good friendly service, good price
Service was good, I ordered 4 x 3' x' 6' and 21 x 6' x 6', pressure treated, you get a good price if you're ordering more than 10 of the same type, but when i called the sales line, they said the would give me the 4 smaller ones at the discounted rate as well. Delivery was perfect, friendly chap dropped of the panels around 6 in the morning so didn't have to wait around all day to get started with the work. The panels themselves seem ok barring one, the top bar came off when we moved it, this wasn't a problem because I realized I had over ordered and needed to return 3 panels. Waltons was really good about it, they arranged pickup of the panels and have promised a refund on them, I'm still waiting for the money to be credited back but this was only 4 days ago and I know refunds can take a little longer. The only gripe I have is that most interactions with customer service on the phone seems to be pointless unless you are placing a new order. Any changes to an order or returns( i did try to correct my order before it was delivered) has to be emailed to them and they were not the fastest in replying to email, took about 3 or 4 days, but this is a busy period I imagine. All in all, good product, good service, just try not to be an idiot like me and get the order correct in the first place. Will recommend and will buy again(hopefully only after the 15 year anti-rot guarantee period).

Two year old son loves this!
We ordered a Walton's playhouse with slide on a Fridaycanx it arrived on Tuesday. The truck driver was great and unloaded all the parts ready for us to construct.
It took my Dad and my husband about a day and a half to construct and is definitely a two person job. It would've been much easier and quicker if pilot holes had been drilled in the wood but otherwise it went together pretty well.
Our two year old son is thrilled and the playhouse also looks nice in our garden too.

waltons director log cabin
Delivery really good very helpful man, Went together easily despite vague instructions, not enough roofing felt to cover, had to buy another roll but told that waltons will refund the cost so not a big problem just a nuisance. Shed up in less than 2 days by an average diy man.. Looks fantastic really pleased.

quality product but was missing bits
Arrived on time (Monday) but the delivery guy did not have a checklist and we ended up with 2 missing sets of parts which stopped us building it. When i called was told they would take 5 working days to be made, pfff. One set arrived on Friday along with another one i didnt want. The other one arrived the next week. The instructions were for 2 separate structures rather than one which served to confuse. Took me about 10 hours to build with my wife doing the lighter holding work while i did the heavy work.
Millions more nails and screws than you need which was nice. Kids love the end result and it feels very sturdy. The only bit i would have added would have been a magnet to keep the door shut as the wind blows it open.
Overall advice would be to check thoroughly that you receive everything before you let the guy leave.

ugh not nice
bought a green house very disappointed as the frame great the rest cheap and nasty cannot see it lasting already had plastic front panel blown out twice and it is quiet sheltered it is now held together gaffer tape look like casualty patient

Superb surprise!
I ordered A Summerhouse from Waltons because it was the cheapest and at 84, I wasn't expecting it to last me too long!!! It was delivered within 4 days of my order, erected by very charming chaps and the quality astounded me - it was as good as ones I had looked at at double the price. I have recommended to friends as the quality for price is superb.

Would think twice before using again!
After doing a LOT of research into play houses for my daughters I decided with such good reviews I would use Waltons. When I went to order online was very surprised that they only delivered in my area on a mon-weds which is no good for me as I work those days. So I ordered and made arrangements for my next door neighbour to have the keys. I was told at time of ordering I would be contacted 24 hours before and given an idea of time. I was at a later date told this was wrong and delivery was all day. I made it very clear the play house was not to be left outside my house. On the day of delivery I received a text at 7.45 saying they had knocked on both neighbours and they were in bed so left it on my front garden (where it could easily have been pinched). I range straight up and all they said is they might be able to get the driver to go back but he wouldn't be able to knock on the neighbours he would just take it away!! How ridiculous. Having said all that I am pleased with the quality of the finished shed, although it wasn't the easiest to put up as half the panels and pieces weren't square.

Summer Sometime
Waltons 8X6 Summerhouse - Octagonal - Leaded.
The on-line order for the Summerhouse was easy, with all monies being immediately deducted from my account. However, I was disappointed by the tardy response to my queries, with respect to additional erection requirement. Consequently, I phoned Waltons, only to discover they had no knowledge of my email with photograph of the proposed site. This resulted in resending of original email plus a further email to offer my assistance.
The product was as described, competitively priced and of a fairly good standard.
The erection took just over 3 hours (1702 to 2010) and again I was a little disappointed, 8 pieces were incorrectly fitted (now corrected), the bottom bolt was broken and I later had to plane the doors to fit correctly.
Conclusion:- Try not to pull your hair out if you communicate with Waltons for I can recommend the product. However, if you can assemble it yourself, do so!

Appalling quality and abysmal customer service. Do not buy from Waltons!
Purchased the 12 x 10 Waltons Groundsman Tongue and Groove Apex Modular Workshop at a cost of £989.85. I opted for self assembly as I had trusted tradesmen willing to assist.
The list of problems with this product is endless. It is flimsy and almost every pre fixed screw in the panels has caused the very thin wood to split. There is damage/bits broken off to corners of the front panels which hadn't been caused in transit as they were in wrapping. There is only one roof truss supplied for the 12ft length which the joiners say is insufficient for any snow load on the roof. The truss is wider than the internal floor dimensions and required substantial alteration before the whole thing would fit together. The lock supplied does not fit where it is supposed (it is left hand instead of right hand where the holes have been drilled). The shed took much longer to erect than it should have and I incurred extra cost for this.
When I contacted Waltons with photographic evidence, they replied apologising and offering to replace any parts but I pointed out that it would end up costing me even more to take the shed apart and replace the faulty parts, I also doubted whether they would have separated without further damage. Their response was to offer me £10 as a good will gesture!!!!
Needless to say I rejected this and to date they have not replied to my last email stating that I felt that their offer is an insult.

Good price and great quality
My dad has recently put up a playhouse for my 2 year old twins - although not painted it was made and fixed within approx 4 hours. All the parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow. We are really pleased with our purchase - it just needs painting now. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Quality
I bought some fence panels which were terrific quality and i was very happy with them.
I also bought a 8 x 6 shed which was very poor quality, some of the side panels were split and distorted. The roof and floor were extremely thin and i put my foot through the floor in one corner. Also the roof felt was of the lowest quality possible, only really suitable as an underfelt. I spent several hours reinforcing the walls and floor and went to B&Q to buy a decent roll of Green Mineral Felt to put over the supplied felt.
Profit margin on this item must be fantastic!

you get what you pay for
Only sent 3m of felt so had to wait for extra felt before we could complete the shed.we would use Waltons again because they are cheap, but you do only get what you pay for.

Would never use them again
Next day delivery - what a joke! two and a half weeks later after numerous phone calls and emails, still no greenhouse. Was told so may different stories by different staff it was hard to know what to believe. Cancelled the order, they did refund my money straightaway. Ordered from another company guess what it arrived the next day.

quality price ratio very good
The medium size director`s office (4.5m by 3.5m) seems very good value for money. Solidly built with tongue and groove floors and roof. I could quibble a little about the quality of the windows and doors and rather more about the fitting of the doors, However, given the price, I guess some savings have got to be made somewhere!
The company and the construction pair were excellent to deal with and very responsive on all questions.

Great shed shame about the delivery.
Just purchased a great 9'10 x 19' 8" Waltons Titanium Easy Build Apex Garage. It was easy to build and the instructions were easy to follow. We made sure we didn't fit it during high winds as it could easily get blown away or damaged. The only problem we had was when TNT came to deliver it. When the driver arrived he was quite rude about the fact that I was the only person in (I'm female and 5 foot in height and not very muscular!!) and that we had a sloping drive. He complained for quite a while about how he was going to get it off and about how heavy it was. I asked him didn't his company send at least 2 people out to deliver it as it was really heavy. He did have a trolley and some of the consignment was on the trolley. After about 30 minutes or so he finally managed to unload it on to the drive and drove off - which left me with a dilemma. I'm on my own the parcels were too heavy to lift and I couldn't go out and leave it on the drive because by the time I came back it could have been stolen . I unpacked each box and carried bits into my house a little at a time but managed to complete it in about an hour. If you do order one just make sure that there is at least 2 of you around to lift it safely in to your premises. That said though I would definately order another one from Waltons and found their service to be really good with great products. I've purchased a log cabin, shed and now a garage from them and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very quick delivery, easy to build and best of all the kids love it!
The playhouse was bought for my little girls 4th birthday and was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Putting it together was quick and instructions clear, the most time consuming part was painting the playhouse before I put it together. All three of my kids have played in it especially my two year old boy who is never out of the house much to the annoyance of my daughter! Great product.

Great product well worth the money
Great product ,easy assembly . Had it up in a couple of hours ,did put a few more batterns on the floor for extra strength . Quick delivery ,friendly and very helpful delivery driver . Looks great in the garden. Love it especially in this weather.

Excellent Product Quality
Ordered 11 shiplap fence panels. All came in good order and quality was excellent.
The only thing i would like to say is that the delivery is great because its fast but i was told that i was on the last delivery and that it would be late afternoon. Not to come home at 11.30am to find that the panels had been left on the driveway. (They could have been stolen) for all i new when i got home or not delivered at all!

Delivery team on the ball.
Product - Bike Shed.
Good communication from the delivery team for delivery in a fairly remote location. Opened my curtains before 8am on the scheduled delivery day to find that the shed had already been delivered! I didn't hear a sound. How did they do this? Outstanding!
Pros: Product goes together well although it's important to follow the (straightforward) instructions. All necessary screws and nails included.
Cons: Floor panel alarmingly flimsy and gives under my weight. Roof panels, on the other hand, are surprisingly strong and rigid. Seems to be the wrong way around. Had to reinforce the floor with another panel for fear of going through. Maybe a duff batch.
Overall - I couldn't find a better product online and the finished product is very useful.

Buying Fence Panels made easy
Bought 10 Panels (to bring the price down, way expensive if you buy less than 10), easy to use website, delivery was promised for Thursday, i recieved a call from the delivery guy the day before and they arrived, and on Thursday they were deliverd at 6:00am! The guy carried all the panels around the back, stacked them neatly and didn't make a sound. Very good indeed, cracking service.

Top Grade Product
Initially I ordered 5 x 6' x 6' fence panels and was very impressed by the next day confirmation and earlier than indicated delivery date. Unfortunately, I had made an error and wanted 5' x 6' panels. On contacting Waltons the customer service was so good that as they accepted my mistake and agreed to take them back without objection I decided to replace all 10 panels rather than just my old ones that had been damaged, Also, having seen the quality of the lap fencing panels they were far better then those I had seen (more expensively) in Garden Centres.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is the problem with collection of the old panels and delivery of the new - the initial delivery date was missed as the agent who rang did not have the collection order and so had to refer back to Waltons. When, 3 days later I spoke to Waltons they apologised for the oversight and said they would arrange the transaction and call me back within 1 hr. A call after 15 minutes arranged the delivery and collection for Thursday but then 25 minutes later I received a call from Waltons who explained the collection would be Thursday and the delivery the following Saturday.
This was how it finished and the delivery crew (as the first time) were excellent and very helpful.
First class product and very good customer service - just need to ensure you and the agents have the same details.

POLYTUNNEL - EASY TO PUT TOGETHER
The tube frame is easy too assemble and seems strong and suitable for purpose.
The plastic cover went over fairly easily but I was disappointed when one of the zips failed after just 2 days. A couple of teeth fell out making the zip useless. There was no tension to cause this just a faulty zip..
The guy lines at each corner would put too much strain on the plastic cover so I am not using them. Better to bury the side pieces using smooth wood planks and stones to fix in place and easily removed.
