The first order I got from you was in excellent shape when I got it - 2 rolls per thick, well sealed cardboard. The last order I got was in appalling condition! The 4 rolls were in a cardboard box - not the same type as the first order - that was damaged in such a way so that the rolls had got wet and were all at one side of the box, as the corregated card, which I assume was supposed to be protecting the wallpaper, was placed into the box in such a way that the 4 rolls of wallpaper were pushed to one side of the box and therefore squeezed and flattened beyond use. I didn't even have to take the rolls out of the box to know I could not use it. I am very disappointed!
Having chosen five samples from thousands of patterns, with the help of the website's filters, I received them quickly and at reasonable cost. When I chose one and ordered it, it was delivered fairly quickly, with an email explaining the slight delay.
After saving for months for the beautiful japuir cole and son wallpaper I saw on the site I ordered a sample of the 'grey'. Took ages getting the perfect paint to match. Ordered my paper via the website. Went to work and left the decorator to paint and paper, came home excited to see the result and low and behold they did not match. The paper was different to the sample. After speaking to customer service it plays out that you're meant to check the number on the back of the sample matches the wallpaper. A simple mistake, however it's difficult to see that there is more than one 'grey' of this style and it's not mentioned anywhere. All contact thrown at me was you should have checked the code on the sample was the same as what you ordered. How was I to know that that was a code relating to the batch ...it doesn't say so. I won't be using the supposed 15% off to buy more A: I can't afford it and B: wouldn't trust you.
A little email to say 'oops did you realise the sample you ordered is different than the paper you ordered' or a quick call would have saved this unnecessary situation. However I was told we are too busy to do that. Sad really. In this day and age customer service can sometimes set you apart from your competitors and in this situation it does but for all the wrong reasons.
Make the website more clear, state that it's a batch number on the sample and make a point of helping your customers by communicating with us before we make costly mistakes.
I've been looking for brick effect wallpaper for the past couple of years,and hadn't found the paper I wanted for a decent price. I come across wallpaper direct and WOW!!! The wallpaper I bought,was perfect in every way. The colour,the texture & mostly the price. I will be defo recommending wallpaper direct to anyone looking for decent, cheap wallpaper. Thank you
Having seen a new release just in time for the renovation of our dining room, I ordered some rolls of wallpaper from Wallpaper Direct. The stock was in, the selection was simple and easy and the delivery was ahead of expectation. The room looks fantastic and the painter is almost as impressed with the service as we are.
I completed my order successfully in wallpaper direct web store. A week or two later, I realized, that I hadn't got any confirmation about the order in my email, though, but when I checked my credit card bill, the order was registered there. When I entered their web shop again I noticed that my order is still in the basket! First I tried to resolve the situation by sending an email to two different addresses I found on their web page but I got no response. Then, I called them and everything was solved out. I got my parcel in a week and I have no complaints about the delivery nor the service I got on phone. I could give a five-star rating without the issues with accepting my order. But a web store with such a bug and email addresses that do not react to inquiries are a big failure.
You guys are so great! Stop by sometime and take a look at what I have done with your product. Yeah, by the way, I received both orders in three working days through FedEx, (definitely keep them) and the paper came all the way from London to Arkansas!!! I will place another order soon.. Ordered wallpaper to b delivered to Brewers store which came quickly and easy to collect. However, when the spotty paper we got was put up it didn't to join up well at all. To get the spots to match the joins didn't match so we ripped it all down again. Very disappointed as was for our Baby twins room, so was excited to get it ready.
