Good knowledge, good stock, good prices and great service - what more do you need?
The new shop is excellent with knowledgable, friendly staff and good stock. Prices are competitive and the quality of service is excellent, which is more than can be said for many of the other quality second hand watch shops. I can be quite skeptical, but there is no need to be here

A great watch and utstanding service from Watchfinder
I bought a new Rolex Yachtmaster watch as a gift for my wife from Watchfinder and have to say that 99% of the experience was a pleasure. The price was very good (significantly lower than a high street dealer) and I ordered it on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following Tuesday - had I ordered earlier in the day, it would probably have arrived the next day (ie. Saturday). The people who I dealt with were all very friendly, courteous and professional and the only down side to the whole deal was that I was unexpectedly asked for an additional 2% to pay by credit card. If I had wanted to pay by debit card, that charge would not have applied but that option would also not have provided the degree of security that a credit card transaction gives you. That is the only thing that cost Watchfinder the 5th star. I would definitely buy from them agai.

Great sevice and lovely watch
I found the watch of my dreams on Watchfinder at pretty much the same price as the same one is going for on ebay, but of course dealing with an approved Omega service centre removes the risk of ending up buying a fake. Add to that it comes with a 2 year warranty and their promise to buy it back from at the price I paid after 2 years (not that I will ever sell this watch!) and it is a no brainer where to buy.

DISCOVERING WATCHFINDER....THIS COULD BE DANGEROUS!!!
When I contacted Terry Root at Watchfinder I had already seen the Omega I wanted at the price I wanted elsewhere. However the communications, service and ability to match the competitor price sealed the deal and it couldn't have been simpler. Next day arrives my stunning Omega Seamaster, a snip compared with my local Omega Boutique and Ernest Jones etc!! I fully recommend this company and look forward to my next work trip to London when I can visit their fabulous looking store. I'm eyeing up a Cartier already!!

Excellent Customer Care
I bought an excellent Raymond Weil watch from Watchfinder a couple of years ago and love it. Recently the battery went and I took it into a well known high street jewellers - was told it would cost £150 and they would have to sent it to Switzerland. I instead contacted Watchfinder who replaced the battery for less than a third of the quoted price - service was excellent, regular communication as to the cost and estimated time for the work to be done. I really am very impressed with the service i received - both when i bought the watch originally but also with the subsequent customer care when replacing the battery. Well done!

Fine service I would use again.
I dealt with Terry Root at Watchfinder who took me through the process. No issues, part exchanged my watch for a newer one entirely by post. The new (pre owned) watch was 5 years old but looks in mint condition. Got a reasonable price for my old watch so would certainly recommend Watchfinder.

Very proffesional and easy to deal with.
All my dealings at watchfinder were dealt with by Kieran Narain who was fantastic from start to finish. I chose watchfinder to find me a Breitling avenger blacksteel seawolf as the watch ive had for the last 5 years (super avenger) has always felt on the big side and although the avenger is only 3mm smaller in dia it is quite significant.
I absolutely love my new watch and when i come to change it, my first port of call will most certainly be Kieran at watchfinder.

A transaction that was concluded following an amiable, professional and informative exchange which engendered complete confidence in Watchfinder.
I was served by Oliver Wilson who I found to be very easy to deal with given his amiable yet professional disposition. The transaction which involved trading in 2 watches went very smoothly primarily due to Oliver taking time to explain each part of the transaction including the valuation of my pieces and the eventual balance due. It was also very apparent that he knew his timepieces and was able to give full responses to my endless questions. I would recommend Oliver and Watchfinder to anyone looking for a good watch.
I will no doubt be going back to increase my collection!

El Primero (1st) for Zenith AND Watchfinder
Just received my Zenith El Primero and I'm very pleased with the excellent service received from your company. Alex in Sales was very helpful and the watch arrived speedily having been well packed. The watch is exactly as described and came with all the boxes, paperwork and guarantee. I am a collector and prefer to buy privately. Very professional approach to dealing with high quality watches , excellent customer service.
I saw a very rare Omega advertised as newly arrived, contacted Watchfinder and was replied to within a day. I was sent a more detailed description of the watch and its condition as I was buying from Australia. The website facility is excellent and enabled me to process my order efficiently while guided personally by the very professional staff when dealing with large international transfers. The packing was very good and the watch arrived quickly. I could not be happier with my watch which has exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to use Watchfinder.

unacceptable and very Poor
i found the watch i have been looking for, for such a long time!! Fantastic!
i made the purchase on line and then phoned, WF took a deposit over the phone to hold the watch, which all went very smoothly, i arranged 0% Finance through there site and all was accepted. it was explained to me that the watch was still at the dealers being serviced and would be approx 4 weeks!! no problem... i received all the emails regarding the watch, approx delivery date etc,
the next morning i receive a call stating that they were Sorry but the watch had been sold before i made the purchase!!!!!
i spoke to a manager, Alex! he apologised again but it was an operator error!
they had not taken it off the system. he was then going to email me.
i have not received an email yet!!
the watch this afternoon was still on the site as available.
i have not had a refund of £1500 deposit..
very poor and unacceptable..
i am outraged
will be calling them tomorrow to find out where my money is!!!

They do what they say they'll do - like it says on the tin.....
Everything worked as explained on the website, system works well, you are kept informed along the way and the transaction went smoothly. As always it would have been nice to get a better price for my watch but you have the option to decline their valuation before hand.

Refreshing good purchasing experince.
I have got to say that after a bad experince purchasing a TAG from a well known jeweller, I thought I would never persue the purchase of a quailty watch agian. My dream watch was a Breitling but the outlay put me off. When I found the WatchFinder site, the 0% finace solved this issue and with the help of Tom Holland, this was the way forward. Tom stayed on the ball all the way through the purchase process as purchasing a prouduct of this quailty can be nerv racking. Well, the watch came this morning just as Jade at Watchfinder promised, and it is stunning and perfect and now one more thing is ticked off my bucket list. Thank you.

I found the whole experience of buying my watch from Watcfinder most pleasurable. From my inital email enquiry through to collecting the watch at the Royal Exchange premises there was prompt, knowledgable and polite service from all parties that I dealt with. When I collected my watch there was no rush, Simon altered the strap a number of times until it was a perfect fit, he explained how the watch worked and how to look after it. Hopefully when I have the means to buy another watch, Watchfinder will be my first port of call.

Another great performance by Watchfinder
My wife's Breitling needed a new battery recently. Once again Watchfinder processed the order within a week with very efficient communication regarding receipt of the watch, completion of the order, payment and posting back. This is the 5th time I have used Watchfinder and I thoroughly recommend them.

Trustworthy and honest
I was concerned sending my watches by post, but special delivery was very efficient. I was worried that I would not get the money, for one reason or another. But I did by Bank transfer.
Any worries I had were not founded and the company will be highly recommended by me in the future.

Great watch, great price and a great service
Saw the watch on the web site, and was able to chat with someone about it without being under any pressure to buy.

Great Staff Great Watch ill come back again
I would certainly buy with this firm again the watch came just as expected in the original rolex box A1 condition. Good service, uncomplicated process, pleasant staff.
No complaints when I spotted my long thought after model on the website, I called to make a reservation and purchased the watch a couple of days later. The only downside to mention is the 2% credit card charge which you don't pay with normal retailers (particularly when the watch is new and the sale price just little under the high street price).

Exemplary Service and outstanding value
Got a email quote back for battery replacement and resealing for my Tag Heuer within 24 hours of submitting an online enquiry.
I accepted and posted the watch. The next day I got an unexpected email from Watchfinder stating that they had received the watch and it was with the service department. I must admit you do not expect service and consideration like this in this day and age in the UK.
That was at 10.24am last Thursday. I got the watch, sparkling and gleaming with new battery, at 10.00am this morning Wednesday. I had also received a call yesterday from Watchfinder to say that the Tag as going out that very day.
Again, you just don't expect such consideration and quality service these days in the UK.
£40 very well spent and very good value.

So far so good
I was in the market for a breitling super avenger and wanted to part exchange my rolex submariner, I filled in the form online and the very next day was called by Tom. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with all the information and the fairest price on my part ex. I have since sent in my rolex and received very swift payment and receipt of my cheque. I have yet to receive my breitling but that is because watch finder are sourcing a brand new strap from breitling free of charge. Overall a very good experience, and I can't wait for my new super avenger. 10/10

Quality service quality product no probs
My son had his watch stolen and it was a 21st present from me. Of great sentimental value. This happened just after he was told his wife 33yrs old had aggressive breast cancer. They have twin girls of two and a little girl of four. I googled these of the watch and Watchfinder had one exactly the same. I ordered it and it was delivered before he returned back from Austria where they live at the moment. He was speechless and very touched. Thank you very much
