock in the itemm I want.... so now I have resigned myself to that fact and just shop online! This summer I got 3 great bikinis - I'm in love!

I hate that shipping is not always free here but the best part is that you can return the item free of charge to a main store. i live super close to one so for me its great - risk free shopping!

Perfect online site!

I have shopped on VS for almost 2 years now and have bought almost everything they offer, returned and refunded some of it.

I have never had any problems receiving a shipment, it was always fast.
Same with refunds, where easy to handle and quick with refunding the money.
Exchanges were also handled very quickly and accurately.

Once i have written them an email and asked them if they would be able to refund my initial shipping costs, which came to 25$. I have spend aloooot of $ at this website, and i must tell you that they were not able to refund my shipping, but they did send me an online gift certificate, worth 25$.

I could not be happier with their customer service, their sizing and quality!

I love the undies and the sleepwear of Victoria Secret. I m in my 50's and yet wearing them makes me feel confident and sexy all the time. My husband loves to see me in my Victoria secret undergarments and even my sleepwear. got my 2 girls hooked to VS too. It's simply a bliss ordering from their website. VICTORIA'S SECRET REVEALED

I've ordered from Victoria's Secret online and made in-store purchases several times over the years. I've even had a VS card. My biggest complaint? The fact that fit and quality can be inconsistent.

RECENT EXPERIENCES...

I've placed a few orders recently. The 1st was for bikini-style cotton underwear. While they were cute, the material was a bit harsh and the one pair I opted to wear all day stretched out over my butt by the end of the day. I returned the rest at a nearby VS store. That was easy and I did appreciate the option to do so (though it was inconvenient, since ordering online meant no trip to the mall).

The second was for a basic, triangle bikini. The quality? Not so great. No "hugging" of the body. It's as if it's just going to sit there and not mold at all to my curves. And, isn't that was Victoria's Secret helps us accentuate? Our bodies? Making us feel good no matter what? Not what I expected from VS. I also ordered a coordinating top to mix it up.

Admittedly, the top was on clearance and only available in (M). I've got a smallish frame, but this was a bikini top after all. Logic would say it'd work out OK. Uh, not so much. Unfortunately, the straps are too long (yes, I could have them taken in). The cups don't conform at all to my body - even w/padded inserts removed. Sad - it's so cute.

ALL THAT TO SAY...IS VICTORIA'S SECRET AN ANGEL OR DEVIL?

I still love the styles or "look" VS cultivates. What I don't love is the slip in quality and niceties (like spandex, etc.) which used to be built into nearly EVERY piece they sold. The bottom line? If you want to buy anything from VS, go to the store first. Check fit. If it's a clothing item, read the material specs super carefully and know you're taking your chances where fit is concerned.

Lastly, be prepared to return a few things - and good luck!

Levering til Danmark - Tracking

Jeg har været kunde hos Victorias Secret i mange år, og har altid været tilfreds, trods lang leveringstid og fortoldning.

Men efter et par køb, hvor min pakke rent faktisk er blevet væk, og uden mulighed for et Tracking Number, har jeg desværre måtte slette min profil hos dem.

Det er simpelthen ikke okay, at gå og skulle vente en måned på, at éns varer ankommer, før så derefter først at kunne rapportere dem "Missing", og blot få svaret, at det var ærgerligt, nu får du pengene tilbage.

Der burde være et Tracking Number på pakker sendt fra et land til et andet

I've been a customer of Victoria's Secret for many years and have always been satisfied, despite long delivery and customs clearance.

But after a few purchases where my package is indeed lost, and without the possibility of a Tracking Number, I have unfortunately had to delete my profile with them.

It is simply not acceptable having to wait an entire month, before you can actually report your package missing. Then being told, there is nothing to do about it, and just get your money back.

There should be a Tracking Number on any packages sent from one country to another.

Horrible Customer Service

Every time I go in or order from Victoria Secret no matter what location I am always greeted with pushy and unknowledgeable sales associates. This makes shopping for friends or trying new items unpleasant and makes me not want to return.

Da man ikke kan købe deres undertøj her hjemme var det til stor glæde at opdage de leverer til Danmark fra deres hjemmeside. VS skrev en forventet levering på 3-4 uger på grund af den lange transportvej, men allerede efter 3 dage stod jeg med mit nye lækre undertøj i hånden. Eneste minus er at de sender fra USA hvor man skal huske at tingene ofte bliver fortoldet efterfølgende, hvilket giver en ekstra regning, hvis man ikke har husket at kalkulere det ind i sit regnskab.

Since I can not buy their lingerie at Denmark, it was a great joy to figure out the deliver from their website. VS wrote an expected delivery of 3-4 weeks because of the long distance, but already after 3 days, I stood with my new delicious lingerie in my hands.

I love VS - BUT I'm from Denmark, and the shipping cost is HIGH!!! I bought 2 bikinies, and a normal US costumer would have paid about 50 $. But with shipping, danish tax and fees... I paid 150 $....

I would love a VS in Europe... Because the underwear/swimwear is so nice... But the fees to expensive :(

I would give Victoria's Secret 5 stars, because I like everything about it: stylish, beautiful products, good sales, very friendly Customer service. I have never had any problems with purchases or returns. I just love VS!

Når sommeren er over os, og det er bikini sæson, og piger, en bikini består altså af 2 dele, så det med kun at bruge underdelen, fordi man lige har fået nye reservedele hos plastikkirurgen, duer altså ikke. Vi mænd (rigtige mænd), vil selv have lov til at klæde Jer af med øjnene, frem for I selv skal vise os hvad I ikke er født med, og nogle gange er I dog født med dem, men så stod I ikke først i køen, da der blev delt bryster ud.

En kvinde i en super lækker bikini, hvor der stadig er overladt noget til mænds fantasi, er noget af det mest sexede man kan forestille sig.

Stort udvalg og ofte rigtig gode tilbud.

Man kan ikke købe deres parfumer osv. "kun" tøj.
Vær meget opmærksom på at tage dine mål og omregne dem til deres størrelser OG om du skal betale told!

De har ikke en smart valutaomregner som f.eks. ASOS, men brug evt. valutakurser.dk for den nyeste "sats".

I love their bras and panties - comfortable, sexy and good prices!

The only thing is that their shipping rates for international packages are too high.

Victoria's Secret

I find that this company is lowering their quality standard. but keeping those high prices.
Shipping prices for the online store are pricey.
I have also found the same bra designs without the Victoria's Secret name at half the price.
not worth the money for me anymore.
