Gorgeous Sparkly, Classy Watch & Excellent service!
I absolutely love this product, it is timeless and feels classy and elegant. It has Swarovski crystals and they look amazing in the sun. I researched the price and Watches first was the cheapest one I found, I expected something to be compromise with the price being so cheap but I was very impressed with the personal touch from Watches 1st. I had ordered 2 of the same product, one for me and one as a gift, and I received a call from a very pleasant man who gently enquired if I'd had problems ordering online as he wanted to make me aware that I'd ordered 2. Excellent service - not many Companies would have checked. In fact it wasn't a mistake ordering 2, but it could well have been and I was very grateful of the phonecall to make sure. My order was despatched immediately and reached me the following working day. I am often the moaning customer that gets irritated with bad service, expects reasonable service, so I thought it only fair to review this excellent service too - well done and thank you to Watches 1st - thumbs up!! :)

cannot fault price and next day delivery just before Christmas
was a little wary of buying such a good bargain from a site I'd never heard of before, but, after reading good reviews decided to go for it, ordered a watch on Friday 21st before 11am and it was in my hands lunchtime on Saturday. Brilliant. order updates and tracking, not that they were needed. Will use again and recommend to friends.

A rare quality of customer service ... superb retailer
Watches 1st have ressurected my faith in British customer service. Not only selling quality items at fantastic prices they twin this with superb client service. They dealt with my order immediatley and kept me informed throughout; both via email and a personal telephone calls to sort out a technical issue.
I would recommend this retailer to any potential buyer.

Not just good - Watches1st are outstanding!
Bought a Seiko watch from Watches1st in June 2011. Great watch, great price. The battery failed in November. Watches1st asked me to get it replaced at my local reputable jewellers. Watches1st immediately re-imbursed me, no quibble or fuss.
Last week the watch alarm stopped working. I spoke to Ian and sent it back to Watches1st. They diagnosed that the watch had had the wrong battery fitted by my jeweller. Watches1st fitted the correct one and sent it back by return, all at their expense. I even had a follow-up phone call from Ian to explain the problem. They are the best! I'll always use them for any watch I buy in future.

Excellent in every possible way
I purchased the fantastic Accurist MS880B watch from watches1st on Monday afternoon and it arrived here yesterday morning. It was even better looking than in the picture - and the picture was really good!
Watches1st seemed to have the best price on all of the watches that I searched for. I did wonder if this was too good to be true, but the reviews here all seem very complimentary and they certainly kept their promises with me.
All in all, ordering from these people could not have been any easier and all I can say is keep up the good work. I will be recommending you to everyone that I know.

From start to finish the service given to me by Ian on behalf of the company was second to none. I purchased an Accurist watch for my husbands' 50th Birthday and needed to know about the way the mesh strap fastened, as I was unsure about being able to take links out or to adjust it. He knew instantly the answer for me and I was able to purchase in confidence. The range of watches on this site impressed me a lot and I have saved this to favourites for future purchases. The watch arrived by special delivery the very next morning, even after I had only contacted Ian at 16.00 the previous day to buy. The watch is beautiful and very refined looking and I am so pleased with it. The watch is MB900K with a champagne dial and will be a great addition to my husbands' growing watch collected. Thanks Ian...will be using Watches1st again..well done!

Undoubtedly the best ever
I ordered a solid gold accurist watch GD1672 at 3.39pm, 26th of Sep 2011, watch arrived in excellent packaging on the 27th of Sep 2011 at 11am !!!!!!! Totally impressed with watches1st and would have no hesitation in ordering from their site again. One more point.... this watch was cheaper than any other site selling this watch. They also use HSBC secure ePayments so all can shop with total confidence with watches1st.
I am absolutly delighted by the great and efficient service and love my new watch.

I purchased an Accurist Watch for wife, Prior to ordering I asked for a larger than standard size bracelet, additional links were fitted and delivered in less than 24hours free of charge. Perfect Fit. The watch represented excellent value, best service I have ever known, amazing delivery.

Excellent, prompt service & bargain watch!
After looking at hundreds of watches, I followed a link from Amazon and found an Accurist watch LB1737P half the rrp at £36.95! I did not expect much for this price but like the Accurist movement. The watch came the next day and I was delighted with it. It is not too fussy for everyday wear but still perfect for every occcasion. It was beautifully boxed and would make an ideal present. My friend liked it so much that I ordered one for her and the helpful staff at Watches 1st were brilliant and advised me to order via Amazon again to get free delivery, which they themselves were unable to offer. Both bracelets were adjusted free of charge. This watch looks much better than my sister's £8,500 solid gold Rolex, which appears clumsy by comparison and needs special insurance. I would not swap with her because if I lost this, I'd simply go to Watches 1st to order another one! If you need any more info. about a watch, give them a call or e-mail thembecause they are really helpful.

A good selection of watches backed by a fast efficient service
The website was easy to use and allowed me the opportunity to compare different watches without any difficulty. After purchasing the watch, which was very reasonably priced, it was delivered extremely quickly and was exactly as I had hoped. No problems whatsoever and I would use Watches1st again with hesitation.

1st Class Service
My trusted Seiko Kinetic watch was beginning to lose time and was in need of repair. After enquiring as to the cost charged by Seiko for specialist repair, I quickly came to the conclusion that it would cost little more to buy a new watch, albeit not of quite the same value. After doing internet research I found a design from the Seiko Kinetic range that appealed and subsequently did a price check. Watches1st.co.uk was revealed as the best buy so I took the plunge. The watch was delivered the next working day and in its original packaging! Although the company offered a resizing of the bracelet I didn't take up this option as it is often difficult to compare different styled bracelets. I had this done at a local jewellers at no charge. The service form Watches1st.co.uk was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking to purchase a quality watch at a highly competitive price.

Overdelivered on service
I live in the highlands of Scotland and normally you are charged an "arm and leg" for a delivery that takes 2-3 days. Watches1st product arrived the next day via Royal Mail keeping the costs down.
If only other suppliers could deliver the same level of service.

My watch arrived on a courier service which sent you the delivery time prior to arrival to within 1 hour. I did have a problem with the watch and a replacement was despatched immediately and the other collected next day. I also received a follow up call to check everything was satisfactory.
