Pre Sales support was good with this company but once a problem hit, then the support has been nothing short of diabolical. 2 headsets out of 4 stopped working in a week ( from the same batch ) so it took a full week for "support" to give me permission to return them for testing. When they finally agreed to take them back, they made me pay for the postage!! What planet are they on?
Having sent them back, I have heard nothing for a week until I prompted them in which they replied - we posted new ones a week ago, you should have had them a week ago. We will check the tracking number.
Again not heard anything since, so I am sat here paid for 4 headsets with only 2. You cannot speak to support on the phone - its email only which is half the problem. What a bizarre company to treat another business customer like this. If you don't have any problems with the items, then this is a good company. If you do have to deal with support - get ready for pain.
Ordered a £200 item 21 days ago marked as in-stock on next day delivery. I have phoned every 3-4 days for the last 14 days chasing the item, which still shows as in-stock. Sales have not given me a concrete answer as to why I haven't received it and seem reluctant to help. Item still shows in-stock.
We had an issue with hardware and this can sometimes be a nightmare to deal with but VoIPon were quick to deal with this and I would happily refer them to my business connections should the opportunity arise.

Just joined the VOIPON service to get a geographic number on a VOIP "line". The online setup got jammed somehow and I wasn't actually allocated a number. But when I called the issue was resolved straight away in a friendly manner.
I have also managed to configure my Nokia N900 to work with this service (over home WiFi and then on cellular when I am "out and about"). I may be the only one using that device in this world of i-phones but in case anyone else is interested, it can be done and works really well. VOIPON had no instructions for that device and its bit different to other Nokias for which they DID

We wanted to start reselling VoIP equipment and VoIPon came up number 1 in most of our VoIP related searches. Within 5 minutes I was set up with a re-seller account and my delivery for VoIP phones, sip soor entry equipment and a Xorcom IP PBX was delivered on a Pre 9am delivery as requested. A guy called Ian was super helpful and spent quite some time with me on the phone specing up equipment for my exact requirements. In addition when I had some technical questions they were answered quickly via there tech support ticket system. If only all companies could be like this! Thanks again guys!
I had never ordered from Voipon before but desperately needed 5 handsets for a customer. I found the sales guy to be very helpful and flexible. They even held onto the courier for me whilst i placed my order.Will definately be using them again :)

I was looking for a low cost IP phone suitable for office use, easy to configure for the end user and I needed it quickly.
The sales rep was very helpful and as a result I made on order at about 2pm. The phone arrived at around 8.45 this morning and within five minutes of plugging in, I was up and running connected to our works PBX.
This was a breath of fresh air after battling with an inferior model the previous day for about 5 hours with three different switchboards.
For anyone interested, the good phone is the Yealink T22P.
Voipon have been great throughout our purchase of a Digium Switchvox system and various add ons and phone.
Having had a few issues with phone setups, Voipon were very helpful in resolving these or at least pointing me in the right direction.
I have used VoIPon a few times now and they have always been great. They have a great range of IP Phones which is good for us as always needing more phones or upgrading for ourselves and our clients. Staff always really nice and helpful, definitely recommend
Quick delivery (in most instances)
One order i placed at about 4.15pm did not ship until the next day, much to my dismay. This was half my fault as the web site does list the cut off time.
Definately will buy again.
I've been using Voipon for years and have had nothing but excellent help and sales advice from their pre-sales team. If something has gone wrong with hardware (which is rare) their tech-support guys have been fantastic too. This is why I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
We've been buying from VoIPon for years - phones, PBXs, call credit - it's always been good. Like any big firm, there are blips from time to time - but they've always resolved them well.
We're a reseller, get good deals & service - so would recommend them on this basis.
We purchased some items to later find we didn't order the correct item. They refused to help us change them for the right thing, and refused a refund on them. Their policy does state they reserve this right. This hidden deep in their conditions.
As a business, had this transaction been dealt with in a more professional manner, we would have sent several thousand pounds worth of business their way.
If we treated customers this way, we wouldn't have any.
