Hi Everyone
I was looking for a video game and I came across "videogamebox.co.uk" with a fantastic price. I've got use to checking trustpilot before my online shopping specially if it's my first time. I saw all the good reviews and ordered my item!
I had the chance to actually contact their costumer service, and as all other reviews in here stated, they are very responsive, friendly and very helpful! ( If you can see this "Dan" from costumer support, thank you very much ).
I had my item on time, not damaged and packaging was very good!
I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

OMG!! What a Company!

Pleasantly surprised, and great customer service
I'd never heard of this retailer until I searched for a PSVita memory card on google and saw they were selling them cheaper than anyone else. Being naturally sceptical, I was hesitant to use someone new but took a punt on them to see how it went. I can safely say I will be a returning customer. I was very Pleasantly surprised by the swift service and excellent communications from their staff via twitter.

Fantastic website, with very competitive prices and a lot of choice of new and used games and consoles.
As always with ordering from a new website I was slightly worried, but rest assured there is no reason to!
In fact, with free UK delivery and next day delivery, it's better than Amazon, Play and a lot of other sites!

low price, reliable website, and excellent online customer service
2 days ago, I found this website providing the cheapest dawn of war 2 complete sealed box. But I only need the key and I am not in U.K. so I use the online chat to find help from the web. There is a customer assistant named Ryan. He helped me a lot. He told me that they don't accept paypal and helped me finish the order. And I also requested to send me the key via email and surprisingly he accepted that and opened the box and send me the key. Many other store on Amazon and E-bay don't do that even it is just a small special change for buyers. so this is a fantastic website. I am sure I will make more order from this website.
other 2 things I expect are if they can expand their business like accepting paypal, and selling game keys instead of shipping boxed games, that will be very very nice.

Ordered two games on Monday morning and received an e mail 2 hours later to say they had been dispatched. They arrived today (Tuesday) at lunchtime! VGB also beat everyone else hands down for the price of these particular games (£5 cheaper) and free postage too.

Video Game Box = Very Good Buy!
Ordered Medal of Honour:Warfighter & Call of Duty:Black Ops 2 for the 360 from VGB. Whereas other retailers would band the complete order together and only despatch when both titles had been released VGB sent MoH the day before release date without levelling any additional charge!
You can't ask for more than that, awesome.

5 * Company. Other's should take note!!
I wanted Borderlands 2 for the Xbox 360.
Videogamebox.co.uk was the cheapest, even without the new company discount code.
Better than that I placed the order at 17.46 on the 21-09-2012
within an hour I had a despatch email and the game was in my Xbox within a day.

This company knows how to look after you from start to finish
Hi there i ordered fifa 13 of these guys and got it today as promised and had free delivery plus i only ordered 24hrs before hand. so for it to come that fast and free was brilliant i also got a email for a add on code for FIFA coins. Nice little touch and felt very personal as to say thank you for ordering with us. I will ALWAYS order from these guys.

Easy fast and without issue...
Pre ordered Borderlands2 for PC from these guys, didn't realise I had ordered the DVD version rather than the download code, and also if it included the pre release bonus.
So I emailed them to check and got a very fast response. So left my order in place as there was a decent saving over the RRP and the Steam store. Much to the derisement of my friends who had all paid full whack to get it from Steam asap.
However my copy came through the post on release day as promised, so only a few hours behind my downloading buddies and I had saved enough to buy a couple of beers.
So all in all quite happy with shopping from them, there was a decent saving and there is also an extra 10% off to be had if you carefully look around the website.
