Fast, Brilliant service. Willing to go the extra mile for their customers!

I ordered an Aquarius universal pond pump from warehouse aquatics, as promised it arrived next day before 12 pm (I even received some free sample food!)

Just as I was setting my pump up I realised that the nozzle set was missing, I contacted Warehouse Aquatics straight away and they were very helpful and understanding.

I was told that the nozzle set would be sent out that day on a next day service, after reading some of the comments on here I didn't have much hope however, it did turn up at 10 past 9 the next morning.

I was and still am very happy with the service and care I received from this company and I can be sure that I will spending more with them in the future.

Awful, awful, awful!

Received a package of a number of items I ordered, and only noticed that one was missing a month later. I pointed this out to Warehouse Aquatics, expecting them to just send the item to me - I didn't think any more of it. How wrong I was!

Warehouse Aquatics told me that as I had not notified them within 5 days, it was hard luck on me!

Had to subsequently waste weeks of time emailing (pointing out that they had, in effect, stolen from me), reporting to PayPal, then escalating as a complaint to PayPal. PayPal were fantastic and, of course, I received a full refund from them as they knew I was in the right.

Avoid like the plague. A dreadful, cold, unfriendly firm in my opinion. There are far better fishkeeping stores out there!

Ordered some Juwel items from warehouse aquatics on a Monday. Delivered well packed by courier on Tuesday. What more could you want!

Brilliant - the best ive found

have used warehouse aquatics for several years now and theyv always been brilliant - staff are really helpful and im always infomred about my delivery
