Excelent and fast store
Really good store and fast. I recommend it 100% even if someone is afraid of buying from web stores. I had a problem in my first attempt of buying a watch and the feedback was really fast. Again, good desicion for a web watch store. Keep good work.

Let Down
product arrived without gift wrapping or note as requested. Only included an invoice with the price that my girlfriend had to read to see who it was from as the note was not included!
i got what felt like an automated response via email with refund on the gift wrap and 5% discount off a future purchase which feels more like a promotional tool than compensation. i am disappointed for the little help i received considering they wrecked my gift. i will soon be on the way to buy some gift wrap myself to get this ready for tomorrow. but as she already knows what it is and the price there isn't much point. ill have to get some flowers instead.

Outstanding service
Great product, couldnt be happier but more than that the exceptional customer service and communication as i needed the bracelet adjusted was a credit to the Watch Shop.

BROWNIE POINTS EARNED
I ordered a watch for my wife Order Number 1145486, this was A ladies Accurist Charmed Watch LB 1410.
I ordered the watch late on a Thursday night and she received it the following Wednesday, we live in Spain way down in the Southern part, so delivery was spot on also I was able to track my order from order to delivery.
She is over the moon with the watch, so I would like to thank you for the ammount of Brownie points I have scored with her. Also for the great service that I received from you. Also the watch is first class.

Easy website and quick delivery!
The website was really simple and showed me exactly what I wanted/needed to see. I could easily compare products and the prices weren't extortionate.
Ordering and paying for the watch was extremely easy and quick, as was delivery.
My only criticism would be that I did pay an additional fee to get the watch gift wrapped to save me a job but it arrived without this!

A Classic, Stylish & Timeless watch
This is a brilliant, retro watch. It has many simple features, such as; a stopwatch, an alarm, a light, the date and the day of the week! All of these features are extremely accessible - it takes seconds to set the watch up. The strap is extremely easy to alter and is suitable for a variety of wrist sizes. As if all of this wasn't enough, the watch itself looks great and goes with almost every outfit. This is definitely a must have!

Excellent service, excellent products, excellent prices!
My watch couldn't have arrived any quicker, I ordered it in the evening and it arrived before 1pm the next day, the fact that I'd asked for the strap to be adjusted didn't delay it at all. Watch Shop had removed 4 links in order to fit the measurement I gave them, however it was still a little loose and I had to have one more link removed at my local jewelers, this is down to the fact I have freakishly tiny wrists though! It's a beautiful watch, very happy indeed.

Great customer service
Bought a fab watch from there. Found a 5% discount voucher online. Delivered free the next day. Had a small problem (so I thought). Phoned customer service, who immediately sent out a prepaid bag to return the item. As it turned out I didnt have to. Great range of products at good prices.

Excellent service would use again
Ordered a Hugo Boss watch for my son's birthday. They price matched it with another online watch seller and it was delivered the following day, in excellent packaging and genuine boxes etc. Very pleased and would definitely use again.
I was worried after reading reviews about the Watch Hut but the Watch Shop is definitely not linked to them and I would be confident in using them again.

A perfect place to choose and buy with affordable price
A good service from watch shop. It was gift for my wife on our first wedding anniversary and I ordered just one day before about 3:50 pm and the parcel arrived next day morning between nine and ten.The reason being I purchased from watch shop is comparatively cheep price from other online and high street shops. The same watch I bought from a well know watch shop from high street for £94.99. Later I found I can have it from watch shop for £76 and including a wonderful gift wrap,just for £78. And very next day i went to the high street shop and returned back.I would recommend all my friends and my self in future I always shop from Watch shop.

Perfect
I ordered a £150 Hugo Boss watch and cuff links set from The WatchShop. The watch arrived the next day at 9am and the product itself was well packaged. The watch was in perfect condition and very well presented in its leather watch box! The product was a dream. Brilliant Watches
I have just bought a seiko Watch at a very reasonable price! I could hardly believe it when I saw it since it looked exactly like the one I lost in the mid 70's! Pure class! and classic to boot! FREE delivery appears not free when you are ending checkout
Everywhere is written that FREE delivery to EU. Unfortunately when I reach to the end of checkout appears that they ask still delivery fee. It is not big but I expect that promises will last at least till the end of checkout.

Delivered within 2 weeks, carefully packed, with all the paperwork.
Watch and look great on her left hand. I'm left-handed.
I'm pleased. I wear a few days, the hand was used to watch.

needed watch quickly. went onto ebay as looking for a cheap but reliable watch. found this timex. which reminded me of my first watch bought for me by my parents as a child. now nearly 60. so how many years. eek. really happy with purchase. and read all the reviews so knew this was the watch for me.

Excellent service.
I ordered this watch for my 8 year old grandson. He is currently using the stop watch to time his school friends running around the playground. He thinks it is a "cool" watch. I think it is good value for money. The service from the online store is excellent. A good buy. Thanks a lot.

Totally excellent dudes!
Great service from the watch shop. i saw their advert on the telly and needing a new Casio G-shock I thought I'd check them out. Within 30 minutes I'd found the right watch for me and ordered it!
The amount of information on the watch was awesome- multiple angle photos, video, accurate description. it made purchasing easy and eliminated the need for tirelessly searching the manufacturers website for info (a pet hate of mine).
So I ordered the watch and the Watch Shop kept me up to date with the progress and tracking numbers etc, they obviously care a lot about their customer service as I honestly felt like their only customer (corny I know, but true!).
I will definetly only buy future watches from the watch shop, great service, massive range of products, and the best prices (yes really, I could not find cheaper anywhere).

No regrets
Excellent prices and they also do a price match promise. Very quick delivery, ordered after their 4pm cutoff for next day but arrived 2 days later as expected (before 1pm I might add). Excellent packaging and quality of watch maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Aftersales also looks excellent with a reimbursement up to £5 for any adjustments carried out by local dealers after purchase.
