Still waiting for Watch ordered in December - now mid April
Just after Christmas ordered a watch that was in stock only to get an email back saying no longer in stock but was due in shortly...
Since then I have requested updates on availability and always been advised that it was only a matter of a couple of weeks etc.
Finally rang and got them to ring the manufacturer - the watch was definitely going to be in stock by the 29th March...... as of the 10th April nothing has turned up and upon inquiring as to the delivery date I've been told that it's 5 weeks away....
The watch I want is on sale elsewhere for more money but better to pay more and have a watch rather than less and have nothing other than empty promises!

no delivery
i only ordered it from their website that they said next day delivery. it said purchase within next 30 minutes and they'll deliver it next day. i even received an email confirming the order and another email confirming that the item has been dispatched. however received nothing today, rang the courier service and was advised that nothing has been ordered for you, no such order number. rang watchdepot and no one there to answer my phone. non professional. still waiting for my order and not been delivered.

Watch for christmas
I bought a Diesel watch from watchdepot for Xmas present. Price was competitive with other website, delivery was free. I placed the order on the 11/12 and it arrived by DPD on the 13/12 late afternoon. Packaging was decent, watch coming in its box, no mark or damage. First experience with watchdepot, excellent experience.

False Stock Indication/Bad Customer Service
Watch I ordered was advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery. Shortly after placing the order I was emailed and informed that the watch I ordered would have to be sent from the supplier and would take 2-3 days to arrive. I didn't have a gift for my fathers 60th because of this. When I complained I was offered a 5% discount, but only after sending a couple of wordy emails. Item was good, but the service wasn't.
