Poor service, poor support, and poorly stocked stores
Absolutely terrible service! Was trying to transfer credit from a lost sim to a new one. Told I just need a new micro sim and could do it over the phone. Went to 2 different Vodafone stores to get micro sims and neither had them in stock. Had to go to an independant retailer
Then even with the new Sim the support staff couldn't help me with this transfer. After half an hour of trying to explain it to them I finally get transferred to another representative - wait on hold for 15 more minutes - and the moment I am connected and have told them my issue the line cuts out (or they just outright hung up on me)!
Furious! Have wasted more time trying to transfer 10 pounds credit than in all the problems I have had with other providers. Wish I never considered trying vodafone out!
