After speaking to a polite salesman that rang me I accepted the join warranty direct . Paying. £58 pounds a month for the service. I took my car in the garage 6 months later and it came back with a few problems 5 to be exact. But when the garage rang warranty direct they rejected every single claim which left me for a bill of over £4000. The claims varied from electrical to engine problems yet all claims got rejected. When I rang up to see why they just kept saying its in the handbook we don't cover them. I WARM YOU PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS COMPANY.
used this company to fix and insure my Admiral fridge freezer, same fault with the replaced part after 10 months, was told to contact the manufacturer... who would replace the part again but would charge a hefty fee for fitting! not worth it
