Persons..Brillant,helpfull/watches Ultra shinny like new and beautifull.....
Saw this site online looked professional,the price of there watches compared to other sites was good but the extra care and piece of mind you get from WF&co is unmatched they test there watches to a brand new like spec very hard to find in pre owned watches.There watches are also polished to an excellent finish with most having box and papers, you also get 1 year insurance .When i phoned to enquirer about the watch i wanted (Breitling Evolution) the watch was in Maidstone.The Gentleman i spoke with checked to see if the watch was ready to go than arranged for me to go view the watch more then happy with the service and watch i brought the watch needing a extra link witch was not polished they kindly offered to polish my watch at a later date of my choice.Brilliant company ,Beautiful Watches and helpful knowledgeable persons 10/10

A very good professional service.
After seeing a Breitling Navitimer I liked on the Watchfinder website, I phoned Watchfinder and spoke to Michael Hagon who answered all my questions in a very professional way.
Watchfinder than contacted me 3 days later to say that the Breitling was ready for me to view.
On my visit to Watchfinder at the Royal Exchange I meet Oliver Wilson, who showed me the watch that had been prepared even better then I expected, it really did look every bit has good has new. Oliver answered even more of my questions again in a very professional way and adjusted the strap to fit my wrist.
I left Watchfinder a very happy man wearing my Breitling.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Watchfinder and I will certainly be using their services again.

Friendly and efficient service
I would recommend Watchfinder to others. I purchased a second hand Rlex for my sons birthday. I found the staff to be helpful and were able to answer all my questions. Over all I would say the service was very professional and efficient.

Very professional
I dealt with Oliver Wilson at the recently opened showroom at the The Royal Exchange. I have a collection of watches but have never purchased through WatchFinder before and wasn't really sure what to expect. I have to say that the experience was excellent. Oliver was great. Knowledgeable and at no point pushy. Perfect.

The start of a long relationship!
Having spent many hours over the past months browsing the Watchfinder website, I finally took the plunge and paid a visit to the Royal Exchange Boutique where I met Michael, the Deputy Manager. Now, it goes against my nature to buy something that isn't brand new but this was very different and the vast array of watches on sale all looked absolutely perfect. I was interested in a Tag Heuer Monaco and Michael showed me the various versions and was clearly very knowledgable. A few minutes later, I was placing my order and a few days after that my perfect pre-owned Monaco was collected. The service throughout was excellent and I would recommend Watchfinder to anybody considering buying a watch either now or in the future. I can see myself spending a lot more time in the Royal Exchange and I have already placed an order for a lovely Longines Grande Classique for my wife.

Watchfinder is trustworthy and effective and the only dealer who is fair to the watch seller.
Watchfinder is customer-focussed and responds quickly to Customer demands. The staff are honest, driven, and constructive in their approach. I have contacted the major high end pre-owned watch dealers in Central London and none of them have a business model that is fair to the seller except Watchfinder. Highly recommended.

Amazing service
After finding watch finder on line I enquired about a particular Rolex, I got an instant response from Tom Holland, the Senior Sales Advisor. He was courteous, informative and non-pushy. Although I decided not to proceed with that particular watch I found alternatives on the website and for each one he gave me all the relevant information I needed in order to proceed with the sale. He talked me through the payment process and at no point did I feel that I could not trust him or the company. Tom always remained patient and friendly even though it took me a few weeks to decide on the exact watch I wanted. My husband is over the moon with the quality of the watch and I would highly recommend this company and the service provided by Tom Holland. Thank you for providing a great service

I feel as if I bought a watch rather being sold one.
This was the my first visit to Watchfinder and I came away very impressed with the level of service. I am not in the habit of spending thousands on a watch and by no stretch of the imagination can I be considered to be any kind of watch geek but the experience was made very agreeable. I was lucky enough to be served by Oliver Wilson who was very helpful throughout but most importantly at no time did you feel under any pressure to buy. I can easily be put off by salesmen who are over pushy or where the staff can be just that bit too intrusive. All my queries were met by straight answers, I only wish that buying a car was the same pleasant experience. I would have no hesitation in going back to Watchfinder, the old Royal Exchange is an added bonus.

They really do have some hidden gems
It took me nearly two years to find the watch I was after - a Zenith Rainbow Flyback and Watchfinder had an unworn one. A quick call and email to Sam and it was on my wrist within 24 hours. This is the second watch I have purchased from them and I have to say the watches are spot on. The first watch was refurbished to an impeccably high standard and the second watch was unworn - I highly recommend them.

Bought a gents Santos over the internet. At the time of the purchase i was told they would supply an extra link free of charge if it didn't fit. Well it didn't fit and i was then told i'd have to pay for it...

Just purchased a Speedy Date from Watch Finder.
Website is great, and the service from Terry (Root) was brilliant.
The watch was as described and Terry was quick to respond to the queries I had. Visited the head office - the whole procedure was very slick with the watch all ready to try.

Profesional and Friendly Service Throughout!
I had been looking for a Lady Datejust for my wife for quite a while. After having viewed a number of watches my wife finally decided on a very nice model with White Mother of Pearl face and diamond dials. The salesman from Watchfinder, Oliver was polite, professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process without us ever feeling under any pressure.

Good but could do better
They sold my Breitling watch after just 2 weeks. However they charged me £60 as they claimed a link from bracelet was missing which I do not know how this happened as all unused links went in box.
I did part exchange with a Cartier watch though this was returned as leather strap was split. They did refund money quickly. To improve I think Watchfinder need to give more detail on watches they are selling perhaps grading the watch by the state it is in. This will be reflected in the price though you have a greater idea what you are buying before you commit to a order.

Fantastic perofessional service

Good reliable service from start to finish - would highly recommend
I was initially sceptical to buy a pre-owned watch from internet, but from the good reviews I decided to try Watchfinder. I saw the watch I liked on internet, a Rolex Blue diamond dial and sent an email of interest. I got an email reply the next day from Michael Hagon and from then on, the whole transaction went smoothly and painlessly. I had to wait for the watch for around 3 weeks, but Michael updated me regularly during this time. I even dropped by the shop at the Royal Exchange to meet Michael and assessed the watch physically (Before finalising the watch purchase). I am now a proud owner of the Rolex. I would highly recommend Michael and his team, and Neha from Dispatch as well. Another friend of mine is now buying a watch - from my recommendations and referral.

Finally! An Internet company that delivers on everything they say.
They're a brilliant company, quick to call me back, full explanation of the watch, a years guarantee on a used watch, which was in amazing condition. If the watch arrives and you're not happy they will take it back, plus the watch was a good price, there's lots available on eBay for the same money but they have no guarantee plus you don't know if they're genuine or moody rubbish from china. I wouldn't by a watch, new or used from anywhere else.

Classy boutique & first class service
I purchased my Omega speedmaster watch from the Royal Exchange team today. Stylish modern boutique in a classy location as befits the products being sold. Simon, Kieran & Oliver were all very helpful. Simon has some excellent watch stories which really bring the products to life. Kieran kept me up to date with when the watch I had reserved plus one other I wanted to compare it with would be available to view. I dealt with Oliver today who set the various complications on my speedmaster and demonstrated it's functions to me. Once I'd agreed my purchase he also re-sized the bracelet while I waited which meant I was able to leave the store wearing my new acquisition- excellent!

I recently purchased a preowned Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 2200.50.00 from Watchfinder.co.uk. It took me a lot of time to commit to an online company to buy such and expensive item but after looking through loads of forum sites I decided on Watchfinder. All I can say is from start to finish the service was brilliant from my initial enquiry to the dispatch of the watch. The watch came as good as new with a replacement bezel and glass fitted and all the things included that you would expect. I dealt with Jade mainly and she made the whole experience very easy. All in all a reputable company that I for one will definitely be dealing with again.

A tuff decision made easy!
I had eventually made the decision to sell my Tag and was very apprehensive as I had not used Watchfinder before. I had read all the usual info but when you post off your expensive watch there is an obvious worry. I was advised how to send it and once received the high level of professionalism I received before and after was second to none. I was informed of every development and within a few weeks the watch was sold. I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation in using Watchfinder in the near future as from start to finish they were excellent.

great experience, honest and trustworthy
Exchanging a watch is always worrying but WF made it seamless and stress free. I bought a Bell & Ross in exchange and the deal given to me by the team there was great. I dealt with Oliver and can say without doubt that i will go back (again to him) as when buying something of expense you have to trust the person on the other side.

Great business model for buying watches
I purchased two watches from WF. Spoke to Michael before visiting and he was extremely informative ; served by Oliver on first visit to the Royal Exchange. We spent a couple of hours with him and he displayed great product knowledge - and patience. Simon served me on the final visit. He too was very helpful. In fact , all three members of staff were much more courteous than my local jeweller who is allegedly a premium seller of full price watches.
I would recommend WF without hesitation.
