There was a problem with receiving the phone on the stated date and I needed a new SIM card (they needed to clone the one with my old number as my old SIM card didn't work in my new HTC desire HD).However they were very helpful to sort the problem asap ,they have very friendly advisers and I have never have had' to queue ' very long on the phone. I have been with them for over 5 Years,I highly recommend Virgin mobile .
Easy to manage the account, good value and great service. I liked having a pay as you go contract with the ease of direct debit - perfect for a low useage user who is too busy to find tme to buy top ups.
Everything always turns up on time. I now have three family members with Virgin and three brand new A Grade phones. The rates are perfect for us and the kids can always text their Mum for free. Technical advice always on the mark, and never a problem. Four years in with Virgin, and never likely to change.
Well basically I'm half cut on red wine (which is gonna give me a nasty hangover but that's not your fault) and TRUSTPILOT asked for my opinion on a limited list of companies and since it didn't offer any from the country I live in then I thought some poor soul who is used to reading messages like one i just sent to Bryanair might be able to laugh at this if their spirit hasn't been crushed by reading afore mentioned messages. I've lost track of what I was writing now so I'll finish by saying Richard Branson is the dude and I'd like his money some day so I can do this all the time. And gravy tastes nice.
Happy with the service apart from when having to return the handset for an exchange. Although they send out a pre-addressed and pre-paid envelope it can according to their customer services take anything up to a fortnight to be sent out. Even Royal Mail at their worst is better than this. I need a phone quickly and may have to renew elsewhere which is something i don't really want to do.
Everytime I have had reason to contact customer services which has not been often due to the great service they provide I have been helped with any issues I have had. Also a cheap network so it's easy on your pocket.
i have been with virgin mobile for about 4 years now and have had few problems. Their cap plans suit me perfectly as i can get a really great phone (whichever i want) matched up to a cheap plan. I have since got most of my family onto them too so now we can all have free talk to text to each other so i don't go anywhere near using up my monthly allowance. I do have to call their call centre about some issues with their billing but have found them to be very helpful in rectifying any errors. I think their call centre has improved immensely lately with immediate answers and corrections instead of being told that your issue will be escalated to another department as used to be the case. The coverage is first rate in my area too. I could never again justify paying what Telstra charge for their crappy caps. Only improvement i could suggest would be to make their special offers valid for loyal customers signing up for new phone and contract and not just new customers.
I was using a package that was costing me money, after speaking with an advisor, he advised me to change plans, I have done this, and saved a fortune, now even I can not use all my minutes each month, and the package is cheaper than my original plan. great work. and Thank You.
I've had four phones with Virgin Mobile and have been with them since 2006. When my current phone was subject to water damage, I called Virgin to ask for a (much cheaper) prepaid or a replacement phone and the customer service assistant declined my offer, quite rudely too. Because of this, when my contract ends I will not upgrade my phone with Virgin. On the other hand, the reception, call quality and signal when I make calls or text message people is always great.
