Great selection of online slot games - you only really realise this when on site.

Arrived on site expecting the usual reputation from Virgin, even though I wasn't aware they even had a casino!

Great experience, easy to use site and was particularly impressed with their mobile slot game offering and mobile welcome bonus to get me started.

Great Games

I love using the Virgin Games website, for several reasons. The main reason is the Company is well established and Trustworthy. The extra reasons are down to the Great value for money promotions that Virgin offer there customers.

Almost every week, there is some Special Promotion on, with some great prizes on offer too, this makes the whole gaming experience even more pleasurable. I love the Bingo and my husband loves the Poker.

Highly recommend Virgin Games, especially if you love Bingo.

Muchos Games

Excellent range of casino slot games from different companies. Unlike some online casino who only have one range of games, Virgin Casino has lots. Not sure how Richard Branson does it, but he always seems to do it better. 5 stars again Mr B!

Great range of games

I stumbled across this site on google the other day and was really impressed. I didn't actually know that Virgin had a casino site but now that I do I will definitely be returning. They have a great range of games on the site, I love to play Thunderstuck from Micro Gaming and IGT's Cleopatra and this site has both of these games. Great job Virgin.

Bingo Heaven

Being an Bingo player for over a 15 years, I thought I would Sign up to Virgin Bingo, especially after watching one of the TV Adverts recently. I was very impressed by the choice of games, there were too many to choose from, which I found even more exciting.

I settled for the 90 Ball Bingo game, and deposited £15, then I recieved a brilliant surprise.... Another Free £25 for little old me to play even more games with. I really found the whole bingo experience very pleasurable, in fact even my husband couldnt help himself and joined in the games with me.

As this was my first Online gaming experience, I will be ensuring it wont be my last, especially with the great bonus of £25. I also found the games were very easy to operate, easier than I ever expected.

I will be emailing the team at Virgin Games shortly, and will be passing on my delightful experience to them, as they clearly have given myself and my husband the WOW Factor, this is very very seldom recieved in Business and our Personal Life, so Thank You Virgin for inducing us into the World of Online Bingo.

Great choice of games

Stumbled upon Virgin games today and I have to say I was quite impressed by the number of casino games...didn't count them but looks like there's a good few hundereds in there! They also let you play their games for free without opening an account, which is a nice touch from Virgin.

Brilliant Promotion

Unlike most bingo rooms, they have new and fun promotions every week. They don't just look after the VIP's either. I only spend about £20 per week but their promotions offer me a chance to get something back. They also do casino and poker with the same range of promotions.

Fantastic Bingo Games at Virgin Games

I have enjoyed using Virgin Bingo over the past 2 weeks, most especially the Bingo Games. As a keen player of Bingo with my friends once a week in my local Bingo Hall, I thought I would venture online to play on other days, rather than once per week.

I found the instructions very easy to follow when signing up, in addition I recieved a promotion for joining up for the first time. This along with playing the games in Free Play mode, allowed me to learn all I needed to play the selection of Games on the Casino website.

After the first few games, I found myself enjoying the experience more and more, I firmly recommend anyone who loves Bingo to try out the games.

In addition I was also very impressed with the level of Customer Service, this is often overlooked by a lot of Companies online. The Website was also very quick and very easy to operate.
Well done Virgin for creating an excting Bingo Experience.

Information that has to be provided

I just signed up to virgin games, They sent me an email saying:We’ll need you to send us clear colour copies of:

• your photo ID: Passport, Driving Licence or National ID card

AND one of the following:

• a recent (last 3 months) bank/credit card statement showing your name and address and the card number for the card you have registered with us, but feel free to block out any other data you’d like to keep to yourself.

• if you are using a non-card payment method or bank on-line, a recent (last 3 months), utility bill (electricity or landline phone bill is best) which tells us you do live at the address you have given us, and it is not just someone who has got hold of your details and is using them without your permission.

As someone who has been a victim of fraud I think it is totally unacceptable to ask for this information together, In the wrong hand this could be used to steal my identity - Have they not thought this out???????

Keeping our customers safe from identity theft and our sites safe from under 18's is a priority for us, which is why we verify (check that a customer is who they say they are).

We mostly do this electronically using public databases, but where this is not possible because records have not been updated or someone has recently moved, we may need to ask for our customers help with this, by requesting additional documentation.

Given the fact that the reason for verification is to guard against identity theft we do take pains to ensure that any information sent to our address is safe and secure and only accessed by the appropriate people. All documents are stored securely and where a customer has a concern we are more than happy to discuss the matter with them beforehand.

Great New Casino Games

Wow - Virgin have launched a New Online Casino, It Rocks, so easy to use and the graphics are really nice. I used to use another casino, until I saw this one, Brilliant games, and I signed up to win a free IPAD,
Well done Virgin, its nice to see someone is doing somethin innovative for a change, instead of the typical games websites.
