My Husband and I started working with Visual Soft in January 2012. Our previous business was running its course, and we were lucky enough to have been given early inheritance to start on a new venture to secure our future. With this in mind, we searched high and low for the best E-Commerce website developers we could find, and after finding plenty of bog standard and nightmarish companies, it was a breath of fresh air to finally find Visual Soft.

We are very pleased with the look and features of our website www.KJReptileSupplies.co.uk. Having looked at loads of website developers we found that Visualsoft offered the best service. We did see some cheaper options but did not like there portfolio’s and with a lot of features missing that Visualsoft include; we also like the fact we can add more features as we go on.

The design team are great as well full of creative ideas that help drive KJ Reptile Supplies, with new promo units and anything we would like adding to the site.

While the website is being built you are kept up to date with an e-mail each week telling you what has happened that week, what is required from yourself and what is going to happen the following week.
The Customer Service you get are second to none, normally answered the same day or next working day, in some cases I have had reply’s late at night. Any problems are quickly sorted and promptly. We are always greeted and feel welcome by the very friendly safe, we even talk to one of the directors them self, which is rarity.

If you are looking to upgrade/ get something added to the site the friendly team are there to help via the great ticket system they use. We love the way they do not push you into getting anything you don’t need and give you friendly helpfully advice.

Visualsoft also have a number of marketing ideas and concepts that we are sure to take advantage of soon, such as SEO, PPC etc.

We are also looking at using Visualsoft to integrate E-Bay and Amazon into KJ Reptile Supplies, at very affordable prices, along with this we would be looking at getting Visualsoft to design our Ebay store.

A great company to work with to help you build your online store.

I met Tim and his team last year when i was reviewing web providers as i looked to identify the right partner to help me build my online store. I found their approach really refreshing in as much as they had real confidence and enthusiasm for their solution yet they avoided the oversell.
They allow you to tailor your site to your requirements and your budget. Over the past few years i have been involved in many web provider meetings and i can honestly say i find their solution amazing value for money.
On working with them i have found their approach to be very helpful and proactive.
Along with over 200 of their clients i attended their annual client conference in Birmingham and found the event really useful. The attitude of the company is geared to constantly searching for new ways to help you as a customer make more money.
I have since opened my store and find the back office system extremely easy to use, from adding departments and products to order fulfillment. I have also taken their integrations for ebay and amazon as it offers an extremely good solution for making sure all of your stock records are correct across the channels you sell through.

If only all companies were like visual soft

As a professional internet marketer working in the industry for over 10 years & running over 350 site in my career, getting websites that convert at their best rates is paramount to me. I have dealt with countless web design companies, from my point of view its an absolute mine field out there, a nightmare is the word that springs to mind. Most companies will tell you what you want to hear but you are usually left with a disappointing poor website while being left out of pocket countless times. This sort of stuff can put you out of business before you start.

I found Visual Soft in December 2011 and decided to risk it again (they all promise the same anyway) but it was their portfolio that really caught my attention. A lot of web design companies have 1 maybe 3 nice designs they have done, but the rest of the respective portfolios usually fail to impress to say the least.

When I seen Visual Soft's portfolio, I was shocked that they had done countless projects, and looking at them, each and every one is a piece of art in my opinion so I hoped they could do the same for me....

Im now about to place an order for my 6th site with them!

I wish all companies could be like this, they have been an inspiration with their professionalism and always going that extra mile that they have inspired me to try and bring some of their work ethics into my own business.

This isn't your typical web design company with 5 guys in a unit, there must be about 100 people working in visual soft all specialising in various things such as ebay, amazon, google shopping, seo, adwords....basically everything you need to take your business to the next level. Being in this industry and running a marketing company myself, I know these guys are beyond on top of their game, proper professionals offering advice that is actually going to make a big difference to you.

Anyway, shortly after signing up for our first site, we heard they were doing a meet up / training day at the NEC Birmingham...this was a great day to meet all and other like minded business people but most importantly, they ran this day for their clients as a free training seminar to show you how to best use your website they provide and to make sure it is getting fully utilised.

What other web design company would do this? This really impressed me and the team.

Working in the industry so long, I always think I know it all, but I came away from that meet up / training day having learnt so much. Already I have increased my business from a lot of new ideas I gained from this free seminar they did. Good to meet all the staff face to face too, not just dealing by email like the rest of the wannabe "pro web design companies."

Finally, I found a company that I can completely rely on to provide me with world class websites that would normally cost £20k+ for a tiny, tiny fraction of that price. Their websites are fully up to spec with the latest technology, also there has been no request no matter how complex that visual soft couldnt do for us. I think they have employed the best graphic designers in the country, very rare designers can design stuff that goes beyond your expectations. This has to now be my favourite company of all time. These guys & girls actually do more than they say they can which is unheard of on line or at least in all my experience. I just cant see how anybody could better them, this has to be the number 1 in Europe if not a World Leader in professional web E commerce design and the various multi channel platforms they can integrate.

This is the first time I have ever bothered to write a review, Im a busy person, but Visualsoft absolutely deserve it and more importantly earned it.

I plan to do all my future on line business with Visual Soft.

Most cost effective and hassle free decision you will ever make...

I have project managed several underperforming websites over the years, to help them grow and compete in there sectors and until now I have been doing so on my own using independent designers and coders the companies chose to use; even though I always suggest using an all in one solution like Visual Soft. Using independents has many pitfalls, firstly it is a far more expensive route to take, work takes longer to complete because it is usually coded from scratch, if something happens to the designer or coders you are using (illness, disagreements etc) your left with a custom solution not many other people will want to come in and take over. It involves a lot more micro management and in turn stress levels tend to be higher.

This time around after successfully helping the aforementioned company I looked about for another website in the same sector who I knew could do with some help, however I did so with the attitude that it would be done my way this time or find someone else due to the huge pitfalls I faced at the previous one because they wanted to do it their way. The project should have only taken 18 months but ended up taking 4 years because they wanted to use independents. Due to them using several independents (one guy left the country leaving them with a system no one else would work with) having the site revamped three times they also wasted a few hundred thousand pounds doing so and that’s not taking lost revenue in to account that they lost wasting a few years revamping the website several times before they ended up with a good high converting store.

This time around I was given full reigns to do what I wanted, I contact Visual Soft and a few other all in one service providers and quickly decided Visual Soft were the company for us, having had plenty of experience in our sector already.

They designed a website around guidelines I set out and they got it right first time, apart from a few minor alterations which they were happy to make. The entire process does require a lot of planning however Visual Soft take on most of the management side so you deal with just one person; no more micro managing.

Out of the box we had a fantastic looking site, that’s easy to navigate, with great SEO potential and more importantly it already had many major elements built in from the start like Amazon, Play and several other key marketing avenues that we specified (and I mean full integration!) and all for a fraction of the cost! Very cost effective, the project was delivered on time albeit with a few issues on launch which is to be expected. That’s where Visual Soft really shines; if you do have any issues they are resolved quickly. They also listen to their clients, as I did have a few issues with a couple of things over the last few months as I expect other clients did. But Visual Soft has been making great strides with their ticket system and how staff are organised to deal with different sized projects and extra development work. They are always on hand should you have any questions or queries and are great to talk to.

I happened to notice a review earlier from a company who was not happy to be on a shared server, Visual Soft give you the option to be on a shared or dedicated server, the choice is yours. It is totally normal for any e-Commerce provider or hosting company to stick websites on a shared server unless they choose otherwise. It comes down to cost; if you want a super fast website then ask for a dedicated server which they are happy to provide and at a very competitive price!

If you want a successful website you have to have a solid platform to work from, one that is scalable and able to grow with you. It needs to be accessible to the widest audience possible in terms of devices it is viewed on and for visually impaired people. The site must be easy to navigate and fast; no one likes to hunt about for products! The CSM (admin area) must be scalable and offer the opportunity to grow with you and any industry changes. The site needs to be cleanly coded so it is fast and adheres to standards, which in turn also adds a little boost to your ranking in SERPS. There are many, many other factors that need to be in place, the bottom line is Visual Soft will provide all the above and everything else that is required for you to have a solid base to work from.

Ecommerce is always moving and there is always something you can improve, but with Visual Soft by your side it takes a lot of the stress out of it! I can’t recommend Visual Soft enough.

Exceptional Growth with Visualsoft

I have been using Visualsoft now for over 4 years, I have upgraded my website in that time to their latest system VS3 from the VS2 system.

A Great Choice of Web Company

We took 2 years to research the options available to re-launch our site, very concious that with a re-design and hosting package we would in effect be 'married' to the business concerned. To be honest this made me very wary as there are plenty of horror stories concerning this. Visualsoft have been superb, responsive to sorting problems, very reasonably priced in terms of running costs and produced the sexy re-design we were hoping for. This is the way it should be

Having launched our new ecommerce site (www.savile-rogue.com) with Visualsoft two months ago like-for-like sales have soared from the same time last year. The site is a huge improvement on our previous version and works extremely well. The whole design and launch process was like clockwork - they've really made the processes extremely efficient. Staff are friendly, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. The fact that they deal only with e-commerce clients means they're really focused on giving you a sales-driven site. Our SEO has improved markedly and we lose hardly any customers at basket stage. The CMS could be more developed and tailored to our needs, but we do have the option of paying for additional functionality. However, overall Visualsoft are very good value for money. Amazingly I have still not met anyone from Visualsoft, being based 250 miles away in London - everything has been done by phone, email and via their support site. I'm sure we'll meet one day!
