Having dealt with a few web developers Visualsoft are by far the best!
From day one they have understood what we wanted and where we would like to go within the world of the internet. They have be very responsive when problems have occurred and solved them with ease and in no time at all.
Overall the Visualsoft experience has been excellent and well worth it.

Perfect. Our e-commerce website has been completed with in 10 weeks. They are really nice and professional. All of us are satisfied with their works. Especially, our project manager is a responsible person. I am not the guy having enough knowledge on e-commerce. She is patient for all my questions. Visualsoft is a suggested and reliable company!

A fantastic company to work with!

When it was decided that an e-commerce website was needed for my business I started collecting information from various companies. Visual Soft stood out from day one with the services they offer and their friendly, approachable manner. Over the past few months I have not been disappointed. Just a quick email to say I was gob smacked at the speed we were able to get another new site launched which we needed asap. I was hoping we could try and get it within 8 weeks, to be done in 1 week was just off the chart....

That was a massive help which is appreciated!

Id also like to take this opportunity to mention Jenny. Over the last 10 years working in various fields of management and having the opportunity to work with hundreds of professional individuals, I can honestly say that Jenny is one of the best people I have ever dealt with. She is pro-active, a true expert in your systems as there is nothing she cant answer and has been absolutely amazing in dealing with the complicated requests I send to her as well as helping us upgrade our systems with relevant add ons because she is 100% clued in to what we are doing and focused. She definitely gave me the impression of someone there from day one, many years at least, and she is a true expert on the platforms you offer from my experience.

Any how, she has been that good and raised our views from very happy, to "possibly the best company in the world," so I think its fair that she deserves a mention. People as you know are quick to complain when there are problems (including myself!) but credit due where well deserved, she truly has been a massive help and is great to deal with.

Great service and very professional, always kept us upto date on our website progress.

I was very impressed with the service provided by visualsoft, they kept communications with me at every step of progress the site was making and any problems i would come across they would be right there to help solve any problems. The site is now up and running and we have already recieved orders within a week of the website going live. This shows how well visualsoft are at making a well astablished looking website and how it links in well with search engines to increase its customer base.

Creative, professional and flexible - oh yes and friendly!

We've been working with VisualSoft since 2006 and still think they're great!
I particularly like the one stop approach and trust the guys (and girls!) to come up with new ideas and plans for us across the whole e-marketing arena.
We provide professional training courses so are not typical ecommerce customers; this requires a very different approach and thinking from the VisualSoft team but they have always took the time to understand our business and adapt their skills and knowledge to suit our needs.
We regularly receive positive comments from our customers about how easy to use our website is which is indirect praise for the VisualSoft team and how our website has developed and improved.
Would REALLy recommend anyone to try VisualSoft (except our competitors!)

LOVE MY WEBSITE EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE

My craft business was set up 3 years ago, working from home I needed a professional looking website so I started my search and came across Visualsoft I approached them for some help and advice, and help and advice is exactly what I received no pushy salesman and plenty of time to make up my mind to what it was I needed for the business and the budget I had at the time. I've never looked back I have upgraded the website on a couple of occasions and all work was carried out in the time frame set if not before. Full training was given to me on using their very easy admin system and any questions I had were answered quickly.
I needed a very easy to use but professional looking website and that is exactly what I have. I am always getting compliments from customers and professionals on my website design and ease of use.
I have had teething problems but the team at Visualsoft sorted them and they always make sure I'm happy with everything they have done.
No hidden costs you get quotes for any work you want carried out, I then have the choice whether I want to go ahead or not, the charges from a team of professionals working with you are very reasonable.
I highly recommend Visualsoft especially to anybody setting up a website for the first time and need help and advice in plain english without the jargon.

Visualsoft provides the flexibility and versatility that we need

We had a little bit of a difficult start with Visualsoft as we wanted quite a lot of tailored features on our sites. It took a while for things to be sorted, but now all the major works completed, things are starting to flow smoothly. I particularly like their problem reporting system. You get pretty much instant reply on emergency issues. Other non-essential problems response time is also reasonable. It provides the reliability required for a SME owner like myself. After trying out Actinic, Shopify and two tailored programs over the last 10 years, Visualsoft provides the flexibility and versatility that we need. We are also expecting to use their dedicated marketing service in the near future.

Everything we wanted from a new website

Visual Soft have been very professional right from the word go, giving excellent help and advice on the new website - based on the direction we wanted to go.

They are also very approachable and friendly. Impressed that I have always been able to get a reply to questions very quickly - even out of office hours.

The new website has all the features we required, and lots more that we can add on in the coming months. Excellent help with marketing going forward. I do like the fact that they have extensive knowledge of all areas of website developement and marketing - everything we need under one roof - makes life simpler.

The new website build went smoothly - and they dealt with all the requests and questions we threw at them, promptly and in detail, giving help where needed.

Quite simply working with Visualsoft has made our lives easy

I was nervous before we signed up. You never know for certain whether the finished article you are buying will meet all your needs and expectations. Let me tell you, Visualsoft are the solution. The service you receive is excellent!

I was thinking I would need to chase them as we went along to ensure we hit our 'go live' date. Not a bit! The brilliant Michelle was often on the phone cajoling me along to complete one task or the next.

The whole way through you know where you stand. You can see the progress on your site very easily on the admin page and each week a progress report arrives in your inbox to re-assure you are on track.

Visualsoft eCommerce - Outstanding Support - Excellent Website Design - Fantastic System - Perfect.

We have been online for 10 years now and we've been through a few ecommerce systems over the years. I'd say our experience should make anyone reading this take notice - we know what is important in an ecommerce platform and we know a good system when we see one.

Visual Soft have been excellent from start to finish. During our initial consultations they gave us good advice on design and implementation of the website. They genuinely know what makes a good ecommerce business - we got the impression right from the start that they are not simply there to build websites, they are there to help businesses succeed.

In terms of the system itself, we have never seen anything built so well. All of those little niggles that we had with our last platform that we wanted developing but never got round to - they are all there already in the visualsoft platform - amazon integration, ebay integration, royal mail integration, email marketing, search engine optmisation, social network integration - the list goes on.

Overall its 10 out of 10 for Visual Soft. Outstanding Support - Excellent Website Design - Fantastic System - Perfect. We delighted to have them as a partner.

www.tinnedbananas.com is the first website we have had built. Being new to ecommerce we reviewed serval web design companies . Visualsoft came highly recommended.
Visualsoft was an obvious first choice for us, not only is the company located locally (in a very impressive office block) but as an ecommerce specialist Visualsoft really did stand out above the rest.
From the day we started they guided us smoothly through the work that needed to be done. We particularly had a great Project Manager Michelle who answered every phone call and email instantly and really went that extra mile.

Awesome Platform - Almost a full businesses operations in one platform

These guys are simply awesome, they have been developing eCommerce for along time and it clearly shows inn the VS3 platform - its everything you could need for selling online, not just for the customer but more importantly all the back end systems to support and satisfy that customer.

We would consider ourselves 'informed buyers' meaning we know what we are talking about with regards to eCommerce and no other platform even comes close! Plus they have listened to us and implemented updates/upgrades and improvements almost immediately and in most cases free. this has helped us enormously but also Visualsoft's other clients have benefited from these updates and we do so when they feedback with updates - creating a community around Visualsoft of clients looking for best practice and cutting edge technology - Visualsoft provide this for us!

The best eCommerce provider out there!

We have worked with the team at Visualsoft for many years now on numerous eCommerce projects, and have received an outstanding service for each of the five websites they've done for us. From the initial website design process and development, through to the ongoing support once the site is live, Visualsoft has been really professional and beyond helpful throughout. I was having problems with a website I had so started doing research for a new company to build me a website, after looking at many clothing retail websites I could see that the sites I liked visual soft had built most of them.

I set visual soft with a challenge to build me a website as fast as possible and they certainly lived up to this.

The communication was their best point, thanks to Michelle Leonard all my questions were answered and no problems were too big. Michelle kept me constantly up to date each step of the way and did everything she could to get my website online as fast as possible.

choosing a web design company is no easy task when your sat in the candy store with a galaxy of companies out there all wrapped in glittery promise.

these guys hands down have every aspect of web design locked down and nailed

Visualsoft's designs are killer, front and back end site ease of use and simplicity is key and again these guys crushed it. then there's the back up, "the support", we all need it at some point and you will get it with this company

i cant recommend them enough, after money wasted on other web design companies icing cakes that flopped Visualsoft came through with the goods, my site works for myself my customers, looks amazing and makes money...

Totally Professional

It was crucial to us when selecting an IT company to rebuild our website from scratch we had to find a corporation who has a relaxed, considerate and customer focused approach but more importantly a pro-active professional. Visual Soft are a creative and professional company who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

After our initial meeting we were assigned a project manager who co-ordinated the whole project very well. Response time to any query was pretty fast and efficient and we were guided through the experience with a dedication and commitment that we personally have not experienced from any other company.

On seeing the proposed design/layout of our ecommerce website we were blown away by the creativity of design and later the ease of use from a front-end customers perspective.

Not being particularly technically minded and having never managed our own website before, we are finding the Visual Soft admin control area easy to use and most importantly when there is a problem the technical support team were excellent and responded pretty quickly.

We would certainly recommend Visual Soft to anyone who is considering building an ecommerce website.

Visual Soft are a great partner to work with - you get out of them what you put in!

My experience with Visual Soft has been that as long as you take your ecommerce operation seriously and have the time and/or resource to spend communicating with your account manager, Visual Soft deliver the goods. The ticket system is excellent and the round the clock support is invaluable to a business like ours - that has very little in-house ecommerce expertise. Plus we rely heavily on their excellent value design team because we have no design/graphic resource in-house. But you cannot afford to rest on your laurels and take for granted that they know it all and are doing it all. Pester Power gets the job done! We have a fantastic new account manager who really takes the time to understand our needs - which is crucial when we are planning and working on development work. Make it YOUR business to make sure Visual Soft understands your business and you will reap the rewards. Be thorough in your briefs, hammer home what you want - and they do deliver.

AMAZING, doesn't cut it.

I had zero faith in website companies as I had been let down by two prior to discovering Visualsoft. Never have I experienced professionalism and high standards at this level. You are appointed a project manager that basically guides you through each stage of the development of the website. Ours was Laura Foster, extremely efficient, responds to any question or query you may have. Training is provided in a un-intimidating and friendly way, the team are extremely knowledgeable and are there always if there was something you didn't quite understand (or in my case forgot!). I felt confident at all times and after each correspondence with the team I was always left smiling and looking forward to my website being complete.

In a nutshell, in the future I would most definitely return to Visualsoft for another site and I would recommend to EVERYONE & ANYONE. You will not be disappointed, far from it, like me you will be impatient and want it to be complete as soon as possible so you can show off your fabulous new e-shop!

I can't thank and recommend Visual highly enough; Laura, Ade, Matthew and James deserve recognition. I am so delighted with my website. Thank you for making it possible.

My Husband and I started working with Visual Soft in January 2012. Our previous business was running its course, and we were lucky enough to have been given early inheritance to start on a new venture to secure our future. With this in mind, we searched high and low for the best E-Commerce website developers we could find, and after finding plenty of bog standard and nightmarish companies, it was a breath of fresh air to finally find Visual Soft.

From the beginning, Visual Soft was professional and helpful. Putting right the myths of how to run an E-Commerce business that we had heard from the other standard companies. When we decided to give Visual Soft the go ahead, we were instantly impressed. We told Visual Soft the vision we had of our website, and they created it to the T, with all the functionality of a professional and up to date website. With regular communication we learned how to create the content of our website, and so Best Gift Company was born.

We chose to work with Visual Soft on a long term basis. To make this easier they provided us with an ‘account manager’, as a first port of call for any problems or questions. Both my husband and I are extremely impressed with the professionalism of this young lady, Michelle Leonard, as well as being extremely personable, approachable, Informative, and how nothing was too much trouble.

It seems this young lady was a reflection of the Visual Soft Company. As anyone can imagine, launching a new business in this economic climate does not come without budgeting restraints. Communications between the employees and the Head of online Marketing, David Dukes, meant they could be accommodating to maximise the effectiveness of the budget we have. This kindness and generosity has overwhelmed both me and my husband, and where we thought Visual Soft were a fantastic company before, they continue to excel themselves.

With this in mind, and with the on-going support from Michelle, David, Anthony and the rest of the team at Visual Soft, we look forward to a long and flourishing future. Thank you for all your help so far.
