I have used several 3rd party companys' in the past and wahanda are my favourite. It's quick , professional and always delivers bookings. They have a nice client base who are always willing to spend more money.
They promote your business extremeley well using images, content and a full broucher of all the other services you can provide. This allows your clients viewing a particular offer to look at all the other treatments you provide to encourage up grades.
You can redeem your vouchers on line using your own log in which is easy to use and alows you to monitor vouchers that have already been used to prevent clients taking advantage.

This company tops up my business without me lifting a finger. I receive regular customers on a weekly basis from them and Last Minute. com. If I ever need to speak to anyone my calls are handled professionally and with a smile (yes you can hear them smiling). Everyone is only too happy to deal with any request you have. I work with other third party voucher providers and have to say that Wahanda is top of my list for reliability and professionalism. The merchant portal is very easy to navigate and you have all the customer contact information necessary to help your business grow. I hope to continue working with them for many years to come

I've used wahanda for close to 3 years now and have always found their prices fantastic, their customer service helpful and the salons/treatments of great quality. There is a huge wealth of treatments to search from, meaning that I rarely go elsewhere as I can always find it on wahanda.
It is few years that I am working with wahanda and in compare with other online advertising company wahanda is the best . I have used them all in the past and the only company that i suggest to all kind of business is wahanda . it is few months that i have a new beauty place and start working with wahansa again and in few months wahanda helped me to build up some clients and get online bookings., The service is extremely useful specially when you get lots of online bokings and in case of any difficulty Jessica and her colleagues are there to help and support you all the way ( very good customer care) . You can list your services,prices and availabilities.you can put your offers online .aldo sends out text and email reminding clients of their bookings all are very positive aspects .
But I don't appear to get many customers and they charge you even if the person cancels. so if you have all ready done a one job before that you wont get paid for this job because they have cancelled. give us therapist some sort of credit. we worked hard on that job.

I chose Wahanda based on reviews from friends and wasn't disappointed. I picked a cool barber in Soho and was impressed with the results.
It appears at first to be aimed strictly at women, but the male haircuts and treatments are good too!
Would love more offers for men or perhaps a male version of the site that could offer more in the way of shaves, waxes, haircuts, offers and deals related to the male of the species. The Boots advantage card is all overly pink and girly but I use it loads for offers and I'm sure there is a huge male demographic of Wahanda users who would definitely go for a manly Mr Hyde kind of website, perhaps with more offers from Gillette/Kiehls/Clinique on top?

As a small business owner I have tried so many advertisers but for me its Wahanda. They try really hard to help you build your business. Although the reviews from some of their clients can be really harsh but all the same we can only do our best considering.
Wahanda is a great company. They are very responsive and great customer service.
Wahanda lets me search for venues with appointments when I want them, and book in there and then, without the hassle of calling round to check availability. I have my favourite venues to book for regular treatments like waxing and massages (and find these straight away on site and see when they're free), but also use the site to find those new venues I wouldn't otherwise discover. The range of treatments on offer means there's always something new to try, and there's even write ups so you can find out what the treatment involves before you go. The reviews left by other customers let me know where to try and what to expect - if I'm trying somewhere new I always choose somewhere highly rated by other people.

a while back I complained because I love the functionality of selecting your own appointment without calling (hard to call during office hours!) but a few times appointment got cancelled, especially if for the following day.
I noticed recently this happened less often, definitely it depends on the salon but wondering if wahanda listened to me? :)
As I am a truly last minute person, I would love to see a "last minute" appointment selection, maybe even with further discount?

If you're new to treatments it's a great way to find your closest salon. The team at Wahanda are always doing fun things on facebook so you feel like they are your friends, and we always take our friends advice on where to go for a treatment. I simply love Wahanda and you will too.
I have used Wahanda on many occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They are my first choice when booking either a Spa Day/Overnight or any spa treatment. The last time I booked something through them was yesterday! (23/10/13) If you havent used them before, it couldnt be simpler and you will not regret it!
I have never experienced such pain on my fingers after a manicure. A lady called Stefania did my manicure and did not even soak my nails before pushing back my cuticles. As a result, I was bleeding from so many cuticles. She apologised but I doubt she knew what she was doing. The manicure took about six minutes altogether. To add insult to injury, her colleagues, in the broken English they spoke had the audacity to insult British people in my presence. They were very rude and did not have a clue what they were doing. I am amazed that these people are employed in this business. Definitely by far the worst manicure and experience I have ever had. As for their mannerism, if they don't like this country and the people, I suggest they go back to where they came from. Appalling place and people.
If you want to book something like spa's or beauty treatments, at any given time, go to this site. It offers a lot of quality services and plenty of venues to go too.
Definately going to use this site more than once.
I always missed the booking functionality and now that's it's been added, the site is really cool. Why should I call direct or try and search for some place other than on Wahanda where I can find everything. It might be better in London where I am than somewhere else so you got to figure it out, but it's kind of the Opentable for restaurants just for Spa.
