Very fast, good prices on wetsuits, easy to order on website
I ordered 5 wetsuits Wednesday noon. I live in Denmark.
Friday morning I had my wetsuits from Watersports Warehouse i UK.
It was very easy to order wetsuits by looking on the size tables on the web site.

First Class Service
I spoke to Watersports Warehouse on phone to check sizing for dinghy boots and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and they turned the order round very quickly to make sure we had the boots in time for hols in just 2 days. Boots are perfect and service was First Class.

Extremely helpful and great selection
I bought a wet suit, life jacket, gloves and boots but unfortunately some items were too small. I phoned the store and they were very helpful, assisting me with re-ordering the right sizes and discussing the return options. They were very knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. In hindsight it would have been better if I had phoned them prior to ordering as it would probably saved me having to reorder different sizes. Would highly recommend.

Quick delivery and products at the right price.
I needed some bits to take on holiday with me and my family. I looked around my local area and none of the shops had anything right. Service Exceeded Expectations
We ordered and paid for items online.
We were immediately informed of an out of stock situation and given details on when the stock was expected to arrive via email.
We were given the option to have the in stock items delivered immediately or to wait for the other items to arrive and have just one delivery.
I expected 3-4 days for the items to arrive and we received them the day after ordering them.
Fab service and great communication, shame not all companies pride themselves on their customer service. Great dealing with Watersports Warehouse, Thank you

first rate!
im doign a seaswim and needed some equipment. but im a petite size so took ages to find this website and glad i did as i could order what i needed in the right size and it arrived the next day. i haev reccommended this website to friends takign part in teh same swim.

Excellent Service, very prompt delivery
I ordered on line a couple of days before going abroad in the hope my product would get to me before I went. I was amazed when my product arrived the very next day.
If I had known before hand what an excellent service I would get I would have ordered more items because the choice on this site is so varied and reasonably priced.

Speedy service.
The products came quickly. However - and not a fault of WW - the parcel was not left according to instructions, but with a neighbour. Perhaps WW should ensure that the Royal Mail follow instructions. Products good quality though and good website.

Good value and excellent service
My son found this website while researching a new wetsuit for swimming and body boarding this summer in Cornwall. We wanted quality in order to have a full range of movement but not spend a fortune, as this suit will only last one season due to age/growth.
The site is easy to navigate, has plenty of choice and well priced. It was easy to place our order. We were emailed about dispatch and the goodies arrived promptly. My son is an athletic 13yr old and the largest Gul Junior suit proved too snug! I phoned for the return ref no. and got really good advice on the exchange sizing. Bingo! Very helpful and fully satisfied with correct fitting wetsuit.

Fast delivery and an accurate description of the product
The C-Skins neoprene repair kit worked well in repairing my kayaking spray deck. Only time will tell though as to how permanent it is though.

Less than satisfactory experience
Ordering etc was nice and easy. The problem was that they sent the package to the billing address and not the delivery address. Unfortunately that meant that the package was late for my niece's birthday and that I then had to re-post it myself. They did refund the postage costs in cash when I rang up to query the mistake. Shouldn't have happened, though.
